• Pilar (10/5): - Tanto si llegas desde el aeropuerto como si vienes en tren, el tranvía te deja muy cerca del apartamento y eso es muy cómodo. Claro que hay apartamentos más céntricos, pero si no te importa andar unos 15 minutos para situarte en el corazón de Florencia, este apartamento es excepcional. Todo perfecto.

• Giorgos (10/5): Εξαιρετική Διαμονή! - Ωραίο ευρύχωρο και καθαρό δωμάτιο 15-20 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Παρ'ολο που δεν είδαμε από κοντά την οικοδέσποινα πάντα βρισκόταν διαθέσιμη για ό,τι την χρειαζόμασταν. Παρόλο που δεν έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ, η οικοδέσποινα μας κατατόπισε πλήρως για να παρκάρουμε κοντά στο κατάλυμα σε ένα ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ εκτός ztl. Το μόνο αρνητικό ότι δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε κράτηση σε αυτό (είχε πάντως διαθέσιμη θέση).

Cuisine idéale pour prendre le petit dejeuner ou bien d'autres repas. Hôtesse charmante, donne d'excellents conseils pour les restaurants, les pass musées, les transports ou autres. Accès très facille en tramway depuis l'aéroport. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location, sans hésitation. Toilettes un peu étroite et chambre mansardée, pas idéale pour les très grands.

• natalia (7/5): Apartamento 2 niveles - Nuestra estancia fue muy buena en general y disfrutamos mucho del apartamento. Estaba todo muy limpio, muy bien cuidado, la cocina bien equipada, la habitación súper bien y la ducha perfecta, con muy buena presión de agua, algo que se agradece mucho después de caminar todo el día. Además, está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila, lejos del bullicio, ideal para descansar por la noche. La chica que gestiona el apartamento fue muy amable y atenta, lo que hizo que todo fuera aún más fácil. Como punto a tener en cuenta, el apartamento está distribuido en tres plantas, aunque la calefacción llegaba perfectamente a toda la casa y no pasamos nada de frío. Algunos techos son bajitos y, al ser mi pareja y yo altos, nos dimos algún golpe sin querer. En el baño, al estar sentados, el espacio es un poco justo. Aun así, la experiencia fue muy positiva y nos sentimos muy cómodos. Es un sitio recomendable, especialmente si no se es muy alto.

Não sei se devido ao período (festas de fim de ano), paguei muito caro pela acomodação. A habitação necessita de manutenção nas portas. Fica no limite da zona de tráfego limitado, não sendo tão próximo do centro histórico. Você tem as limitações da zona de tráfico limitado sem uma verdadeira proximidade das atrações.

• daniel (10/5): Un appartement très agréable , des yeux d'enfants pour découvrir toutes ces richesses - magnifique - Claudia nous attendait, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, et elle nous a donné quelques conseils pour notre séjour, nous sommes restés 7 jours, l'appartement est très confortable et agréable, bien agencé, dans un quartier tranquille, il se trouve près de la place San Marco , à 1,5 km du Duomo. Nous partions à 9h le matin et revenions vers 18 h émerveillé par toutes les richesses de cette ville. Notre séjour se passant début novembre, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps agréable sans pluie. Un autre point intéressant , le tram en provenance de l'aéroport s'arrête à 400 m de l'appartement et vice -versa, le billet à 1, 70€, ça vaut le coup

• Olga (9/5): Great lift in the heart of Florence - It is very clean, well renovated property, located in an old house of Florence. I was staying in the loft. and really enjoyer my stay. The room had a very large and comfortable bed, it was warm and very quiet. I really enjoyed the design of the room- nice combination of old traditional building and modern features. The space is spread across different floors- the toilet and the kitchen are on different levels, while the shower cabin is installed in the bedroom. While i had no issues going up and down the stairs, I imagine it could be a bit challenging for somebody with mobility issues.

• Dmitri (9/5): Fantastic accomodation in Florence, highly recommended. - It's not easy to find decent accommodations in Florence. Despite the wide range of options, it's challenging to find a place that offers an affordable price, high quality, and a good location. We found it all at Living Walls Florence. The apartment is roomy, well-equipped, and appealingly designed. It's very clean. It's very quiet. A basis stock of coffee/tea/sugar/etc is available and is refilled as necessary. The apartment is located inside the Zona a Traffico Limitato, which is actually a good thing for tourists. You stay a little bit off the crowded streets and you can easily reach all attractions on foot while enjoying the sights, or you can take public transportation that runs just one street away. The host was very helpful before and during our stay. We received all the necessary and updated information in advance, and the host contacted us a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. It was. When we had a problem with the kettle, Claudia appeared immediately to bring us a replacement, even though it was Sunday. You have the pleasant feeling of living in a well-run household, and we would not be able to find anything to complain about until I had to reach under the bed for a dropped item. Yes, the space under the bed could use some vacuuming. The host is very conscientious and responsible, so I bet this has already been done by now, or will be done right when I submit this review.

We were within walking distance to the city center and so many shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Also, this apartment is conveniently located near the light rail stops to get to and from the main train station or directly to the Florence airport. Loved the guidebook and map provided to us with local suggestions. Even if you have a short stay, it feels good to return to a quiet, comfortable space that isn’t a small hotel room.

The room is extremely clean and has more than what you need on a trip! they also have a washing machine available so you can do your laundry on longer trips. Highly recommend this very convenient and comfortable stay!!

The rooms were spacious and it included a microwave dishwasher fridge, kettle, toaster and many other amenities. The entrance and passage outside of the apartment had a bad smell. But this didn't affect us once we were inside the apartment.

The apartment was spotless, modern, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay, along with some helpful info provided on the surrounding area, things to do, and restaurant recommendations. The location was ideal - close enough to walk into the historic center, yet in a quiet, safe area where we could truly relax. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again if we visit Florence in the future!

The apartment is well equipped with toiletries, kitchen supplies and even provides coffee and light snacks. Super comfortable king sized bed, large towels. Available washer and dryer with soap pods. It's ideal for couples. Our apartment was separated by stairs and the shower is in the room. We also were not aware the washer and dryer were communal. If you're tall the space between the toilet and wall is narrow. But it was a really nice stay regardless.

There is a hair dryer, iron, and lots of towels and toilet paper - there were even extra coffee pods in the hallway! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the historic center, but still very quiet. There is a square to catch taxis, trams, or buses nearby. As well as cafes for coffee, falafel, or brunch. We would stay here again and will recommend it to our friends. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Arrerom (9/5): Great hospitality by Claudia and nice room if you are looking for a more spacious room to stay in florence - Great space with good sections of bedroom, dining/kitchen and living room/sofa area. The toilet is a bit small especially the sink but understandable. If you are travelling in the early morning by taxi, be aware that it may be difficult to call taxi over, but our host Claudia helped us sorted it out. We really appreciated her help!

• Monica (10/5): A lovely, clean and quiet flat! - What a great little apartment! We loved it! It was well decorated and had everything we needed. The mezzanine bed was very comfortable as was the sofa bed. The big TV was great to watch from either bed. The kitchen corner had all the amenities and everything was nice and clean. The bathroom was small but clean with lovely folded towels. The location is good- a short walk to bus stop and grocery store, and walking distance to the center. My son especially liked the mezzanine floor! Nothing really to add here. We were a bit cold one night but Claudia had an extra blanket brought to us. It was an amazing stay!

• Jasmin (8/5): Really great experience! We are thankful to Claudia for accommodating us with our in-person check-in - We enjoyed the use of the kitchen and the laundry facilities. The plumbing was sometimes noisy, especially in the night-time.

Via Cherubini is in a quiet area but within a very easy walk to the centre of Florence. Communication with Claudia was excellent and self check in went smoothly. I liked everything about the property.
