• Lina (9/5): Nice place, nice host, perfect location - will recomend to my friends - Location is perfect, apartment is spacious, clean. Kitchen with all appliances. Everything you need for short stay. Host was very friendly, too. Nothing that really bothered us. Maybe only fact, that you hear your neighbors quite well. In our case it was family with many kids, so it was quite noisy. But on the other hand the area is so quiet at night, no noise from outside at all, so you hear noise from inside much better😊.

I was pleasantly surprised that an elevator was available which made it very easy to transport our baggage to the apartment. The shower was amazing and the quality of items provided from complimentary snacks to toilets/house slippers went far above my expectations! I would prefer fluffier pillows but the ones provided weren’t terrible!

Platzverhältnisse sehr eng! Sehr kleiner Einbauschrank mit nicht genug Platz für 2 Personen. Sehr kleines und enges Bad mit wenig Abstellplatz. Sehr laut bei gekippten Fenstern, auch Nachts! Kundenunfreundliches Verhalten des Besitzers. Trotz schriftlicher Vereinbarung über Teil-Rückvergütung hat er sein Wort nicht gehalten obwohl wir nach 2 Tagen ausgezogen sind! Nur geeignet für Kurzaufenthalte . Zimmer Strassenseite nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern/Klimaanlage brauchbar.

Very central location within walking distance to all the main attractions, including Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Mercato Centrale, and even Academia/Uffizi Gallery. The Cacao studio apartment was spacious, and very well furnished with microwave, dishwasher, and induction stove top. There is even a laundry machine and a dryer in the basement. Lorenzo was a gracious host and went out of the way to make us feel welcome. He had great recommendations for restaurants and helped us to book a taxi at the end of our stay. 10/10 would recommend this place! Nothing at all

There are multiple pictures advertised, and it doesn’t specify, at least not that I saw, which room you are getting when you purchase. So the area was smaller than I anticipated being just a bedroom, hallway, and bathroom. Whereas, the images posted led me to believe the area was bigger or that we were in a different apartment.

They organised a taxi on Sunday to pick us up Monday morning and made sure that it came. Apartment was a good size for two people with a nice courtyard to sit in. All amenities were clean and modern. Il s’est assuré que notre arrivée tardive se passe au mieux, nous a communiqué de bonnes adresses dans le quartier et s’est montré attentionné et gentil tout au long du séjour. Merci Lorenzo ! Rien, tout était super.
• Stephanie (9/5): Nice apartment and great value. - Great efficiency style apartment which faces a relatively busy street. Comfy bed and bathroom. Hosts were super friendly. Appreciated the elevator lift for luggage. Used the washer and dryer in the basement ... worked perfectly! Close to bus line which connects to train station. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Would probably stay here again. The street noise might disturb light sleepers, but we were fine. Kitchenette area did not have plates, utensils, cups or cookware. Assuming it was an oversight, but did not bother to request.

• Jane (8/5): - Location was great. Facilities were good and well furnished Being in the ground floor the noise from the apartment above was not good. Doesn’t appear to be much insulation in the roof so excessive noise from people above - not welcome at 4 in the morning!
• John (10/5): Perfect stay in top class apartment - This is a first class property/apartment. It is conveniently located in a quiet street but within minutes of central Florence. Immaculately clean and comfortable with Lorenzo giving excellent communication before and during our stay. Nothing although a full size ironing board and a clothes rack for drying would have been appreciated

• maria isabel (10/5): Una estancia perfecta en Florencia - La ubicación a cinco 5 minutos de la plaza del Duomo y a 7 minutos de la Galería de la Academia es inmejorable, todos los monumentos y sitios de interés se hacen caminando en poco tiempo. Además está en una zona tranquila. El apartamento es muy cómodo, muy nuevo, está muy bien equipado y bastante bien insonorizado, algo que valoro muchísimo para descansar. Otro aspecto a resaltar es el confort de la cama y las almohadas. Lorenzo, el anfitrión, es la amabilidad en persona. Te recibe y no sólo te entrega las llaves, además te explica el funcionamiento de todo, la placa, el lavavajillas, el aire acondicionado, etc. Y lo más importante es que le puedes contactar por WhatsApp y te responde al instante. El último día se ofreció a pedirnos un taxi al aeropuerto, aunque no lo necesitamos porque el tranvía está muy cerca del apartamento y te lleva directamente aeropuerto. No hay nada que no me gustase.

• Dingman (10/5): - Very stylish modern apartment in a completely remodeled ancient building. Great location in the city center. Lorenzo, our host was most helpful upon checking in and was quick to reply to our inquires. We, well my wife, took advantage of the free laundry facilities on site. In the ground floor apartment we stayed in noise from the other apartments was quite evident. Someone who is a light sleeper should consider an upper floor apartment.

• Paul (10/5): Pergola Superb Lorenzo - The property was beautiful having recently been renovated. It is a relatively large building with a number of different apartments. Very well thought out. Our room was big and very well thought through. The location was excellent for all the key attractions. Florence is beautiful with so much to see. The owner of the facility Lorenzo was a great guy and nothing was too much trouble. He gave us advice as to sights to see and good authentic restaurants. Thank you and well done Lorenzo. There was a lovely cafe next door which was a great start to each day. There was nothing to dislike. Clean, modern, great location and excellent customer service.

The apartment was very clean and spacious with separate shower and bathroom. Full kitchen with utensils, dishwasher and also laundry facilities. Lorenzo was very helpful printing off train reservations and information regarding local shops, cafes and restaurants. Would stay again and highly recommend this apartment. Leaving
