• Giuliana (1/5): Mai più, terribile! - Solo la posizione. Tutto. L’alloggio non é completamente come descritto né come fanno vedere le foto. Si parla di muffa diffusa nel bagno con calcestruzzo cadente soprattutto all, interno della doccia. Lampadari arrugginiti e doccetta rotta e sporca. Strofinacci della cucina luridi, puzzolenti, piatti e posate molto sporche, quasi grasse, da non poter usare nemmeno per prepararsi qualcosa da mangiare. Camera da letto in ordine ma coperte sporche, con evidenti macchie di fluidi corporei non puliti, anch’esse di un odoraccio assurdo, impossibile coprirsi. Serratura della porta non completamente chiudibile (da dentro la chiave non gira per chiudere) Inoltre, 20 minuti prima del mio check out, sono stata volutamente disturbata dal “collega” della signora che risponde come Host, il quale voleva assolutamente entrare per “verificare” una perdita nel bagno. Ovviamente richiesto rimborso e segnalato tali inconvenienti , che attendo da parte del host e di Booking. Assolutamente da evitare. Soggiornato a ottobre 2025

• Marty Shock (1/5): Pessimo - Non saprei esperienza pessima Al mio arrivo l’appartamento non era stato ancora pulito, nonostante fossero le 19 di sera. Sono stata costretta a spostarmi in un altro alloggio, con la promessa di poter restare lì, ma il giorno dopo sono stata nuovamente trasferita all’appartamento iniziale. La sorpresa? Al mio risveglio ho trovato la casa invasa da blatte. Ho contattato la proprietaria chiedendo un nuovo spostamento e ho finito la mia permanenza in un hotel...praticamente non ho avuto l'occasione di disfare le valigie e stare tranquilla una sera. Pagare 100 euro a notte per un servizio con questo livello di disorganizzazione e scarsa igiene è semplicemente inaccettabile. Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.
• Dion (10/5): Exceptional - It was near the center, nice for 2 people, I recommend. ! can be cleaner, especially in the in the living room.
• Yuliya (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the apartment. Small, but cosy and comfortable. Dishes were enough, rooms were clean, linen and towels were clean and soft. The owners are incredibly friendly and answer all questions promptly. Thank you!
• Luiz (5/5): Passable - The apartment is quite central and the access is seamless. Some of the equipment at the apartment was quite old and gave a feeling that they were assembled from different places, but not as part of the style. Bathroom had mold. Curtains do not keep the sun out. The owner refused to give an invoice, which let to some long dispute not yet solved.

• Anonymous (2/5): Highly disappointed - Nothing bad location not as advertised, leaking shower head, one door in the kitchen sink unhinged , garbage disposal key didn’t work- never recommend!

• Mishok (5/5): I would not recommend this apartment because of the landlord. - Apartment is very small, there is some problem with light inside bedroom, but it is passable. Location was fine, around 15 minutes walk from the city center. As soon as we left the apartment , the landlord said we broke something in the apartment and wants me to pay 150 euro for that. We did not break anything and did not damage any wall. So I find this very bad behaviour from the landlord.
• Arun (10/5): Exceptional - The room is spacious for a family of 4. It was clean and everything was in good order when we reach. The owner's response was good. Check-in was very easy. We enjoyed the stay. Nothing.
• Tahlia (9/5): The property was extremely comfortable with lots of space. In a quiet area not too far from the city centre (about a 20 - It was very spacious with a washing machine and aircon. The shower pressure wasn’t the best but the property was great otherwise. The only thing was due to the positioning of the unit, we couldn’t get a taxi.
• Hayk (8/5): Very good - clean nice appartment. Everything worked. The location was far from centre of the city. Mosquitoes annoyed us whole the nights.
• Bianca (4/5): Would not recommend. - It had potential. Spacious. It wasn't clean or kept up. Peeling pain, mold on the walls, food on dishes, FULL of gnats or mosquitoes. My child and I had so many bug bites after night 2. I realized they have a known problem while trying to hunt bugs because there were already bug guts on the walls from a previous guest having to kill them. The heating/cooling units are disconnected, so there is no ventilation without open windows (and more bugs?). I had to buy hand soap (and leave it there). There were no kitchen towels. The door knob fell off. It's just in a state of disrepair. I'd also like to say that if the listing indicates there are 2 beds, sheets for the second bed should not cost extra. And I believe this is something Booking is responsible for rectifying.
• Enola (9/5): I recommend this place to stay. Big rooms, nice bathroom, quiet area. - Big apartment for a very reasonable price. Close to the city center and in a quiet area. There is nothing to regulate the temperature of the apartment. No heater, air conditioning was not working (I didn’t need it) but a heater would have been nice at night.
• Carolina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is great, very comfortable, practical and clean. Check in and check out were really easy, and everything about my stay ran smoothly. The location is pretty good, at a 15-20 minutes walking distance from all the main attractions. There's a good parking lot close to the apartment, if you're driving a car.
