• Tina_Kris* (10/5): - Dieses Apartment ist wahrlich ein Geheimtipp - sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, fußläufig zur Innenstadt, in einer ruhigen Gegend und unheimlich sauber und gepflegt. Laura und Paolo sind wahnsinnig freundlich, zuverlässig, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam und wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt - vielen Dank dafür :)
• Vasilis (10/5): Perfect little apartment in the best area of Florence - This was by far the cleanest and most well-organized apartment we have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Although the apartment is on the smaller side, it is exceptionally well arranged and makes excellent use of the available space. It is equipped with nearly everything one might need for a comfortable stay. For our longer visit, we did have to purchase a few minor items, but this did not take away from the overall experience. We would absolutely recommend this apartment without hesitation, especially for those who appreciate cleanliness and thoughtful organization.
• EVANGELOS (10/5): - Εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες, φιλόξενοι εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί, πρόθυμοι να καλύψουν κάθε μας ανάγκη. Το σπίτι είναι όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες, πάρα πολύ καθαρό, από τα πιο καθαρά που έχουμε μείνει, με πλήρη εξοπλισμό όπως πλυντήριο πιάτων, πλυντήριο-στεγνωτήριο ρούχων. Είναι πολύ όμορφο, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και πολύ λειτουργικό. Το μπάνιο είναι λίγο μικρό, χωρίς όμως να είναι πρόβλημα αυτό και είναι επίσης πεντακάθαρο. Το σπίτι είχε πολύ καλή θέρμανση και ζεστό νερό, το οποίο είναι σημαντικό για τις κρύες μέρες του χειμώνα. Το σημείο είναι εξαιρετικό, δίπλα στο ποτάμι, η γειτονιά είναι όμορφη, ασφαλής, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, περίπου δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από την ponte vechio ή το μουσείο uffizi. Όλες οι μετακινήσεις μας γίνανε με τα πόδια σε μια πανέμορφη πόλη. Καλό είναι να γνωρίζετε ότι είναι στον δεύτερο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ, αυτό όμως είναι αναμενόμενο καθώς τα περισσότερα σπίτια στην περιοχή είναι στο ίδιο στιλ. Ο Paolo πάντως ανεβοκατέβασε όλες τις βαλίτσες μας με δική του πρωτοβουλία χωρίς διαπραγμάτευση. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον Paolo και την Laura και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε εκεί αν ξαναεπισκεφτούμε την Φλωρεντία.
• Sisi (10/5): - 房东非常热情周到，仪式感满满！详细的介绍房间所有设施家电，甚至还贴心的准备了转换插头和红酒！房间非常温馨干净。公寓下面街道安静。佛罗伦萨走路都可以到各个景点。如果不想走，出门步行不到3分钟就有公交站，不仅可以去往老桥等景点，还能到佛罗伦萨火车站。非常方便。双人床和沙发床都非常舒服，枕头是乳胶枕，一家三口住得非常开心。房间还有洗烘一体机和吐司机，太美好了！ 没有！

• Latifa (10/5): - Laura und Paolo sind wirklich sehr herzliche Menschen, die einen gleich Willkommen heißen. Das Appartement ist ein kleiner Geheimtipp. TipTop im Zustand und Ausstattung, wie schon andere Besucher in den Bewertungen erwähnt, sehr sauber und alles in einem sehr gut erhaltenen Zustand. Man merkt, dass die Gastgeber Wert darauf legen und es pflegen. Es bietet alles für einen längeren Aufenthalt und die Umgebung ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Ob das tägliche Cornetto und Brot, zwei Türen weiter, der Delikatess- und Lebensmittelladen, Gemüsehändler, Restaurants, Café und Eisläden - alles nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Auch der Weg ins Zentrum ist nicht einmal einen Kilometer entfernt. Darüber haben Laura und Paolo fast umgehend reagiert, wenn es Fragen oder Wünsche gab. Dankeschön an Laura und Paolo dafür, dass die Zeit in Florenz traumhaft war.

• Egle (10/5): - La gentillesse des hôtes est remarquable. L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait - à une dizaine de minutes à pied de tout mais au calme. Juste en bas de l’appartement, il y a une super boulangerie, dans la rue en face - plusieurs bons restos - nous avons beaucoup aimé le Boccadarno. L’appartement très bien équipé - cuisine, lave vaisselle, lave linge et séchoir. Parfait!
• Kirsty (10/5): This is a hidden gem and so are its owners! - The apartment is in a fantastic location with most of the main sites/ galleries within a 15 minute walk. It is out of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas, safe and has lovely restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped with lots of attention to detail. Communication was superb throughout the entire booking process and stay. Laura and Paolo were so incredibly kind and helpful after we fell victim to the cities pickpockets at the train station. They went above and beyond. The apartment is indeed a hidden gem, but so are Laura and Paolo! Nothing.

• Francesca (10/5): Exceptional - Charming apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood, steps away from wonderful restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and had all amenities and a fully stocked kitchen to make your stay comfortable. Laura and Paolo were welcoming and friendly hosts, they even assisted with luggage and booked a taxi for us. The location is within walking distance of all main attractions. Would definitely recommend!!
• Joe (10/5): The best room and hosts anybody could hope for! - You won't find better hosts anywhere! Communication was great from the very first contact. When we arrived, they had already arranged transportation and met us with smiles when we arrived at the apartment. After a quick review of the facilities, they left us to enjoy our time knowing we could reach out to them at any time. When it came time to leave, they again helped us with transportation. Since our departure was at 4am, the host came to meet us just to make sure we were ok. 4am! And she was happy to do it. We said goodbye with hugs and smiles, and we couldn't imagine a better experience. The apartment has a fantastic location and the unit was impeccably, spotlessly clean. The room is in a quiet building, and is very, very safe. The neighborhood is small but charming, with some excellent restaurants just down the street. Walks to the gardens or old town, or along the river was just a short walk away. We could get anywhere easily and quickly. We spent time in the busy old town, but soon started spending most of our time on our side of the river. We were lucky to have found them, and give them our highest recommendation. We didn't experience a single negative during our stay.
• Cynthia (10/5): Fantastic suite with everything you could ask for in a great location. - What a beautiful apartment. The finishes are impeccable and the attention to design and comfort are superb. A fully equipped kitchen and modern bath are true pluses. One of the best features? The kind, friendly and helpful hosts. Only the street noise on the bedroom side. This is part of the neighborhood ambiance- so earplugs are a must to get some sleep.

Apart from the fact that the flat is perfect, modern, equipped with literally everything I needed, Laura and Paolo went above and beyond to help me with check in, with my suitcase, to make me feel home! Unlike with other flats, here I had everything! And they cleaned everything so well, like in an operating room. Wonderful, kind people, perfect location of the flat, perfect size, super silent but very central, loved it! Will come back for sure! Grazie mille!
• Chanel (9/5): Amazing hosts, cute apartment - The hosts were literally the sweetest and most accommodating people I've ever met. They helped my friend and I bring our incredibly heavy luggage up the stairs and showed us every part of the apartment and how to use everything - from kitchen supplies to the laundry machine. We could not have asked for a better stay! The bathroom was a little small. There were quite a few bugs in the house, but I can't really blame the apartment because the summer weather definitely lured them in. But these 2 things aside, the apartment was super cute and amazing.
• Anna (10/5): Wonderful - I got lucky when someone cancelled and I got this flat for my stay in Florence. Laura and Paolo got in touch before arrival, met me at the door and showed me around. It is brand new, tastefully decorated and exceedingly well stocked. I loved the smell of jasmine wafting through the living room window and the complimentary bottle of an excellent Tuscan red. The location is great, in a nice quieter area with a bakery, restaurants and steps from everything. Laura and Paolo could not be kinder or more helpful. They let me store my bag after check out too. The restaurants in the street outside get noisy at night if you like to sleep with windows open. Be careful not to trip on the steps in the middle of the flat.
• Laura (10/5): Amazing! - Beautifully designed, good location with lots of restaurants/bars around (but still quiet), amazing hosts who were the most hospitable couple, staying up to let us in, calling us a taxi when we couldn’t find one from the station, bringing all our bags up/down the staircase etc. it was really a pleasure! nothing
• Sally (9/5): Great apartment in good location - Well designed apartment in great location. Good restaurants, café, bakery & gelataria really close. Really helpful hosts who took time to show us round apartment and explain everything. Comfy bed, plenty fridge/freezer space, safe, well equipped kitchen also a washer/drier. Walking distance to many of the must see sights. While it was nice to look out the window at the street life there was some noise from early morning deliveries despite good windows.
• Ovidiu (10/5): Excellent. - Deciding to spend 9 days in Florence was a very good one. But, taking a look on the location you cannot step into a teacher shoes and rate it less than A++. The apartment is placed in the middle of an excellent neighborhood, very close to almost all points of interest in Florence, and is very nice and cozy. It is furnished with everything you may need to spend your holiday in excellent comfort. Now, what to say about our hosts? I will give the same rating (A++), because when we met them (they - Laura and Paolo - were waiting us to arrive from the airport at 22: 30), we had the same feeling like knowing each others for many, many years and we couldn't wait to meet. They were very helpful each time we needed, and I thank them very much. When searching for accommodation in Florence, and spotting "San Niccolo hidden gem suite" book it at once an you will not regret. -
