• Loredana (9/5): - Appartamento molto spazioso e confortevole. Il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi e a pochi passi c'è anche la fermata del pullman per raggiungere facilmente la stazione ferroviaria. Consigliatissimo!

A entrega das chaves foi fácil, o anfitrião estava à nossa espera. A insonorização não é a melhor, houve-se muito barulho durante a noite. O facto de só ter uma casa de banho para a lotação de 7 pessoas é pouco.

• Jeremy (9/5): Fantastic apartment in super residential location - This is an extremely spacious apartment with lovely high-ceilinged light rooms, a well fitted kitchen and, a surprising addition, two balconies one facing east for morning sun and the other west for late afternoon and evening sun. So coffee on one in the morning and wine on the other in the evening. Stefano kindly met us and explained everything (in very good English) and assured us he was available throughout the week for any help or queries but we didn't call on him in the end. The location was excellent in that it was a few minutes walk to the river and a short walk from there to the historical centre. We mainly used the route in past Pitti Palace and over the Ponte Vecchio. In all a great holiday and excellent accommodation which we can highly recommend. Thank you Stefano!! Small point but the toilet didn't flush very well!

El alojamiento, para el precio al que se oferta me parece desactualizado, muebles antiguos y sin ninguna sensación acogedora. Sofá muy viejo, y sensación de frío. Es cierto que el espacio estaba limpio. Son estancias grandes pero muy poco actuales con todas las opciones que se ofrecen hoy en día es muy mejorable. Pasamos tres noches conociendo la ciudad y no volvimos al alojamiento nada más que a dormir, no invitaba pasar ratitos de descansos.
• Diego (1/5): - Host had us waiting outside in the cold for an hour to pick up the keys. He was in the apartment the whole time. Called him over 60 times in a span of an hour and never picked up. When he did show up, he did not even apologize for making us wait. Very unsatisfied with the experience. Do not recommend booking this place in the cold months as he might have you wait in the cold just like he made us wait.

The apartment is clean byt needs refreshment of duvets. We were in a group of 4 but the apartment prepared two beds. One additional bed should be prepared as we didn’t want to share the bed.

Tiene dos terrazas con sillas y mesa, en una entrada el sol por la mañana y en otra por la tarde, ideales para tomar un ☕ Nosotros hemos hecho todas las comidas fuera, pero tenía cafetera italiana, café, azúcar, sacarina y cacao. Tiene lavavajillas y no tiene lavadora

• Dağhan (10/5): A very large, spacious, comfortable and ideal house. - We've been traveling Europe for three years, and this is the best house we've ever stayed in. After walking thousands of steps around the city, we were so happy to return to this house. The host is a wonderful person and very helpful. Nothing was a problem. The house is located within walking distance of the city's iconic landmarks. It's also very large, spacious, and comfortable. The street and the back alley are very quiet. The beds are large and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and functional. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a table and plenty of space for six people to eat comfortably. The house has three spacious rooms, a large kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom. We didn't even use one of the rooms. Thank you very much and send our regards. Of course, the service we received was worth the money we paid. But I wish everything in the world were cheaper :)
• Swapnanil (9/5): My review - The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. Owner also helped us to keep our luggages for some hours after our check out. There are not so much thing to tell here. Only in hot summer you may feel little warm because the ceiling fan speed is not fast at all.

• Doug (8/5): Spacious apartment close to bus stops, grocery stores and resturants. - We selected this location across the river to avoid the crowds. It has convenient bus connections from the railway station, as well as easy access to Piazzale Michelangelo and the Ponte Vecchio by bus. These sites are also within walking distance, surrounded by many pleasant restaurants. The apartment dates back to the sixties or seventies and is spacious. It was more like staying in a home. Our hosts were friendly and flexible. It was good value for money.

Location was a bit far (20mins walk from Firense SM Novella station, 15-20mins walk to duomo) but not an issue because it was winter and weather was perfect. Complete kitchen utensils and appliances. Stefano was bery helpful with the help in getting into the apartment. Kudos to Stefano! Maybe the location, but not a big issue.

• Donna (7/5): Would not stay here again. - The apartment was in a good location, easy walking distance to train station and the city center. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms in the apartment were quite large. The living room sofa was uncomfortable. The shower head in the bathroom never worked properly. We had to hold it because it would not stay in a position to shower. There was mold around the shower pan. There was no coffee maker in the kitchen. Only stay here if you can climb two flights of stairs comfortably.

• Jane (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! What a gorgeous, light, bright, breezy apartment and big! Bedrooms are huge, separate loungeroom, lovely kitchen with little French doors onto a balcony. My bedroom also had a balcony. Stefano, the host, was lovely and greeted us at the apartment. Requests were answered promptly. Loved the neighbourhood and the local eateries were fabulous. Can't recommend highly enough. There are 4 flights of stairs, which isn't so bad once luggage is up.

Stay here. - The apartment was beautiful, It was typical of apartments in Italy and the supermarket is close by the bus station is close by and we were able to cook meals when we didn't feel like going out for dinner. I would definitely stay here again. if you have a group or family of 4 it's better, if there are 6 of you 2 would have to take the sofa. Would have been handy to have a washing machine, ironing board and iron. But there is a laundry mat close by and a clothes line in the apartment no ironing board but the beautiful lady upstairs let me use her iron and I used the table with towels as an ironing board. So all good!!

The beds were comfy and although there wasn’t aircon the place stayed pretty cool with just fans and windows open in the evening. The location is good too, just across the river from the main shopping area, and still really close to lots of cafes and restaurants, and a little supermarket. We were very comfortable here. Nothing really, sometimes it was a bit tricky to unlock the door but that’s all
• Jodie (10/5): A lovely stay in Florence - The apartment had all the facilities we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfortable, and close to some restaurants and a supermarket. It was only a short bus ride or walk from the centre. The host was lovely and we were able to check in early upon request.

The property does not have an elevator and our apartment was at the 2nd floor so for my parents it was a little uncomfortable.
