• Nataliia (5/5): - Good location, no noise from streets at night time. There was no working wifi, we tried to reach stuff but got reply very slow. Only after 1.5 days they confirmed the issue with provider. There was no any solution suggested, we had to find co-working and pay extra 40 euros per day. Apartment looks clean as the first impression but they need to do proper cleaning everywhere, as an example a fan in bathroom us full of dust. Yes, it's difficult to reach, but I saw how dirty it is without any tool (I'm 162cm tall). Broken soap dispenser, refrigerator needs maintenance as it's freezer is full of ice and cannot be used and etc.

• Amparo (7/5): Buena ubicación - Ubicación perfecta, apartamento cómodo Creemos que merece la pena algo de mantenimiento: mampara de la ducha rota, silicona negra en el baño, vajilla mínima y desparejada… Por otro lado, aunque es ajeno al apartamento, fue realmente molesto un vecino q no paraba de hablar (incluyendo las 3 o las 6 de la mañana). El patio interior al q dan las ventanas del apartamento amplificaba el sonido y se oía como si estuviera en nuestra habitación. Espero q fuera algo puntual, pero nosotros estuvimos dos noches sin dormir, coincidiendo con las noches del viernes y el sábado…
• CHIDIEBERE (2/5): Arrogant owner and bad apartment - Good location Our experience with this apartment was quite disappointing. From the beginning, communication with the owner was unhelpful and at times came across as dismissive. This property should not be listed as suitable for families with a baby. We traveled with an infant and found that basic amenities were missing. There was no baby bath available, and although we asked the owner in advance, no effort was made to provide even a simple, inexpensive option—something we’ve seen other accommodations gladly arrange. Additionally, the apartment lacked essential household items such as an iron. When we requested one, the owner declined without offering any alternative. Access to the apartment was also challenging. The staircase is extremely narrow and not suitable for a stroller, and with no elevator available, carrying it up and down was inconvenient—even though the unit is only on the first floor. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no shower gel provided. We contacted the owner about this but did not receive a response. Cleanliness was another concern: the bathroom showed visible mold and did not feel properly maintained. Sleeping arrangements were also inadequate for a family. There was no separate bed or crib for the baby, forcing us to share a bed, which was uncomfortable and not ideal. The bed itself was also poorly designed, with metal bars at the head that made it even less comfortable. Overall, this apartment did not meet basic expectations, especially for families traveling with a baby. . In summary, we were really disappointed with the apartment and mostly the owner's attitude.

Letto ottimo ed appartamento più grande della media (io faccio circa 65 notti/anno per lavoro in Europa). Sicuramente l'offerta è di livello e meriterebbe il prezzo a cui è venduta perchè non è il "solito" appartamento scadente riciclato per turisti che accettano tutto. La pulizia è estremamente carente e poco adatta alla qualità del locale: ho trovato sporco il cuscino, un asciugamano con un "striscia marrone" probabilmente di un ospite precedente, il congelatore del frigorifero era ricoperto di ghiaccio perchè probabilmente non è stato pulito da un po' (=rischio di igiene perchè sgocciola). Il Wi-Fi non funzionava. A differenza di BOOKING che si è subito attivato comprendendo la situazione, il servizio clienti non ha purtroppo risolto nessuno dei problemi indicati nè pare avere percepito la gravità della cosa per una (ottima) struttura di questo livello. L'unica proposta ricevuta è stata la loro "disponibilità" a rimborsarmi qualora fossi uscito: considerando che erano le 19.30 del Sabato sera, non mi è sembrato ovviamente il caso. Poichè mi considero un viaggiatore abituale comprendo che sono situazioni che possono capitare ma quello che trovo intollerante è stata la loro gestione nonchè il fatto che almeno passare a cambiare asciugamani/cuscino si sarebbe potuto fare. Purtroppo non sono riuscito a contattare la proprietà nè sono stato da loro ricontattato quantomeno per delle scuse e quindi mi vedo costretto a dare un giudizio negativo nonostante la qualità innegabile della stanza. Ringrazio ancora Booking per la professionalità dimostrata e suggerisco alla proprietà di porre più attenzione alla pulizia e al servizio clienti: bastava veramente poco per evitare questa spiacevole situazione

Gli accessi automatizzati hanno reso il soggiorno facile e piacevole..sembrava proprio di essere a casa. Il bagno non è finestrato, ma comunque dotato di ventolina.

• Charo (1/5): SUCIEDAD y neglicencia en la atención al cliente - Estaba sucio polvo por todo, un envase de condón usado al lado de la cama, migas de pan en el puchero de la cocina. Ni una gota de jabón en la cocina o en el baño.No hay campana extractora . No hay sitio escurrir la vajilla ni para preparar la comida. La calefacción iba y venia.. Cuando nos quejamos de la suciedad no recibimos respuesta. Cuando solicitamos nos guardaran las maletas declinaron cuando a otros clientes las guardaban en la oficina.

• Petya (5/5): Let-down , only book if you want a good location - The location and the spacious rooms are what attracted me to book this property, but everything else was a let - down. 1. There was mould in the bathroom and was obviously not cleaned thoroughly. It’s not a new bathroom so they at least should have tried to bleach the corners and mask the mould/ remove dirt. I wiped off the dirt on the first day as I wanted to shower my baby and was not happy with the state of the bathroom. 2. Very little amenities in the kitchen not even toilet tissue/ napkins. Only sugar for your coffee if you buy it ofc because the owner wouldn’t leave even two capsules for the machine. Only some tap water in the fridge. It’s the little things and it shows the owner doesn’t care for details. Very basic kitchenware so if you want to cook not ideal. 3. Thin walls the neighbours were talking till late night and waking up early morning talking loud (4-5 am); could hear them flushing the toilet every time . So good luck sleeping well if you’re not drinking ofc you won’t pay attention I guess. 4. Overall don’t recommend for a family May be for a young couple who won’t use the kitchen, won’t notice the dirt in the bathroom and will be drunk to not hear the neighbours . 5. Old smart Tv couldn’t use Netflix app 6. We were there November and got bitten by mosquitoes so make sure you get spray. Could be bed bugs ( from the sofa as my partner slept there the last night and got bitten then). 7.And lastly the communication wasnt great - we had spent 4 days on dolomites prior and in contrast with that apartment where the owner was so responsive and resourceful, here all was slow to reply and wirh a rude tone( ofc because I was complaining of the state of the property ). Oh and by the way if you would like to open the second half of the outside door - make sure you use the pin and ask the staff of the restaurant to help you - because you won’t be able to figure it out and the owner has no idea about that pin for opening the door ( we needed to open the door on full to get the baby pram in the building ).
• Alex (9/5): - Struttura in pieno centro storico a Firenze, praticamente davanti all'ingresso della Basilica di Santa Croce, 10 minuti dagli Uffizi e da Palazzo Vecchio ed una ventina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Host disponibile in remoto per ogni evenienza, spiegazioni chiare e semplici per poter accedere all'appartamento tramite l'utilizzo di codici. Appartamento spaziosissimo, pulito e ben organizzato, al primo piano; zona giorno molto ampia, con un comodissimo divano, TV, Wifi ottimo, aria condizionata, piccolo angolo cucina con macchinetta del caffè a cialde ed acqua. Bagno molto ampio con doccia, biancheria pulita a disposizione. Zona notte con un comodo letto matrimoniale e piccola tv a disposizione. Lo consiglierò. Nulla.
• Daniele (9/5): Accogliente appartamento in pieno centro - Posizione ottima, in pieno centro e comoda da raggiungere dalla stazione, sia a piedi che con autobus. Casa molto accogliente, ottima pressione dell'acqua in bagno e in cucina. Grande tv in soggiorno e tv anche in camera da letto. Sulla via ci sono tantissimi ottimi locali per aperitivo o cena.
• Sochnev (3/5): Not so good. - Location and interior style were nice. I would like to share our experience staying at this place. The fact is that getting inside was not easy. The owner doesn't answer phone calls and only responds via WhatsApp at times convenient for him, which he did not warn us about. When we arrived at the property according to our booking, we found ourselves at locked doors. For an hour, we tried to contact the owner, but he demanded that we pay a tourist tax despite the fact that we had already made the payment through Booking. After we were finally able to reach the owner and paid the tax, he gave us the door code and we were able to enter. Subsequently, the owner also rarely responded to messages and had virtually no contact with us. I consider the owner's behavior to be the main drawback of this place. Otherwise, it's worth noting the good location in a historic area of the city and the authentic Italian style in the interior and the building itself. Well, that's where the positives end. The room itself is ordinary—clean but not very tidy.

• Etsana (10/5): - The location was perfect. Really close to everything while also being on a bit quieter street. The host was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips on what to do in Florence. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. It had everything you needed. A huge plus was that there was two AC-units! We had a hard time sleeping our last nights due to a very loud neighbour at the bottom of the courtyard. It has nothing to do with the hosts or the apartment, but you might want to bring ear plugs just in case.

• Natalia (4/5): Nice design and location, but SERIOUS comfort issues - - Coffee capsules were included, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. - The location is very convenient, with easy access to shops, transport, and main attractions. - The interior design is quite nice, with a cozy and visually appealing setup. - There was visible mold on the walls, windows, and in the bathroom, which is a serious health hazard. - The pillows and other bedding were old and uncomfortable, clearly in need of replacement. - The flat was very dark, with almost no natural daylight, making it feel gloomy. - There was no proper air circulation, and it was hard to breathe - the flat felt stuffy and enclosed. - The air conditioner is outdated and not functioning efficiently. - It was not possible to leave luggage after check-out, even for a short time, which was very inconvenient. - The windows are not soundproof, so you can clearly hear the neighbors talking loudly, their TV, and even their alarm going off at 6 a.m.

The apartment is a bit dated (looks brand new on the photos), essential stuff like shampoo/soap was missing. Though the apartment isn't on the ground floor, it was very dark as windows face the walls of the building. Not great soundproofing as we could hear neighbours talking loudly at 5am.

There were hairs in the sink and the shower, stain of dirt all over sink. Air conditioning was old and apartment was smelling dust and mold. The apartment itself is cozy, very stylish and so big :) The shower is also quite spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfy. The kitchen has everything I needed. The building it's located in is very old and interesting. The check-in was smooth and contactless. Not enough light in the apartment and there is no normal view from it at all. The layout is rather interesting, and the windows are either low and don't allow a lot of light in or are very high and face another building.

All facilities work very stylish inside and nice stay overall. Shower and bathroom great. Would recommend. Rooms got hot and stuffy with no air flow even with open windows. Thank god for air conditioning. Stairs were steep after a long stay. Windows looked into area with junk.

• Alina (8/5): Lovely stay in the heart of Florence - The location was great, right in the center, the apartment was nice and very big, the bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were very clean! The location is right in a market with a lot of restaurants..a Conad supermarket is nearby. All in one, you feel the vibe of the city in this place. The apartment has no natural light, only a few from a space between the buildings and this is a little bit uncomfortable. Also it smells like mold, but this is usual for this kind of buildings. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

An old apartment renovated, you can feel the flavor of local living here ages ago. Nice small kitchen and proper shower. All was good! The rooms are a bit dark, but we do have electricity nowadays!

There was just 1 mug for coffee considering they knew the apartment was booked for 2 people. The entry code did not work and a wrong code was given for the emergency keys. It was a bit stressful to face these issues on arrival. Also check in is rather late at 1500hrs considering check out is by 1100hrs.

• Claudia (8/5): I would still be open to staying here again - the apartment looks identical to the photos and had plenty of room, the location is perfect as it right in the heart of Florence. Plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep and only 20 minutes walk to the Firenze station/ short drive. The staff were not overly warm or helpful and I saw a couple of comments that also said this. For us it was a contrast to some of the other stays we have had in Italy. it is hard to get a taxi or Uber! definitely not anything to do with the property but just in terms of location, when we stayed we really struggled for almost an hour to get a ride to the train station so just be sure to allow plenty of time. the taxi contact number the host of the apartment gave us was not reachable and we finally managed to hail a taxi. the good news is getting to the property from the station there are plenty of taxis.
• Arunav (8/5): Very good - The apartment was comfortable with good amenities (very comfortable bed) and it was larger than what we expected based on the pictures. The location of the apartment is fantastic with most places being walkable. There is a taxi stand located nearby as well. The apartment is poorly lit and has thin walls (not recommended for light sleepers). There was one store room that was locked (but not disclosed earlier). There were a lot of mosquitos in the room too and it would've been great if the host provided a mosquito repellant and some water bottles.
• Gabriela (8/5): Would come back - The best thing about the apartment was undoubtedly the location. In the heart of the city center, in front of Santa Croce. The apartment was very cozy with very comfortable bed and it was a good thing to have a shampoo dispenser in the bathroom, we have forgotten to buy and we were nicely surprised. The host let us leave our luggage in the apartmanet earlier before the check in which was pretty nice, so you can start enjoying the city without it. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom and the apartment was veeery noisy in the bedroom. We could literally hear people doing everything even starting from chewing.

• Cara (8/5): Excellent location and perfect little apartment - Beautiful apartment in a perfect location to explore Florence. Check in was very straightforward with clear instructions from the host. Everything was clean and fresh. Kitchen was small but had everything you might need. Bathroom had shampoo/body wash provided, and a hairdryer. • Toma (6/5): get some earplugs - located in a good place. easy to reach city centre loads of good restaurants around. way too noisy. you can literally hear all neighbours what they are doing on their flats. it felt like walls made of paper.someone let their dog out where our bedroom windows were at 5am in the morning and it was barking non stop two day in the row. wasn’t rested at all. we left more tired than we came.

It was amazing experience to stay an apartment like a locals! the only thing which was a small trouble during 4 days staying there - the sink in the bathroom was clogged and the water did not move down the pipe..
• Eli (5/5): Loud apartment, good position, could use some renovation. A little expensive for the actual value. - Position was great. Appartment looked quite pretty at a first look. The apartment didn't feel clean, the sink in the bathroom was plugged, the bathroom hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. Even in the kitchen and in the rest of the apartment the feeling was not that of a clean place. The worst thing was how loud the apartment was, you can hear everything and it feels like the noises are coming from inside the apartment, when, in fact, they are coming from the outside or the other floors. It was hard to sleep, even with earplugs and the place didn't feel safe, even though it was, considering the good location. Furthermore, I found it weird that the payment needs to be done through a link sent on whatsapp; in an era of digital fraud and scams it doesn't feel professional nor safe, I would have felt much better if I were allowed to make the payment through booking.
