- Vida Bradaška (6/5): - The apartment itself was quite satisfactory, located in a top location and clean. It’s a bit small, but ideal for 1–2 people. In the apartment you have everything you need for comfortable staying. Be aware, if you’re arriving by car, there is no parking available on that street, and the nearest garage can often be completely full. The staff who welcomed us were extremely unfriendly, honestly I’ve never experienced anything like that before. To be fair, we were late for the check in, and we informed them of that. Due to difficulties with the GPS and the inability to find parking in Florence and near the apartment, the gentleman had to wait for us (which he also charged €60 for). That was our mistake and out poor organization, but the rudeness and the tone he used to greet us are not appropriate for someone working in tourism or for a property owner.

- BARB (7/5): - Close to sightseeing attractions, the room was clean and very comfortable bed. We had to ask the uffizi hotel staff to call and find out when someone was coming. Delay in being met at the rental. The toilet was randomly flushing and at other times difficult to flush.

- Bb (9/5): Incredible Location! - Absolutely incredible location!!! Everything you need for a short stay in Florence. Very small apartment but clean and functional! Thank you for all the advice and information! Quite small but location makes up for it! Lots of stairs..

- Roberta (7/5): Overall it was a positive experience on a quiet side street, well located and fairly priced. - The location was very good for getting around Florence by foot and there are a lot of good, reasonably priced places to eat nearby. I was surprised at how close we were to the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi! The apartment is actually three floors up even though I'm pretty sure it states two floors. A bit of a climb if you're not that fit, and there are no elevators, so be prepared for that.

- Emily (6/5): Location is key on the property. Really conveniently located which was great for a short stay. - Location is perfect. Very close to all the tourist attractions. Despite being so close to all the tourists spots, it was quiet at night. The bed was comfy. I didn’t like the adjoining door to the next property behind the curtain. It was never mentioned to us so when I saw it I felt a bit uneasy about it. Didn’t know if next door was just able to pop their heads through at any given point. The lady next door did knock on our door on our first night too to tell us something about the lights but not being fluent in Italian, we weren’t sure what the problem was. Could have done with a bin in the property too. Also the pressure of the water from the shower blasts the shower curtain out of the shower area and soaks the floor. Ended up having to use the towels provided to soak up the soaked floor.

The only thing that could use an update is the toilet, which is not the most efficient.

The appartment was very comfortable, very clean, well equipped and had everything you needed and more. The host was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely stay here and would return. A perfect location for Florence, everything you needed was Literally 50 meters away 😀. The residents who lived there were also very friendly. The electric toilet. It did disturb my sleep, but I am an exceptionally light sleeper. However, I would definatley stay again.
