• Francesca (1/5): - Nulla La casa ha bisogno urgente di manutenzione. In una camera da letto la tapparella è rotta e non si può alzare, nell'altra è bloccata e non si può abbassare e per oscurare la stanza è posizionata una tenda nera di plastica, pure piena di buchi, così come gli asciugamani. I letti sono praticamente delle brandine, sembra di dormire su un'amaca. Un'anta della doccia non si chiude bene e ristagna; i divani sono inutilizzabili perché sfondati. Dopo il check-in ti inviano un messaggio per contattare su whatsapp un fantomatico servizio di assistenza, che è completamente inutile perché non prende in carico le richieste. Casa abbandonata a se stessa così come gli ospiti (paganti). Assolutamente sconsigliato.

• Graci (6/5): - La ubicación y el parking. El apartamento estaba limpio. Mesa muy pequeña, eramos 4 personas. La ducha no desagotaba, no había casi nada en la cocina. Camas malas.
• Achilleas (4/5): Not a great experience. - The apartment was spacious and well located, close to tram station (only 4-5 stops from city Center) and close to supermarket. Free parking was available. All equipment was very poor and furniture need to be replaced. Water in shower was not drained properly.
• fabio (8/5): Soggiorno ok - Struttura in posizione strategica esci di casa e ti passa il tram sui piedi linea t2 4 fermate e sei in centro in oltre c’è parcheggio interno gratuito personale dello staff gentile e disponibile L unica cosa i due mezzi letti nella seconda stanza matrimoniale e il riscaldamento non funziona in quella stanza

• Yuriy (6/5): - Расположение очень удобное. Тихий район, есть парковка. До центра 4 остановки на трамвае, ближайшая остановка в 2х минутах ходьбы. Апартаменты очень холодные. Пол каменный, без тапок ходить очень некомфортно. Обогреть не было возможности, кондиционер просто не работает, никак не обогревает. В добавок не было одеял, пришлось и ночью померзнуть. На просьбу привезти одеяла, получал только советы где их найти, но в апартаментах их не было. В итоге одеяла так и не привезли. Это очень некомфортно, когда приходишь домой и понимаешь, что на улице теплее, а там +18 градусов всего.

• JaBaC Le (5/5): If you spend all day in the city and only shower/sleep in the apartment then this is OK - Location close to tram station and several grocery stores, big in size, 2 bedrooms plus large living room, fully equipped kitchen Lack of communication during my stay, missing the key for garbage disposal, dishes in the kitchen left dirty, shower doors broken.
• YORDAN (3/5): Не препоръчвам този апартамент - Сравнително близо до центъра и има паркинг за колата. Апартамента е доста захабен и стар и има нужда от освежаване и боядисване. Леглата са тесни, с пружини, пропадат и не ти е комфортно. Има един единствен климатик в коридора, който трябва да охлажда двете спални, но е слаб и недостатъчен. Съдовете и приборите в кухнята са много захабени и създават впечатлението, че са мръсни. Каната за топла вода отделя боклуци от нагревателя. Дръжките на вратите са счупени и две от тях не могат да се затворят. В апартамента е много топло.

• Jenni (8/5): Very good - The whole place was spotlessly clean, hosts spoke English, which was handy for us as we do not speak Italian, and we're pleasant and helpful. Location was a short walk from the airport, and the train station, with cafes on the corner, and there was a coffee machine in the room One tiny tiny thing- for our return journey, there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom as there had been before and I'd really have liked to have that. But that small oversight was avait-elle the only issue

• Susandugo (6/5): The apartment was charming and close to transport - The apartment was very charming, easy access to the tram. There was a lift. There was no coffee, tea, milk or any washing up detergent or tea towels to dry the dish’s etc. For the exorbitant amount paid, we were very disappointed that none was provided by the host as it would have save us time looking for a supermarket to have a cup of coffee when we arrived. The bathroom door did not close properly. There was 3 pegs to hang your washing. The host should put a little bit more thought in providing essentials for guests. There was a problem with the TV which turned on and off every 15 minutes or so, could not get subtitles in English
• Olivia (7/5): Good apartment - Nice old apartment with beautiful floors. Located close to a tram station and has all the basics you need. Large space, perfect for 3 or 4 people. There is also a small lift that can take your suitcases up to the first floor! The bathroom has major plumbing issues and the shower and sink took forever to drain (we had to shower quickly so we didn't flood the bathroom). Also the kitchen and bathroom only has the basics so you'll need to buy extra toilet paper and oil to cook etc. Lastly, whist this apartment has a carpark, we were unable to use it half the time due to other cars parking too far over their lines. The host was mostly unresponsive to any queries sent through.
• Agnes (8/5): Very handy for travellers arriving by car - The perfect timing when giving us the keys upon arrival and the kindness of our host - the quietness of the flat - the convenience of having the tram station very close - the free parking space. Some washing powder could be let in the flat (there is a washing machine but no laundry products - as travellers we would really appreciate the service)
