• Aleksandra (5/5): Obiekt dla osób nieposiadających alergii i z wysoką tolerancją na brud. - Świetna lokalizacja! Często nie było ciepłej wody (szczególnie rano). Stan czystości obiektu pozostawiał wiele do życzenia - pełno kurzu, stęchnięte ręczniki, śmierdząca ścierka w kuchni, pościel, która zdawała się nie być wcześniej wyprana, włosy na parapecie, które na pewno nie pochodziły z głowy. • Dave.P (10/5): Qualità > comodità - L'appartamento, nomen omen, si trova nei pressi della Chiesa di San Lorenzo. È quindi in una posizione centrale, vicino al Mercato, alla Basilica, letteralmente a 5 minuti da Piazza della Repubblica. Oltre a questo, è un appartamento che conserva una tonnellata di fascino e di storia, per precisa scelta del proprietario che oltre ad essere un grande professionista è soprattutto una persona di una cultura e gentilezza impareggiabili.

• cato (8/5): Our host gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the location. - Location and bed were amazing, as well as the atmosphere of the apartment! Be prepared for the shower temp to be finicky and water pressure. Not a big problem personally but if you have long/thick hair it can be very difficult to wash.

• Sandra (7/5): Centraal gelegen - We werden zeer welkom geheten en de bezienswaardigheden werden laten zien op een plattegrond. De lokatie is zeer centraal gelegen, rondom Medici kapel, San Lorenzo kerk en Centrale markt. Voldoende faciliteiten, vaatwasser, wasmachine, broodrooster, thee/olie/zeep Het appartement heeft veel decoratie op kastjes en aan de wand, helaas lagen hier dikke lagen stof op en aan het plafond hingen veel stofdraden. Vanwege de markt hoor je in de vroege ochtend en late avond zware karren door het straatje rollen.

Me ayudó con un problema que tuve, ya que dejé olvidado algo en el hospedaje. 10 puntos. Al estar muy bien ubicado, hay algo de ruido en el exterior, pero por la ubicación vale la pena.

Beautiful decoration.The location is perfect, just in the city centre , 2 minutes from duomo and close to the train station. Fair price per night. Paolo is great, he sent us directions to reach the place, waited for us, gave us a tourist map, explained us what we could visit and gave us useful tips. It was a great experience . • Samantha (3/5): Location is great if you plan to be up all night and not get a wink of sleep - The location is really nice- close to a lot of good restaurants and a short walk from the main parking garage. Host was really nice and responsive. We are really shocked that this has as high as ratings as it does… yes the location is great BUT we legit didn’t sleep a wink… from the neighbors up all night, LOUD, to the street vendors rolling carts down the alley NON STOP at 5 am, no matter what we did it didn’t block out the noise. We did not get shampoo, conditioner or body wash for the shower so late at night we had to go looking for it and could only find body wash (host said it was in bathroom but all that was there was hand soap and face soap). The bedding is very old and scratch and main bed is not comfortable. #stilltired

In general, its great but if we have to be picky: The shower nozzle holder is loose. There is a bucket which captures condensation off the air conditioning which is a very slight black eye on aesthetics, of course also an appreciable and pragmatic solution to prevent water everwhere. It’s noisy - there is a water pump or something that makes noise and there is noise from the street. Having said that - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
• Gabriela Claudino (9/5): Ótima localização, bem no centro de Florença. - A localização do espaço é ótima! Muito perto de diversos pontos turísticos, o que facilitou demais nossa locomoção. A acomodação fica, praticamente, ao lado do mercatto centrale. Valeu super a pena. Fomos de carro e nos arrependemos totalmente, pois é muito perto dos principais pontos, e caímos em zonas de ZTL. O espaço, embora bem no centro de Florença, é silencioso demais. Acomodação com internet. Tivemos um problema com nosso carro no caminho para Florença, e sentimos que o anfitrião não foi muito amigável. Infelizmente, o problema com o carro não foi nossa culpa e nem dele, mas faltou um pouco de empatia e compreensão de sua parte, que quis nos cobrar 30 euros por termos chegados depois do nosso horário de check-in. Quando pedi um recibo pelos 30 euros (informei que cobraria da locadora de carros, pois a culpa havia sido dela), informei que faria o pagamento com o recibo em mãos. Então, ele disse que traria no outro dia, mas não trouxe e não nos cobrou mais. Outra coisa é: o local não tem elevador - pessoas com algum problema de comorbidades ou cadeirantes podem não ter boas experiências. Por fim, o local não é dentro de igreja, ok? kk
• Montserrat (8/5): Muy bien situado en Florencia - La ubicación. Se puede ir andando a la estacion de trenes y a pocos pasos del duomo y del puente vecchio. Esta muy bien situado. El contacto con los anfitriones fue muy bueno y respondian por whatsapp al momento. El aire acondicionado goteaba y hacía mucho ruido. El amfitrion puso un cubo para la gotera, por lo que sabian que goteaba. El ruido del aire acondicionado era tant fuerte que los niños no podian dormir en el sofá cama. Por lo que dormíamos 3 personas en una cama de matrimonio, esto hizo que no descansaramos muy bien. Por este motivo bajo la nota, si no hubiera habido este problema del ruido y la gotera le hubiese puesto un 9 o 10. Además el sofá cama era muy incomodo.

• Peacock (10/5): Loved Firenze!! - The location in Florence is exceptional. Pretty much in the center of all the main sites. Making it easy for walking around while still getting back. Meaning you don't have to carry everything all day.

La ubicación extraordinaria Algo de ruido de la calle, pero es verdad que era fin de semana y quizá una puerta para separar comedor y dormitorio. Pero por lo demás el sitio y el trato de Paolo inmejorable Gracias!

• Innes (9/5): Lovely flat in 300-year-old building in perfect location in the heart of the old city. - Well-appointed flat in 16-17th century building. Superb location, near the duomo, Medici chapels and central market -- really could not have been better. Loads of excellent restaurants and cafes nearby. The heating or water pump in the neighbouring flat came on intermittently throughout the night -- we habituated to the noise after a couple of days but, for a light sleeper, this could be a problem.
