- Filippini (10/5): La casa è praticamente perfetta, non vedo l'ora di tornare a Firenze per godere dell'alloggio. - Sono venuto a Firenze per andare ad un concerto al palazzetto. Ho scelto questa casa per la ottima posizione in mezzo tra centro storico e zona stadio. Soggiorno durato 2 notti, mai usata la macchina. L'unica pecca che si può trovare è l'insonorizzazione dei muti dalle altre stanze adiacenti. Niente di grave però, si sente solo qualche rumore ma tutto nella norma

The apartment is well appointed and the terrace is fabulous! Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive...highly recommend!

The so called “private bathroom” was in mutual area. The terrace and the hot tub are for a really certain room, so we didn’t get them. The shutters were broken.

It was quiet, but in a convenient location outside of the busy areas of Florence. Restaurants, groceries right nearby. The outside area upon entering is in a courtyard with a few mechanics shops. We did not have any problems, felt safe and secure. Once in the apartment, the space was fine.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with a blend of modern comforts and charming Florentine style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days filled with exploring the city. Alex was a phenomenal host, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. From providing excellent local recommendations to ensuring I had everything I needed, Alex's hospitality was top-notch. The location of the apartment couldn't be better, with easy access to major attractions, delightful cafes, and vibrant markets, all within walking distance. The balcony was just ehat you need after long day walks to later enjoy your Prosecco in silence. Will come back again. Thanks Alex

Also a binder of information regarding taxis, restaurants, markets and maps so we knew how to get around the area. We constantly had to contact him instead is just referring to an information binder of some sort. No screened windows to let in fresh air.

Local restraunts are excellent quality with friendly staff. Well decorated and clean/modern bedroom kitchen and bathroom. Coffee machine with coffee and large water provided on arrival. This property has 3 seperate rooms which have different facilties. Due to the way booking.com display this accommodation it was unclear if the room we booked had access to the outdoor terrace and washing machine. The owner confirmed before we arrived that our room did not have access to these facilties. The owner kindly let us access the larger room and facilties for one night before a new guest arrived which we greatly appreciated. Import to note, the bathroom for this room is across the communal hall which connects all the properties.

Excellent supermarket (coop) couple minutes walk. Cafes/bars close by. You can see everything on foot if you are ok and prepared to walk, best way to take it all in. No kettle, lack of utensils in kitchen and limited plates and dishes. Not a problem if your going to eat every meal out, but as one of our group was elderley we were out all day but liked to eat in for dinner and relax in the evening.

The apartment needed some updating, it was quite modern, but there were wires coming out of the walls and areas that needed a little tlc, but nothing that spoiled our enjoyment of staying there. There was no kettle to make a hot drink, or any tea towels, and no cloth or kitchen roll to wipe the surfaces over. The location was about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Florence. I would choose closer next time.
