• APRILE17 (6/5): - Comodità di raggiungere la struttura con il tram dalla stazione Appartamento nn accogliente come immaginavo...soprattutto assenza di tapparelle e di tende oscuranti per me FONDAMENTALI..e il rivestimento letto da rivedere. Ho apprezzato la tempestività della proprietaria rispetto a mancanze in cucina da noi rilevate. Appartamento minimal con molte cose da rivedere.

• marco (7/5): Basterebbe poco per essere perfetto - La location rispecchiava quanto in foto e proprio sotto c'è una comodissima fermata del tram che porta in centro. Loft moderno e soleggiato in una zona tranquilla. Sotto casa c'è pasticceria e una gelateria per la colazione al mattino. Possibilità di posteggio auto su posto bianco intorno al palazzo senza particolari problemi. Acqua calda e riscaldamento tutto ok. Nel complesso per una notte più che bene anche se... Staff completamente assente. Ho dovuto sollecitare, più volte l'invio del pin per l'accesso. Di 10 volte tra telefonate e mail mi è stato risposto una volta, dopo aver fatto intervenire Booking. Il numero a disposizione è italiano ma su Booking risponde qualcuno in inglese da non si sa dove. Indicazioni per l'accesso da aggiornare: gira a sinistra e invece era a destra, segui il tappeto rosso e invece è grigio... Pulizia dell'appartamento da rivedere. Basterebbe veramente poco con un'aspirapolvere. Capelli trovati in ogni dove. Scala a chiocciola carina da vedere ma scomoda è probabilmente non a norma avendo il corrimano in plastica. Occhio alla testa!!! Per fortuna io sono di costituzione magra altrimenti non ci sarei passato per raggiungere il letto. Soggiornato in 3, con mia figlia, ma il divano letto non aveva la federe per i cuscini

The apartment is not very clean, sheets have holes in it, the bathroom mirror is below your face perspective, i had to call the owner couple of times to get info about check in. I will post real pics of the apartment

• Amiri (10/5): - Monolocale appartamento meraviglioso in un elegante palazzo a due passi dal centro di Firenze e a pochi minuti con il tram via dalla stazione santa Maria Novella posizione Top zona residenziale e super tranquilla , conosco questo alloggio da anni e ogni volta che vado a Firenze non posso alloggio altrove perché il meglior alloggio a Firenze se come posizione se come bellezza è pulizia TUTTO al Top e super consigliato. Nulla

• Gheza (4/5): - Buona posizione, vicino alla fermata della tranvia. In poche fermate si arriva in centro. Non è troppo difficile trovare parcheggio per la macchina. La comunicazione con l'agenzia non stata piacevole né facile. Ho dovuto chiamare il numero indicato su Booking per farmi dare le istruzioni per ritirare le chiavi ed era extraeuropeo! Ci sono state anche altre incomprensioni. L'appartamento non è risulto molto pulito. La scala a chiocciola è molto scomoda e nella parte alta si rischia di colpire una trave se non si fa molta attenzione. Divano in pelle scomodo. In generale lo definirei trascurato e non lo consiglierei se non per la posizione.

• Rahul (7/5): - Great location. Communication was clear and transparent. Overall comfy apartment with facilities as advertised. Liked the bathroom and air conditioning. Nice balcony. Not suitable for 2 adults + a kid. This is partially my fault as I should have checked if there is any option for the third person to sleep or not. In my opinion they shouldn't accept booking for more than two people. But again, it is my fault. The TV remote isn't working. There is No knife in the kitchen, but other items are provided. No bin in the bathroom. No toilet roll holder.
• Davide (8/5): Tutto ok - Fermata tram proprio sotto casa, fai poche fermate e in 5 minuti sei in centro città. Appartamento pulito, con tutto l'essenziale ben disponibile. Cucina ben fornita per prepararsi pasti autonomamente. Bar e farmacia sotto casa, all'occorrenza. Supermercati nel giro di 600 metri.
• PAOLO (7/5): nel complesso soddisfatto, anche se possono esserci margini di miglioramento - La posizione è indubbiamente ottimale, fermata del tram (4 fermate dalla Stazione S.M.Novella), farmacia, tabacchi, gelateria, pasticceria, esattamente sotto casa, a pochi passi pure ristorantino con specialità arancini. Grande supermercato a due fermate del tram verso Careggi Apparentemente ci sono più lofts per cui non tutte le foto del loft esposte sul sito corrispondono al loft assegnato: quello da me usufruito ha una scala a chiocciola d'accesso alla zona notte sicuramente non a norma, estremamente disagevole e con una sporgenza in muratura verso la sommità che rende reale ed estremamente elevato il rischio di testate (esperenza vissuta). La seconda cosa difficile da accettare è che, a Firenze, in Italia, qualora si vogliano contattare i proprietari si debba chiamare un numero con prefisso internazionale, extra-europeo, (+972.... Israele?) Mi è stato inoltre fornito un codice ed una password per Internet non funzionanti

Alloggio di pregio in un palazzo di alto livello super tranquillo e pulito in più ci il tram che se prende dalla stazione 🚉 T1 che ti lascia proprio sotto l'ingresso dell'appartamento fermata statuto l'appartamento trovato super pulito con biancheria abbondante sapone capsule caffè macchinetta e c'era tutto quello che serve per cucinare ,sono stata benissimo e come se nota dalle recensioni e un mio posto fisso quando sono a Firenze il mio alloggio preferito in assoluto!! Nulla
• Amiri (10/5): - Un meraviglioso appartamento a 5 mn dal centro In più appena esce dalla stazione santa Maria Novella di fronte ci il tram via T1 che ti lascia proprio fronte all'appartamento, Fermata statuto praticamente arrivi in 10mn detto questo in appartamento c'era tutto quello che serve in più la biancheria abbondante anche per il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani macchinetta per il caffè tanti capsule in più c'era anche il bollitore e ovviamente forno a microonde e tutto quello che serve per cucinare le STAFF e molto disponibile e gentile l'appartamento super pulito e di pregio,e un appartamento dove alloggio spesso con grande piacere, super consigliato. Tutto meraviglioso

• Rome (1/5): MUST BE AVOIDED! PROPERTY IS OVERBOOKED! NO RESTAURANT NOR SUPERMARKET NEARBY! VERY DISAPPOINTED! - NONE THE PROPERTY IS OVERBOOKED! I EVEN SAW THE FAMILY WHEN THEY WERE ENTERING THE BUILDING. THE HOST GAVE US INSTRUCTIONS WHERE TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY, BUT THE KEY WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. THE HOST IS BLAMING THE BOOKING.COM SYSTEM THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE ON THEIR PART. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SAID IT WAS THE HOST'S FAULT! WHO KNOWS WHO IS TELLING THE TRUTH! WE WENT UP TO THE APARTMENT AND SPOKE WITH THE FAMILY, THEY SAID THEY JUST CHECKED-IN (WE SAW THEM EARLIER). WE TOLD THEM WE ARE ALSO SUPPOSED TO CHECK-IN TODAY. WE WAITED AT THE LOBBY FOR 2 HOURS, WASTED IN CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAITING FOR THE HOST TO RESPOND. THE AREA IS FAR FROM CITY CENTER, SUPERMARKETS OR RESTAURANTS. MUST BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST! CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED AN ALTERNATIVE WHICH WAS 3 KMS AWAY FROM THE PROPERTY! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOOKING.COM!

We liked the location, 15-20 minutes walk to the historical city center. This is a great opportunity for us to explore the city. Check-in was easy. Wonderful place!

• Youyou (1/5): Unsatisfying experience - The property is in a good location and has modern design When we reached the property it was not cleaned, and it smelled rotten. We had to clean the property ourselves the first day and wait for the cleaning lady to arrive in the afternoon of the next day. The owner promised us a refund of the first night but it wasn’t delivered, even when a reach out multiple times. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was extremely disappointing, considering we paid a multiple days stay.

• Saravanan (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was clean and close to the city, the surrounding area were also good and pleasant. The hot water stopped working from the second day and we had no choice than to use the cold water. Unfortunately the TV and Internet also stopped working since the sockets stopped working. I was told that it was because they were some fixing something in the building, but why would they accept the booking if something is being fixed. Had a bad experience and won’t book again. Thanks!

• Ignacio (5/5): Passable - Good location next to the Tranvía The photos in booking are misleading. They have many pictures of different apartments, but the one I was hosted in was small and different from the first photos. Also the air conditioning made lots of noise to sleep.
• Jian (8/5): Minor issues, otherwise a pleasant stay - The room is large and I loved the windows that allow for natural light to come in. Location-wise, it's also very convenient as the tram station is located a few minutes walk from the building. And best of all there is a gelato shop located nearby if you want something cooling to beat that summer heat. Not sure if this is an Italian thing, but opening the door was a challenge. One needs to pull the door towards your body before you can unlock it. I tried turning it left and right continuously, even broke a sweat doing it. I guess the locks were loose or doors are like that here? Took me a good 15 - 30 minutes to figure this out, and it wasn't easy with all the luggage I was carrying. Another thing that I was disappointed about was the cleanliness, I wanted to make some tea and used the kettle. After boiling the water, I poured it out and the water looked brown. I poured out the content, and there were tea bags (probably used by the previous occupant). So that was a bit disgusting. Makes you wonder what else was left without it being cleaned.

Location is close to public transport,10-15mins to the town center. 2.There is a good gelato shop nearby the apartment. 1.The owner intentionally mixed up the pictures from different apartments in the same listing. You need to be careful which apartment you want to book. 2.Price is expensive in terms of location and facilities. 3. 10mins walk to the nearest Supermarket.
• Aarthi (10/5): Exceptional - The place location was great. From train station it was very easy. And very easy to locate.
• David (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing had changed compared to my previous stay, so in a way, I got what I had expected (apart from the dysfunctional a/c). In contrast to last year, the host was particularly difficult to reach. I got the instructions and the code to access the building a few hours prior to my arrival. When I noticed that the a/c didn't work properly, it took 10 days (!) to have it fixed! I got a compensation for the inconvenience, but still, not being able to sleep in a stifling apartment was neither pleasant nor restful.
• Bruno (3/5): Poor - Location Many redflags in the apartment: 1) No info about how to access to the flat has been sent by owner. She didn't reply soon, so we thought it was a scam. We had to call customer service number to receive a reply. 2) Despite of pictures in the post, there is no access to the "second floor" room. Actually there is no a second floor, neither a ladder. 3) Air conditioner was not working and when we asked the owner to adjust it, she didn't help us. 4) No wardrobe to put your clothes in. 5) Towels not enough for more than 1 night. Nice spot to stay one night, but not for more than a single night. Very bad support experience.

Spacious & nicely decorated throughout. Easy check in/ check out. Balcony to enjoy summer nights/ mornings. Electric blinds were amazing at blocking light in the summer Pillows were a bit hard Only 1 mirror in the whole apartment which is a nightmare when you’re with your partner. No hairdryer provided

Location was not the best. - we liked that it has got balcony, the property was nice and spacious. easy entry access. the toilet was not cleaned. location far from center. could have left 2 bottles of water and milk for coffee. mirror in bathroom set too low, you have to bend your knees in order to see yourself.
• Shelley (7/5): Location was good but only because of tram. Felt safe and comfortable. - Very spacious and light. Liked the balcony and the bathroom was nice and big. No sharp knives or cutting boards in the kitchen. No kitchen towels etc so feel as far as kitchen goes, could be better stocked. Not enough cupboards.
• Seth (4/5): please only show real pictures of the unit, the loft wasn’t ready - very clean, nicely maintained…not too far from the tourist places. very good if it was only for a couple it was not really a loft…rather a studio, the photos are not correct. the loft wasn’t ready and missing stairs we made booking for 3- including our 9 yr old but it only had a double bed, so had to somehow adjust in the bed the responses were slow
• Marc (10/5): Fantastic stay - would go back ! - Fantastic apartment, very comfortable, well designed, lovely balcony. Google maps takes you to a different location across the road, took 10 mins to locate the property entrance.
• Glywnnis (2/5): it was not the apartment i booked and did not come up to all expectations. - Location was very good. They did not give me the apartment I was show on my booking . It was completely different . When I complained they said that is how booking.com works as they have other apartments and the one showed was already booked. i think it is very dishonest to sending the booking and then it is not the same. No toilet paper or hairdryer which was meant to be part of the deal. Very difficult to get into the actual flat and could not find the lights next door neighbour had to help and said everybody struggels with door. Not good enough:)
• Xander (8/5): Comfortable, clean and great lighting! - Fantastic room! Large, very comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities with equipment provided, an amazing balcony with outdoor seating. The large window let a lot of light in and the electronic blinds were fully black-out. Shower didn't get quite hot enough.

• Maja (8/5): Very good - Beautiful and very large apartment, appealing wallpaper design, good bed, and nice terrasse. City center is down the hill 25min by foot, but for the back better to take tram 10min, or taxi... it was cold, and whatever I tried to do, the heater always show 21C. There is no place where to leave luggage after check out, and the agency who owns the apartment didn't reply my messages, which I find very unprofessional, they are lucky because apartment is beautiful, otherwise I gould give them very bad rating

• Muserref (10/5): excellent - Everything was awesome❤️ There wasn’t a hairdryer but the weather was good so it wasn’t a big problem. But you have to contact host for the password of keys box before you go Firenze I guess. We had no internet connection before we enter the house and we couldn’t connect the free wifi so we had to wait about an hour out front the apartment for find some wifi.

• Klaudia (7/5): Good - Nice interior, a little bit far from the center but good connection by tram Kitchen could be better equipped, pretty surprised that in Italian flat there was no wine opener or any glasses. Entrance door to the main building were faulty, sometimes it was impossible to open it without the key, which was not included in keys to apartment.
