• Patricia (8/5): Céntrico y tranquilo - La proximidad al tranvía que te lleva al aeropuerto, la terraza, la cercanía al Duomo y el silencio por la noche. Se descansa de maravilla. La casa está limpia y el anfitrión muy amable, le pedimos si nos podía conseguir alguna silla más cómoda porque uno de los viajeros necesita sillas blanditas e hicieron todo lo posible. No hay un sofá para uno sentarse al llegar cansado, solo hay camas y sillas.
• Andrew (8/5): Very good - It's a really strange and huge apartment that has been altered many times over the years. The space is truly huge, which is a plus. Some key furniture is missing, like a sofa. This makes a lot of the space a bit uncomfortable. Caution: tourist tax was cash only and very expensive, so we didn't have enough cash on arrival.
• Katherine (6/5): Location is excellent on a budget , but if you are looking for luxury, this isn't for you! - The location is absolutely to be recommended. It is within 20 mins walking distance of the Duomo, and is close to the squares of San Marco (10 mins walk) and Piazza S.S. Annunziato (5 mins walk). There are trattoria and cafes all within short walking distance. The tram to and from the airport is also at San Marco. The furnishings are absolutely basic: Table and upright chairs in the kitchen/dining area, but, unfortunatetely, no comfortable chairs to relax into after a hard day's sightseeing. The kitchen does have 4 butane gas burners and a fully functioning 'fridge, but it takes about 10 mins to boil water for a cup of tea as there is no kettle, and water had to be boiled in one of the saucepans. Maybe cups of tea are not really an Italian 'thing', but it would be much appreciated if there was an electric kettle!

• Ann (10/5): We were welcomed off the bus by the lovely owner who owner!.She explained everything to us! owner! - Spacious with garden. An easy walk to the centre and the train station. Nothing to dislike!
• Marco (9/5): Comfortable and enjoyable, with an excellent location, great amenities, and a welcoming host - Excellent location: less than a kilometer walk from the Duomo, with a tram right outside the building that takes you directly to the station. The street is quiet and peaceful, the apartment is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and perfectly functioning heating (ideal for the very cold days we had). The bathroom has all the necessary comforts, the host was welcoming and flexible, and the value for money is truly excellent. The property is not newly built, of course, but it wasn’t an issue for me at all – it turned out to be perfect for my stay.
• Radfordhahn (10/5): A delightful apartment, one that we would be happy to recommend to friends and family. - Host Rita was wonderful in giving us the number of a taxi company who would get us to the airport for an early morning flight home. The location was about a 15-20 minute walk to the Duomo and several other places of interest and ensured that we got in some walks (since we didn’t take the time to learn about the buses which ran close to us). The breakfast left for us was simple: instant coffee and packaged toast or pastry which we ignored in favor of fresh croissants and freshly brewed capuccinos in a shop 1/2 block away. The single bed in the living room worked fine for our 14 yr-old granddaughter.

• Arzu (8/5): central location, good value for money, would stay again - very spacious big apartment, I stayed alone but would be very good if you are a family or a group, especially if you are on a budget. The host, Enrico was very kind and helpful. nothing, but if there was a kettle, it would be nice :)
• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our stay at Colonna Home, Enrico and Rita were superhosts. They give us directions for self check-in and helped us during our stay. The appartment is realy big, there is enough place for, I suppose, four persons or a big family. The location is splendid, you may reach all the places of interest on foot. We wish we had a washing machine in the appartment, but there are many laudry services nearby, so it doesn'r really matter. All in all I strongly recommend Colonna Home for your stay in Florence.

• Rui (7/5): Good - The location was very good and the host was very friendly. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Although the apartment was well equipped, I think it would benefit from some more amenities in the kitchen, such as a toaster and kettle.
• Sally (9/5): A great place to rest after exploring beautiful Florence. - The apartment is spacious, basic, but comfortable, quiet and welcoming. Everything worked - heating, shower, cooker etc. There is a great garden at the rear which would be wonderful in summer. We stayed in February and it was lovely to be able to see the blue sky. The location is good; not too long a walk from the centre of things and with some nice little restaurants, coffee houses etc nearby. We walked from the main train station - took about 25mins. Being slightly away from the centre meant that it was quiet. Great for sleeping. Enrico met us as we arrived and was lovely. Welcoming, explained how everything worked and told us that he was nearby if we needed anything. A wonderful long weekend with a comfy place to rest after a day exploring. Nothing. We loved the apartment. The only thing missing is a kettle and a few tea towels to dry the cups etc after washing.
• Fara (10/5): Exceptional - Great location! The apartment was centrally located and within a very short walk to the Duomo and the Accademia. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Nothing at all.
