• DMC (10/5): - E vicino a tutto con il Tram si arriva ovunque, c'e anche un bel ristorante lì vicino.che si chiama Toto, parcheggio davanti a pagamento 12 euro max al giorno.

• Agnes (9/5): - Nice flat, very comfortable and clean. Quite close to the centre as well.The flat is 15-20 minutes from Firenze SMN station by tram. However, you can walk as well on the river side. The shower needs more pressure.
• Gian Pietro (8/5): Comodo per visitare Firenze! - Ottima la posizione, seppur non in centro: possibilità di parcheggio in zona, vicinissima alla stazione Sansovino del tramvia, nei pressi di un supermercato aperto fino a tardi. Nota di merito per l'host (e sua figlia, soprattutto!): tutti gentilissimi, premurosi e solerti nel risolvere un piccolo problema tecnico. Comodo mini appartamento a piano terra, dotato di tutto il necessario, camera con la chicca del piccolo giardinetto sul retro. Essendo a piano terra ed a ridosso della strada, soprattutto la prima stanza (cucina con divano letto) soffre un po l'umidità. Il divano letto è un po datato, ed anche il suo materasso non è il massimo, soprattutto se utilizzato da persone adulte.

• Xhango (10/5): - Everything was exactly as described, the facilities were great, 10/10 for everything! The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the supermarket as well as the bus station were just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend!
• Kornelia (7/5): Bemühter Vermieter; In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft mit kleinem gemütlichem Garten zum Entspannen nach einem Stadttag - Guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Persönlicher Empfang. Wohnung geräumig. Pflegeprodukte im Bad. Fußläufig zur Straßenbahn und in ca. 20 min. in die Innenstadt. Großer Supermarkt und Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar. Küche zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Schöner ruhiger kleiner Garten Fensterladen zur Straße ließ sich nicht öffnen. Somit kein Tageslicht in der Küche-Beleuchtung spärlich; Modriger Geruch aus manchen Schränken; Schimmel in den Ecken um die Dusche;

• Daphne (10/5): Wonderful - The apartment is lovely and very comfortable. The shower is great, the bedroom gets really dark and it’s quiet. The outdoor area of the apartment is beautiful. It’s a pity we didn’t stay longer to enjoy it even more. The owner is a sweetheart. We got lost on the road and arrived almost at 1:00 AM, and he was there waiting for us with all the patience in the world. I have no words to describe how wonderful our experience was. What we didn’t like is that we stayed for too little time. We wish we had stayed longer.

Fortuno made sure we were ok and made himself available on WhatsApp for all info required: shopping places, transportation information etc. The amenities were excellent Facilities within walking distance: restaurants, pastry shops, supermarkets, buses, trams etc. The dust because of our allergies

• Susan (8/5): Excellent value for money and convenient for our staying in Florence if you like your own space. - Great location, easy to find from the excellent tram service. There is a supermarket across the road and a great little restaurant opposite. The Siam Thai restaurant is also very good but book a table. We travelled by tram or bus all around Florence if our feet had had enough of walking. Lovely terrace to sit out on. You can buy a ticket or use your debit card and tap the machine onboard. It’s the same at the train station, don’t get a ticket for local travel just tap your card it’s easier The mosquitoes! If you are like me and always get bitten remember your repellent. The natural one worked best with eucalyptus and lemon which you can get in the pharmacy if you forget. Always keep the mosquito net closed or they will come into the apartment.
