A chaque échange par mail on m’a rappelé que ce n’était pas un hôtel… La baignoire ne dispose pas de flexible qui relie la poire de douche c’est assez inconfortable

• DAVID ALEJANDRO (10/5): - La ubicacion he instalaciones muy bien Tiene un sofa cama muy ruidoso pienso que ya es viejo y por el precio deberian remodelarlo, dan solo un sobre de shampoo por persona y 1 jabon muy pequeño que para 3 noches se me hizo demasiado poco, y lo peor es que me.cobraron 72 euros al llegar aparte.del costo ya elvevado se me hace demasiado para un impuesto y a las 9:59 ya estan en la puerta para que te salgas, de.muy mal gusto

Pleśń w łazience, pleśń w pokoju. Zepsuta spłuczka. Deska sedesowa. Niedrożne odpływy, brak wentylacji w łazience. Ogród to zarośnięte kłębowisko krzaków i chwastów.

• Tiziana (3/5): Pessima - La posizione centrale è ottima per spostarsi comodamente a piedi e visitare Firenze. Viaggio tra amiche dal 29/11 al 01/12. Appartamento freddo, il riscaldamento non funzionava. Contatto la referente mi ha chiesto di verificare se funzionava il termostato. Constatato che non funzionava mi ha detto di accendere il condizionatore, peccato che faceva un rumore assordante. Il riscaldamento in bagno non funzionava, mi e stato detto che probabilmente lo scaldabagno era spento. Abbiamo passato una notte al freddo e ci siamo lavate al freddo. La referente è sparita per poi farsi sentire, tramite messaggio alle 11.24 del giorno dopo, per chiedere come avessimo passato la notte, sembrava una presa in giro. Poi ci ha chiamato il ragazzo, Alex, che ci ha accolto, dopo aver detto anche a lui che lo avevamo contattato telefonicamente, la sera prima,senza ricevere risposta e avergli lasciato un messaggio in segreteria telefonica, ha negato l'evidenza, ho dovuto mandargli gli screenshot delle chiamate e dei messaggi scambiati con la referente Serena. Gli ho fatto notare che non c'era neanche una coperta in più. Devo dire che come rapporto con i referenti della struttura sono veramente delusa e insoddisfatta.

• Paola (10/5): - ottima posizione, vicino a tutto. posto silenzioso, letti comodi, vicinissimo alla stazione ma strada molto tranquilla. tutto perfetto insomma e super consigliato!
• Yamila Vallejo (9/5): - El departamento es muy cómodo. Está incluso decorado bonito y la atención del personal es excelente. Tiene un subsuelo donde hay lavarropas y secador con un costo de 3 y 1 euro respectivamente. Incluso venden jabón líquido. La conexión a internet es muy buena. Tiene un patio de uso privado muy lindo también. La cama del futon no es lo más cómodo del mundo pero para una noche esta muy bien. Agregaría simplemente básicos como sal, azúcar, aceite. Me quedé una sola noche y fue más que suficiente pero para estadías más largas puede quedarse corto en esa área.

• Rafael (7/5): Compensa pela localização e praticidade, a cozinha e bem equipada. A questão do vaso sanitário do banheiro, creio que é - A localização é otima, perto de tudo. Conseguimos fazer praticamente tudo a pé, o espaço é bom, tem um jardim nos fundos. E muito perto da estação de metrô, da de ir andando. Acho que compensa pela localização e preço. O vaso sanitário estava com a tampa solta e o botão da descarga, quando apertava soltava. Não atrapalhava nada no dia a dia, mas informaram que iriam consertar depois que a gente saísse.

• Fabio (4/5): Disappointing - Positive aspects: The location is very good, and the service was acceptable to good. Staff responded when something was needed. Unfortunately, the pictures on Booking did not match reality. In the photos, the apartment looks newly renovated, with a well-kept garden, new furniture, and a clean outdoor area. In reality, the condition was very disappointing • Garden & outdoor area: The garden was completely overgrown with grass and bushes, the ground was damaged, and the outdoor chairs and table were old and rusty. None of this matched the tidy impression from the photos. • Inside the apartment: In the bathroom, the wall was crumbling, and there was mold on the ceiling. Even the air conditioning unit showed mold. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet, just loosely placed on top. Overall, it looked like the apartment had not been maintained for many years.

Большое спасибо за предоставленную парковку ( 30 евро , но по времени дольше , чем время выезда из апартаментов , это дало возможность комфортно погулять по городу ) . Апартаменты требуют ремонта . Если вы любите комфорт и внимательны к деталям , то вам не сюда .

• Anne (3/5): Logement non conforme au descriptif - L'emplacement et la résidence sont bien situés. Résidence sécurisée. Le logement devait comprendre une chambre comme décrit sur booking et nous n'avions qu'un séjour et pas de chambre dans une seule pièce pour 3 personnes. De plus le canapé lit pour 2 était inconfortable.

• Robyn (8/5): Great location, well equipped and very clean. - The apartment was in a perfect location, very safe, clean and well equipped. Very nice patio area to relax with a morning coffee. We arrived with a full dishwasher of dirty dishes, so we started the dishwasher. No big deal. The bed is a double bed, and seeing as my husband is 6’1", it was a problem for us. Thankfully there was a pull out couch with a queen mattress, although there were no sheets for it. We took the sheets from the double bed which did not fit very well. During our two day stay, our air conditioner stopped on day one. We notified Daniela but she was never able to provide a solution after several requests.

• Rayeeda (9/5): Great place - Great location, clean room and safe area with everything equipped. Erica was very helpful during check in. I think the check out time at 10:00 am is too early but Kevin allowed an extension of about 30 minutes.
• Annette (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good. Close to everything but in a quiet area. Couch was dirty ( wouldn't sit on it ), mold in the shower, outside table was dirty, just didn't feel clean.
