• Nicholas (7/5): Content - The location is fantastic and is generally equipped with everything you may need. The apartment had a particular odor and the bathroom could use refurbishment
• Tabouri (10/5): Exceptional - Walking distance from everything but near the bus station as well, very clean, we had a lovely host that explained everything to us, it was great!
• Prunelle (9/5): very well located and comfortable - the location is really perfect, everything is near enough to walk, and the area is nice (try the ice cream shop vivolli !). the air conditioner was a real plus, as well as the dishwasher and the cleaning machine. there are nor oven neither microwave (but is was fine though). if there were more storages in the bathroom, it would be perfect !

• Fadi (8/5): lovely , and enjoyed Florence - position, Netflix, clean and close to lots of places shower door not working, sofa not comfortable also no English speaking channels like news, CNN Or BBC
• Anita (7/5): Good - Location was good and cost was reasonable. Checkout was by 11:00am. My son and I went out for breakfast and came back to the apartment just before 10:00am to finish packing, do a last minute walk through, etc and the cleaning lady was already there working and had moved some of our things out of her way. I was not impressed and felt awkward, so we left an hour before we needed to and ended up leaving a few small items behind.
• Barbara (9/5): Wonderful welcome and great information made us feel at home. - Great neighborhood. Easy access to what we wanted to see but a real neighborhood, not over crowded. Remind guests to reserve a taxi 24 hours in advance. A little shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo.

• Andrew (8/5): Great location, decent apartment that met our needs - Good apartment, and checkin was great — met out of hours (for a small fee) by a friendly chap who spoke perfect English, which was really helpful as we were very tired on arrival. The air conditioning was really important during the very humid weather and worked well. We used the washer-dryer (combination machine) and this was fine, although we needed to finish the drying on a rack (provided) with the air conditioning on. The bed was fine, two single mattresses joined together in the middle. I gather this is common but it could have been better. We didn’t use the extra beds on the mezzanine (same room). The bathroom was fine, everything worked and was clean. We also used the cooking facilities a bit and this was good, with an eclectic but useful set of pots and pans provided. The location was great, with some nice restaurants nearby and in fairly easy reach of the city centre (although it was a trek from the train station with bags). The living area was near the street so had some noise but this never bothered us in the bedroom. The tiled floor in the living room area was so dirty we had to wear shoes inside. I think it must have been swept (there was no debris) but probably never mopped. This was a bit of a shame. The bedroom and bathroom were better, but it made us wary.
