• Chantelle (9/5): Perfect for an extended stay - The location is spot on - close to the train and all the sites. It was wonderful to have an entire apartment with seperate spaces, so early mornings we could make coffee and relax without waking the other. The host is wonderful and gave great insights into where to eat etc.
• Le Roi (10/5): The Best Deal in Florence ! - The apartment was larger than expected, beautiful rooms as extremely well placed, close to all the main attractions and great restaurants in the city. The market is around the corner and the railway within a calm 8 minute walk. The stairs were a bit of a mission. It's on the second floor and we had some larger bags that weren't really easy to take up. So pack lighter or smaller bags.

• Tini49 (8/5): - Top- Lage zum Bahnhof und zum Zentrum und zum Markt. Man ist mittendrin! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Schön dekorierte und großzügige Räume mit viel Charme durch alte Balken. Netter Vermieter. Das Bad und die Zugangstreppe sind sehr klein und eng.

• Simona (10/5): Ottima esperienza!! - Appartamento grande e dotato di tutti i comfort. Molto pulito. La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città essendo vicinissimo al centro. La scala è l’unica piccola pecca ma in un contesto storico ci sta! Host gentilissimo e disponibile. Nulla.

We liked the apartment even though the bathroom was small - we had no problems staying 4 in the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated. The communication with Paolo was efficient! We were in Florence in December and the weather was rainy. The apartment was cold so we had a hard time drying our wet clothes. It could have been nice to be able to control the heating manually - that is the only thing that could have been better.

• Sonia (8/5): - La ubicación. Nos dejaron café, agua. Y el piso estaba bien equipado. Habia pastillas de lavavajillas, jabón de lavadora, sal, azúcar, aceite y vinagre... Aunque estuvimos agusto el aire acondicionado sólo había en la habitación principal, por lo que en el resto de la casa hacía calor, osea solo se pasa calor si usas el sofá cama.

• Paul (9/5): Excellent séjour - Emplacement idéal. Bel appartement, grand, propre et bien équipé. L'hôte nous accueille en personne ce qui est de plus en plus rare. Le salon avec canapé-lit est bruyant et pas climatisé, et le canapé-lit n'est pas très confortable.

• Robert (10/5): Beautiful apartment stay - Great location. Staff greeted us at the door and showed us in and showed us the apartment. Roomy and comfortable for 4 people. We had a great time. There was water in fridge for us and a coffee machine to use as well as kitchen and washing machine which was needed. Smart TV to login to Netflix in the evening just when we were ready for downtime. Be prepared for the stairs. But it’s a price worth paying.

Had a washing machine which was great to refresh our stuff! Close proximity to almost everything in Florence especially the train station. The key for the apartment door was sometimes difficult and took a few attempts. The apartment has no dryer so took a while to dry as we visited in Winter.

• Rodolfo (8/5): Very good - Amazing central location, nice place, coffee machine, clean. Sometimes it could be a noisy street as per the restaurants downstairs. Not the best sofa bed when share the place with 2+ people.
• Kathryn (10/5): PERFECT - Absolutely everything. This property was our absolute favourite whilst we were in Italy. The location was perfect. The host was very helpful and the apartment had everything we needed. The washing machine was a massive bonus as Florence was the mid point of our trip. The dishwasher was a nice change after a couple of the places we had stayed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, although small, was lovely. All in all an amazing property and I would love to stay again if we ever find ourselves back in the beautiful Florence. We didn't stay long enough.

Excellent location, near the city centre, the train station and numerous restaurants, bars and groceries in the neighbourhood. Some kitchen tools should be replaced or added.

• Rebecca (9/5): Charming flat in excellent location - The apartment is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. It is in an excellent location within walking distance to many restaurants, attractions and the train station. There is a small grocery nearby as well as some excellent Asian markets. Matteo met us and gave us a thorough introduction to the flat. I love the towel warming rack in the bathroom. The kitchen is quite nice and we really liked having a washing machine available to us. The apartment was a bit chilly for our taste. We visited during winter so it's naturally cold. The radiators would come on in the evening until morning. There is an aircon unit in the bedroom (specifically the loft area). I was worried it would be too drying for my daughter sleeping in the loft so we did not use it. It was not unbearably cold and we slept comfortably. But hanging out during the day in the apartment, we could have used a few throw blankets. We loved the washing machine but it was chilly and rainy a couple days so difficult to hang the laundry outside on the line. A drying rack to hang clothes inside would be helpful. Fair amount of stairs up to the apartment, but I just looked at it as exercise where every day is leg day 😆

• Cosmin (10/5): Unforgettable experience. - Great location! It's very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, the Mercato Centrale and the Medici Chapels, and also no more than 5-7 minutes away from practically every must-see spot in Florence. It is an elegant, clean, fully furbished and modern apartment in a charming 500 year old building. The pictures speak for themselves. Also, Paolo, the host, was very helpful and attentive. We greatly enjoyed our time in Florence and we'll surely be back! The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. No issue for us, but for the elderly or for people who have difficulties walking, the stairs could be a challenge.
