• Rosa (8/5): Muy bien - La ubicación, el colchón muy cómodo, la amplitud, la limpieza… y la pizzería que hay en los bajos (pizzas buenísimas y a mi hija le hicieron una pizza en forma de corazón). A tener en cuenta: Es un tercer piso sin ascensor y con los escalones altos. No queda muy oscuro para dormir.

• Elif Asena (10/5): An exceptional stay in Florence with a perfect location, stunning Duomo views, and a wonderfully attentive host who made - Don't look anywhere else if you're planning to stay in Florence! The room was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless, practical, and thoughtfully arranged. The high ceilings made the room feel very spacious. The water pressure and hot water were both outstanding. There was even a bidet shower next to the toilet, which was very convenient for us. They had also provided a plug adapter. The location of the room was so perfect that it helped us have an incredible Florence experience. Everything was within walking distance, which made getting around extremely easy and enjoyable. Also, the natural view from the window was beautiful—we loved waking up to the sound of church bells in the morning, which made the stay even more special. The view overlooking the Duomo, Florence's magnificent cathedral, was absolutely breathtaking. Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free. Most importantly, our host Luisa was always available and solved every problem we had at any hour. She is such a wonderful person that I wished she were my sister :)) She kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was incredibly helpful. She also helped us with a major problem we experienced during our trip. We can not thank you enough! We are truly grateful for your kindness and hospitality. There is nothing we did not like

When I enter into the apartment one of the key was broken by mistake not sure if it was broken by me or already had a crack but Miss Luisa was great enough to handover the fresh key within next half an hour. She was very kind. I really appreciate her approach towards us. nothing to say.

• IOLANDA (7/5): il soggiorno è andato bene. l'appartamento è attaccato al centro storico quindi super ! - la posizione perfetta . stanza spaziosa e funzionale l'appartamento è ok . in 4 però risulta un po' scomodo il divano letto . ma per un soggiorno di un weekend va bene.

• Valeria Binello (10/5): An excellent, smooth and comfortable stay in a perfect central location. - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Piazza del Mercato Centrale — truly an excellent location. Being so central in Florence made a real difference to our trip, as we could walk everywhere easily and fully enjoy the city without any stress. The apartment itself is lovely: very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and with beautiful high ceilings that give a great sense of space. Despite being right in such a lively and central area, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it even more comfortable. Luisa was an outstanding host — incredibly quick to respond, very helpful and efficient. Everything was smooth from start to finish, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay — we would definitely recommend it! Just a small note for future guests: the stairs are quite steep, so carrying luggage can be a bit challenging. It wasn’t a big issue, but something to be aware of.

• marta (10/5): - El apartamento está genial, muy amplio y con todo lo necesario. Muy limpio y una ubicación perfecta para poder acceder a todos los monumentos. A 5min a pie de la catedral, justo enfrente del mercado central. Luisa muy atenta en todo momento. Pudimos dejar las maletas hasta la hora de irnos. El único inconveniente es que hay un poco de ruido por la noche al estar tan céntrico, pero se peude dormir perfectamente.

• Marco (9/5): - Posizione molto comoda. Proprietaria (Luisa) molto gentile e disponibile. Alloggio di buone dimensioni adatto per una famiglia. Metterei qualche tazza in più per la colazione e un pentolino per scaldare l'acqua per il the o il caffè solubile. Anche una macchina del caffè non sarebbe male..!
• Juan Carlos (8/5): Sumérgete en el corazón de Florencia. - Sin lugar a duda la ubicación. Encontrarte en lo más importante de Florencia a un paso es un verdadero lujo. Creo que deberían publicitar el segundo piso del Mercado Central, pues es una experiencia gastronómica maravillosa. Y qué ambiente! La angostura del pasillo y los tres pisos que se deben subir andando; ésto se debía comunicar. Tampoco funcionaron los radiadores, aunque con la bomba de calor era suficiente. Pero es un precio pequeño a pagar por la ubicación y por el encanto de estar en un edificio antiguo.

• Noemi (7/5): Excelente ubicación - Me gustó su ubicación y limpieza. Faltaba bastante detalle en cuanto a los servicios. Las toallas no estaban a la vista, no había copas, ni papel de cocina o servilletas o un paño. El secador apenas tenía potencia. La verdad es que faltaban pequeñas cosas que hubieran hecho la estancia mucho más cómoda y agradable.

• Suzana (10/5): O ambiente é organizado, charmoso e próximo dos principais pontos. - A decoração, a limpeza, conforto e a proximidade com os principais pontos. Houve-se um pouco do barulho da rua durante a madrugada. Não recomendo para pessoas idosas.

• Eleonora (8/5): Appartamento luminoso al terzo piano, di fronte al mercato centrale. Luisa gentilissima. - Appartamento carino e centralissimo con vista stupenda a pochi minuti dalla stazione. Luisa, la proprietaria, gentilissima, ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande in pochissimi minuti. Aggiungerei qualche dettaglio in più, come anche una bottiglia di acqua di benvenuto, thè e caffè. Anche se la cucina è funzionale, avrei messo a disposizione anche qualche tovagliolino/scatola di fazzoletti. I termosifoni non si sono accesi e abbiamo utilizzato il condizionatore per scaldare l'ambiente.
• Giovanna (7/5): Buono il tappo qualità prezzo e posizione eccellente - Apparentamento in pieno centro , a pochi passi dalla stazione, in zona piena di ristoranti tipici. Abbastanza pulito Posizionato al terzo piano senza ascensore, l'appartamento era dotato di un unica stanza con zona cucina , un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. Il bagno un po' piccolino.
• Laura (8/5): Bella esperienza - Appartamento ampio e luminoso in posizione centrale. Zona molto frequentata di giorno ma tranquilla la sera. Si affaccia su una piazza piena di locali dove mangiare. Si trova al terzo piano con scale strette e ripide, non adatte per bambini piccoli o anziani. Le imposte esterne non si chiudono completamente quindi filtra la luce anche di notte.
• Cristina (7/5): Bien ubicado - Super bien ubicado, en frente del mercado y muy cerca de todo. Cama muy cómoda. Pregunté si había secador y nos encontramos con el secador de la Barbie, parecía de juguete… 3 tías con el pelo largo secándose el pelo con eso y rezando para que no se estropease… menos mal que no era invierno. Las escaleras son muy empinadas, así que si vas con mucho equipaje o no estás en forma, no es tu lugar, es un tercero sin ascensor. La puerta del armario no se mantenía cerrada.

• Virginia (8/5): Una buona soluzione per visitare Firenze - Posizione ottima, centrale ma comoda e tranquilla, vicino alla stazione. Arredamento grazioso, bella vista. Locali vicini e di buona qualità nelle vicinanze Alloggio al terzo piano da raggiungere con una scala stretta e ripida che, con bagagli ingombranti, può essere scomoda e pericolosa.

Достаточно посуды Для группы людей не удобно спать за занавеской. Очень крутая узкая лестница без лифта. Нужен второй комплект ключей
