• Marilla (9/5): Would stay again. - Perfect location near to Ponte Vecchio with lots of restaurants nearby. Large beautiful apartment with lots of windows & spectacular views. Good communication with host. Small lift available that opens directly to apartment. No little extras like tea/coffee/condiments. If multiple people staying with large luggage will require multiple trips in lift else 3 flights of stairs.
• JOSEPH (6/5): שירות גרוע - מיקום מעולה. - מיקום טוב מאוד היחס של נציגת הדירה היה משפיל, גרוע וללא כל הבנה או התחשבות מצידה. כשנזקקנו לעזרה היא טענה שהיא בבית חולים ולא יכולה להגיע לסייע במציאת המפתח לדירה. היא הייתה חסרת סבלנות, בלי שום רגישות ונתנה לנו הרגשה שאנחנו רק מיטרד שצריך לסלק. היא לא ענתה לטלפונים וכשסוף סוף ענתה זה היה בתשובות חסרות סבלנות ולקונית. נאלצנו לחפש את מפתחות הדירה קרוב לשעה וחצי כשכל הזמן הזה אנחנו עולים ויורדים במדרגות הבניין שוב ושוב כיוון שההנחיות שקיבלנו לא היו ברורות. גם אורחים אחרים במקום היו אובדי עצות כמונו, ביזבזו זמן לאתר את המפתח לדירה והביעו כעס על ההתנהלות נציגת המקום שגם הם לא זכו לתשובות ברורות אם בכלל הנציגה ענתה לפניות הטלפוניות שלהם. אנחנו מטיילים הרבה ומעולם לא קיבלנו חוסר התייחסות ושירות כל כך גרוע!. למרות היתרון של מיקום טוב ודירה נקייה ומרווחת לא הייתי ממליץ לבחור את המקום בגלל השירות הגרוע.
• Oladapo (4/5): With some customer focused management and maintneance, could be a 10/10 apartment and location. - A spacious apartment in a really nice location with some lovely views, unfortunately cannot ignore that it’s so let down by the condition of the facilities and unprofessional treatment. The air conditioning was effective in bedrooms and dining / living space. Good supplies for dishwasher, washing and coffee machine. Months after making non-refundable booking and shortly before arrival host sent request to confirm acceptance of new previously unstated ‘policy’ requirements; additional cleaning requirements implying full clean required by customers before departure (above and beyond end of stay rubbish removal often requested) despite 100 euros charge paid for cleaning; a payment demand amount for city tax more than the tax required and more than stated at time of booking-not by much but shouldn't be rounding up a tax demand; and requring check out time an hour earlier than the 11am stated on booking.com information. Red flag moments, I now see the non-cancellation policy in a different light. On arrival self-check in requiring several trips up and down flights of stairs to get correct keys from jumble of keys in a box. After paying tax as instructed, received a message saying payment not received; however this was modified when screenshot taken at time of payment was forwarded. In the apartment, just too many issues and broken or insecure plumbing and electrical fixtures and fittings to feel comfortable. Shower room door couldn’t be locked and would not stay closed if windy outside as the shower room window also couldn’t be closed; so mosquitoes have permanent access into apartment. If try to use overhead shower function water just falls out one side of a clearly broken fitting. Sink one in bathroom has no usable water pressure, sink two has no working plug; again, the door wasn't lockable although it does stay closed. The bath itself was really nice. Most hob provided equipment was unusable on the induction hob, a lot of wasted time figuring out how whether the issue was the hob or the cooking equipment. In pictures it looked like there was lots of equipment but in reality, very little worked. Many electrical sockets felt very insecure, so when unplugging, needed to hold socket with one hand to ensure didn’t come out of wall.
• Keith Tidswell (8/5): Prime location. Good accommodation but not child friendly - Location. Cleanliness. Multi level not suitable to be carrying a baby down the spiral stairs. And difficult to take heavy suitcases down stairs as well.

• Barbora (9/5): Superb - The location – it’s just a short walk to all the main sights. The atmosphere of the building is charming, and the views are absolutely stunning. The self check-in instructions were very clear, and communication was easy and helpful. Also, having an elevator that goes directly into the apartment is super cool! There was nothing we didn’t like.
• Claire (9/5): Great location with Spectacular Views - Location was great, right down the road is the Ponte Vecchio with many shops, and an easy walk into the main town centre. Walk to Duomo, restaurants etc. There is a lift in the apartment building for ease of getting into the apartment, and a coffee shop at end of street (5 mins walk) for good coffee which opens early. Washing machine with washing liquid so easy to wash clothes. Great 3 bed apartment. The views of Florence from the apartment were spectacular. Lots of stairs or steep hill to get to the apartment, ok for me but my parents in their late 70's struggled with the hill/stairs to get to the apartment. Other than that all good.

• Therese (10/5): Comfortable and roomy apartment with beautiful views in the heart of Florence. - The location was excellent, across the river from the Ufizzi and away from the crowds, but a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio. There were beautiful views from the windows. The living/dining area was spacious and with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there was plenty of room for four adults. The elevator was helpful for taking luggage up and down, because there were three flights of stairs to the apartment.

• Alexis (10/5): Best views and best place for family and friends near the Ponte Vecchio - I love the whole place. the location is perfect and there is a view from every single window. WE loved that the lift would take us up directly to our room. There was plenty of space for my whole family with the place having three rooms and two bathrooms. There is a washing machine in the kitchen that helped us out, but we did not know if there was a drying rack, so we placed our clothes around the rooms. My family loved lounging in the living room watching movies looking out at the views of Florence or having dinner all together.. Host was also very responsive and accommodating to us. Even allowed us a later checkout so we could have a morning to sleep in. They are the best! We did not know how to use the stovetop. but i think that was just us not knowing how to use the appliance. Host tried working with us and their doorman's schedule so he could come show us but our schedule was too full.

The elevator goes directly into the apartment so that was nice for the luggage. Having a lot of space was great for our family. We loved all the little candy. Nice touch. We could have used some laundry detergent, we went a bought some at the local grocery store. Unfortunately it was a big bottle. It would have been nice to have that available. And we would have liked some extra towels.

It was a great size for a family of 4 with a room each! Had everything you need. There is quite a lot of street noise, so ensure to have earplugs, not that this is any fault of the provider.

Walkable to all historic sights. Supermarket 2 mins away. Several Restaurant 2 mins away. Challenge with large luggage to get this up the cobble street to the door. Elevator works perfectly and opens into apartment. Road outside apartment is very narrow and a large car would be challenging to drive here. Rather park at Garage Ponte Vecchio and walk your luggage to the apartment.

• Oleg (1/5): Bad - location First, the description of the apartment indicated the presence of a safe. we did not find it and immediately wrote to the owner. he didn't answer. We went to the city on a tour and an hour later our documents were stolen from us, which we would have left in a safe if there was one. vacation was ruined. Secondly, the elevator did not work when we checked in. I wrote to the owner. he replied: check if the elevator doors on the upper floors are locked! I'm not kidding! That is, I had to go upstairs with luggage and check every elevator door. as a result, the elevator started working only after three hours. Luggage for a family of five had to be dragged up a narrow staircase to the third floor. The owner responded rudely to my legitimate claims.

• Annie (7/5): Perfectly placed to explore Florence. Great apartment for a family. - Fantastic location right in the heart of the Florence action. 2 mins from the Ponte Vecchio. Large, bright, clean, and spacious for a family of 5. Good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds (single beds were a little less so). Decent WiFi and good TV connection was a bonus. Would happily stay again. Florence is very hot in the summer and unfortunately this apartment is in an old building and the a/c is just not very effective. The host kindly added a new unit to the living space which did help but the bedrooms were very warm at night which made sleeping difficult. The kitchen is also small and lacking a few basic items (such as table knives and scissors) but there are so many places to eat nearby that this wasn't really an issue.

• Treasa (8/5): Florence in April - Location, facilities and space excellent 👌 as was v close to restaurant and ponte veccio. Once we sorted the lift the space was very accessible. The lift was private to the 3rd floor so we had to go get the keys upstairs first as they included the lift key. The decor and views fabulous. There were 6 in our party. However, the place was not ready for 6.. we had to request towels for 2 of us after we arrived. We arrived by a large taxi that couldn't access the apartment, given how narrow the road was. A note on this might be useful for future users. Also, we were there in an unexpected cold snap, and we could have done with the heating working or extra bedding. We emptied the bins every day as requseted however the instructions on where to do this weren't up to date, and we did feel uncomfortable emptying our rubbish into the public bins on the street. The ones mentioned for us to use at the nearby restaurant only took glass. While these were all small things, they took away from our experience in what was a fabulous apartment.
• Kathleen (8/5): Great place for a group - The apartment is very large and was perfect for our group. We were on the top floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is well-equipped with everything that you would need. There was an error on the hot water heater, and the host was quick to come fix it. Check in was easy. The location of the apartment is very convenient, but it is up a hill/stairs, so keep this in mind. The apartment was clean but a bit dingy. Can use an upgrade on all the linens, curtains, fresh paint on the walls, etc.

Location was excellent - very close walkiing distance to the Ponte Vecchio and most of the main sites in Florence The rooms (particularly the bed covers) were dusty, I could literally see the dust moving in the air when my kids got in and out of bed. There also weren't sufficient cutlery and glasses for the number of guests allowed in the property.

The sink in the shower bathroom eas was not draining. The lift was very appreciated. We had to encourage taxi drivers to drive down Via Giorgio to take us right to the door. Lovely apartment! Mosquitoes, sink not draining.

• Refael (1/5): Bad - The apartment itself is in good condition, spacious and has a great view of the city. Location is convenient. Although we pre-ordered a baby crib, it was not in the apartment and the hosts did not supply it until the next day. We had to "sleep" with our 1-year old in our bed, which meant that we couldn't sleep all night and that ruined our next-day vacation. The hosts were very unpleasant and unhelpful in this matter, didn't even apologize nor strive to fix their mistake. There is a private elevator to the apartment, but we did not receive instructions on how to use it when we arrived, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, instead of using it.
