• Veronica (7/5): Muy céntrico, aunque no el mejor si viajas con niños - La ubicación es excelente Estaba todo muy limpio y agradable El dueño disponible por WhatsApp Pagué para 5 personas pero solo tuvimos plaza para dormir 4 porque el sofá cama estaba roto, por lo que tuvimos que dormir en 4 plazas 5 personas. No lo recomiendo para familias con niños pequeños. Ya que el acceso está lleno de escaleras y dentro de la casa el acceso a la 2° planta es una escalera estrecha y sin barandilla. Es una zona inmejorable en cuanto a localización pero ruidosa de noche y el apartamento no está bien insonorizado.

Found this was due to blocked Drain in shower - towels used to mop up water from shower. This hadnt been fixed prior tomorr stay so same thing happened. Was fixed very next day tho.

• Russo (10/5): Excellent Property for family of 4 - The Suite was amazing. The view with the terrace was incredible. Literally down the block from the Duomo. It was the perfect size for a family of 4. 2 bathrooms loft for the kids, washer and dryer. Nothing that we didnt like, just helpful suggestions. mom I Loved that they left a notebook to write your experience. It would have been helpful it they left additional instructions in that book for the washer. I was afraid to use it as I was uncertain. Also better lighting needed in the hallway at night coming up the stairs. It was so dark

• Robert (9/5): Great apartment but even better location! - Lovely spacious flat and extremely comfortable but, best of all is the location. A few minutes one way and you’re at the Duomo, a few minutes the other and you’re at Santa Croce or the Piazza della Signora. Just perfect! No complaints!

O apartamento se destaca pela decoração moderna e elegante, que torna o ambiente muito agradável. A limpeza estava impecável e os banheiros são amplos e muito confortáveis. Oferece um ótimo nível de segurança. Nossa estadia foi excelente e os pontos negativos são apenas observações práticas. O acesso ao apartamento é no segundo andar e não há elevador, o que pode ser um desafio para quem está com muita bagagem. Além disso, a conexão com a internet foi um pequeno transtorno, pois o Wi-Fi não estava funcional durante o período em que estivemos hospedados.
• Tuncer (1/5): Great location but let down by the things that matter most. - Great location. It's right near Duomo. Spacious. Relatively clean. (Floors needed to be mopped) I really wanted to like this place but the lack of attention to detail and facilities that need to be updated really let it down. I always give a fair review but this place was just not good. Here are some of the things that I was not happy with. I have attached pictures where I could. 1. No wifi even though it's listed as having wifi. It did not work the 3 nights I stayed there. The owners advised there was an outage but I spoke to other people in the area who did not have an issue. The apartment also has very bad reception. 2. The showers have mould and peeling paint. 3. It's loud. Bring ear plugs. 4. No coffee/sugar on arrival. The owner did provide some the day before we checked out. 5. Very dirty kettle that needs to be replaced. That is a health hazard. 6. One dirty old rag to clean dishes. 7. No dish washing detergent. 8. Check in is very confusing. You are directed to an address with a locked door. Then you have to wait for someone to let you in. Until they arrive you are stranded on the street with your luggage. 9. The person that lets you in will ask you for the city tax or whatever it is in cash only. Make sure you visit an atm. 10. The person that lets you in will also take pictures of all your passports without any ID. Hopefully my identity is safe. 11. The freezer needs to be fixed or replaced. It's leaking water and does not close properly. 12. Tiny TV. And no cable as advertised on their ad.

Gentilissimi i gestori della casa. Nell’appartamento vicino c’è stato molto rumore durante la notte e il bar sotto casa è abbastanza rumoroso.

• Jyoti (5/5): Great location but lacks amenities. - Great location. Everything is within walking distance. There is no elevator. The apartment has one bedroom downstairs and a loft upstairs, which has an open stairway. There is no AC upstairs, and the fan on cooling makes a huge racket that we couldn't keep it on. It was very hot in the loft. Lack of proper bathroom amenities. If you run out toilet roll, you have to buy them. A little hand soap in the bathroom and no holder to put it in.

• Kim (8/5): Great location to explore Florence. - Good location. Super little balcony to relax. Nice to have two bathrooms. Well set up for a longer stay with all necessary facilities. There is late night city noise. Was a bit challenging to find and meet the person opening up. Second bedroom is on the open mezzanine - not a problem for us as we all went to bed the same time. Make sure you can climb stairs as no lift.

• Rosana (10/5): Dreamy vacation in Florence! - Excellent location, walking distance to everywhere! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is excellent for us. It has two bedrooms but one is an open loft, so it can be a bit noisy for those sleeping there. Although a temporary situation, there were construction on the facade of the building , therefore windows were covered with scaffolds and we could not see the view and made the apartment a bit dark. We were able to peek through and saw a wonderful view of the Duomo. It will be really nice when done.

• Melissa (9/5): Comfortable apartment in outstanding location. - Spacious and comfortable apartment in an outstanding location. The view from your private balcony looks straight down the street to the Duomo. Two bathrooms and separate mezzanine level for the kids was ideal. Although the staircase is very steep with no balustrade, so not suitable for small children or people with mobility issues. Thank you for allowing us to drop our bags off early while the apartment was being cleaned, as medical equipment needed to be left and refrigerated. As in previous reviews, aircon doesn’t really work and the water pressure is weak - not deal breakers for us at this time of year.

• Maximo (8/5): Great apartment and location but needs air conditioning in the second level - The apartment is beautiful with a very good location and very well equipped for a great stay. The only issue and for us was not a light one was the lack of air conditioning in the second room. It was very hot in the second level (cool air does not go up) despite having two air conditioning in the lower level.
• Laura (7/5): A fabulous stay in Florence! - The location was amazing! The upstairs mezzanine room was very hot. There is no air conditioning only a fan. The steps to get to this room would not be suitable for small children.

Nice decor. Not a lot of kitchen utensils for cooking. Low water pressure especially in upstairs bathroom shower. Balcony was very small two people can only just squeeze on it with a small table.

• Tony (9/5): Good simple accomodation in the centre of a vibey area of Florence. - Location very good - walking distance to all attractions. Small square behind is quiet with good selection of restaurants. Great shop/stall in the square for vegetables and cold meats/cheeses. Apartment reasonably well equipped for 4 people. No major gripes. Water pressure in showers wasn't great, although water was hot. The street outside was noisy with passing party-goers until the early hours but i think Florence is a party city and this is probably a common theme. It wasnt really an issue
• Theresa (2/5): Disappointing because of noise levels, though the apartment has potential if sleep is not a priority - Central location just moments from the Duomo. More than adequate space in the apartment. Very secure. Four points of entry made it feel very safe in a very busy area. 1. No information pack/instructions, and no tourist information. 2. Drinking water on arrival is very necessary and we were unsure how drinkable the tap water is. 3. Not even ONE wine glass and no wine opener. In Italy where wine is a speciality!. 4. The person who met us at the door had no identification. Plus we paid a large city tax to him without receiving a receipt. 5. No details about garbage disposal. *** The location is extremely noisy and the noise continued until 4.00 am every night we stayed there. People leaving pubs and shouting down the streets then revving up motorbikes. The apartment is not sound proof. We had major sleep deprivation and seriously considered moving to a hotel for our last two nights. The host needs to raise this issue with the local bars and maybe even the police. We have NEVER experienced such levels of noise and disruption on our travels before. ***

• Annie (6/5): Good location but not enough to counter all the other issues we had. - Location was fantastic. Can see the Duomo. Upstairs loft was so hot despite the little fan that was provided. One of us had to sleep on the sofa to escape the stuffiness. Apartment managed by Brayani on behalf of the owner was less than desirable. We were lost in finding the apartment despite using google map. Had inquired about directions from the owner but all response was “3 mins behind Cathedral”. Never mentioned it’s actually 20 mins from the train station and which side of the cathedral is the apartment located. When we finally arrived to the apartment and contacted Brayani he said the guy he sent left because we took too long. This is inspire of me texting to the owner we were lost. Then Brayani said we have to wait another 30 mins for another guy he would send! The apartment when we enter was esthetically pleasing. However we quickly see that the floors were still dirty, very little toilet paper for 6 nights stay for 4 ladies, a grimy kettle that no matter how much we wash the grime remained ( we had to use a pot with no lid since the handle in the lid is missing to boil water), chipped bowls and mugs and broken corkscrew ( only had the metal screw and nothing else). Quickly text the owner explaining our displeasure. Owner responded quickly and had the apartment cleaned and restock with more TP, soap and shampoo. All the other deficient items remained undressed. There is a bar a few doors down that is open til 2am. Often young people go due to the cheap drinks. Almost every night there will be yelling, drunken singing etc til 4 am. Road is also busy with cars. Noise from upstairs neighbors were nonstop. We knew all of this from previous reviews and brought earplugs however balanced with the level of service from Brayani, heat from the loft, our stay was just tolerable.
• Emma (9/5): Highly Recommend - We would highly recommend this property. The location was perfect, everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including a beautiful balcony with a great view of the Duomo! The only issues we found were with noise, not so much from the street which is to be expected, but more so from the upstairs apartments. Nothing a good pair of earplugs won’t fix!
• Geraldine (10/5): Florence is beautiful! The location allows us to be in the center within walking distance to most of the places we wante - The location was excellent! From the little balcony you can see the Duomo, since S. María di Fiore is just a couple of blocks away. The apartment was very charming, and the space well designed. The mezzanine room was hot, no A.C. just a fan. In the bathroom, I would have like better more water pressure in the shower.

• Jennifer (9/5): Great location and great apartment - The location is perfect! Very close to the Duomo and easy access to the city. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you would need. I love that we were met immediately with the keys. We had a car and were able to park directly across the street in the parking garage which was perfect! The upstairs loft was too warm for sleeping. I'm sure it is fine during cooler months but it was the end of June and 90 degrees in Florence. We were provided a fan which helped and the owner responded right away to our request.
• Anonymous (8/5): A clean, safe place to stay - The apartment was spacious and clean and centrally located to the centro It was a little chaotic getting into the place, there seemed to be a lot of people involved with the management and I interacted with 3 or 4 different representatives. The person who met us didn’t have the key, we had to wait for someone else to show up with the key. Then there was no toilet paper and we had to wait for someone else to show up with it. In addition, the loft space was intolerably hot. My daughter had to sleep downstairs on the couch because the room air conditioner didn’t reach upstairs. There was a fan, but it was so loud and clattery, there was no sleeping with it on.
• Leah (10/5): Spacious 1 bedroom+loft apartment in the center of Florence with incredible balcony view- but stairs - The view from the apartment was exceptional! The location was amazing and the apartment was very spacious. The first big issue is that the listing does not make any reference anywhere to the stairs up to the apartment. If you’re pregnant, older or have a lot of luggage this apartment is almost impossible…. We had a clogged train in the bathroom, the bed was so hard that we could barely sleep. It was also extremely noisy from the street (which is fine- you’re in the center of Florence) but a neighboring group right above us partied all night and woke us up and our children both nights we were staying.

• Megan (8/5): Very good - Great location, you can walk anywhere in Florence. loved having the 2 levels and bathrooms for the kids as well. the master bathroom shower pressure was pretty bad so we had to shower upstairs which wasn’t much better. if you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs!!! Wow the noise from the streets and nearby cafes will keep you up all night. we loved the little terrace with a view of the Duomo. Shower pressure and noise. The upstairs neighbors were beyond loud every night at 12-3am, and the walls are paper thin so you hear everything from the streets.

• Niko (8/5): Best location apartment with modern design - Location near Duomo and close to many restaurants, shops, supermarket and attractions. Very convinience. And Apartment itself fully equip as decriptions and have good modern design. Windows are not soundproff and windproff, so you can hear everything from the road below. And since the apartment near tourist attraction so it really noisy even till 2 am in the morning. One more thing, if you have big luggage prepare to bring it to second floor by stairs since no elevator.

• Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect! A relatively short walk to most of the things we wanted to see. The view from the balcony was lovely. Don't be afraid to use the sofabed - it was actually the most comfortable bed in the apartment! The master bed was firm. We enjoyed the food everywhere we went, and the markets were terrific. We got a walking tour of Florence the first night, and it really helped us gain a better understanding of the city and its history. There are many stairs to get to the apartment, so if you have mobility issues I would not recommend this apartment. It would have been nice to have some water bottles on arrival. (But there is a grocery store close by)
