• Krzysztof (8/5): Polecam, mimo słabej pogody było ok. - Super miejsce wypadowe. Fajna, wyremontowana kamienica, bliskość atrakcji restauracji, sklepó. Śniadania porcjowane, mała ilość, brak masła, frytki na śniadanie?! Pieczywo i herbatka pyszne! Taki urok, ale nie można wymagać nie wiadomo jak wiele za taką cenę. Ogólnie i tak było ok. Polecam!

• Марков (10/5): Family Markovi - The personal are very nice, very good! We want to tnaks special the receptionist with name Safi, he is very kind and very good and very inteliget. Breakfast was super!

• Imran (1/5): Do not book - Didn't like anything We were at first given the wrong room and told you will get the other tomorrow. We moved to the correct apartment in the morning then We had breakfast and we're told to leave the apartment and was not given any notice of moving. The bathroom lock was on the outside of the bathroom. Didn't make any sense as to why there was a lock outside when we had to lock from inside. We were given beds. One bed was broken the mattress was sunken completely in from the middle. The mattress were were all damaged. We could feel the springs in the mattresses. We informed the manager of our concerns but he didn't do anything.
• Leonie (4/5): Terrible and smelly. - The location Where to start so many things WRONG with this apartment. Not the same configuration as advertised only 3 beds and they were uncomfortable, old, and need to be replaced as mattresses were dented and old. The bathroom was disgusting and smelt and #2 would not flush properly sitting in the bottom of the toilets for the whole time we were there. The shower did not hang as the hooks were broken. The kitchen was not functional and there were no kettle, cups or plates until we asked. And then it wasn’t clean. In one of the 3 bedrooms they have placed a table which had a dirty ashtray on it. When we arrived we complained and asked for a different room but were advised that they didn’t have one. There is also a lot of stairs out room was on the second floor and then breakfast was in another part of the hotel on the 3rd floor so not really wheelchair access. The staff had limited English. The breakfast was just a basic plate of Mediterranean and a boiled egg. So disappointed…. Is an understatement. Wished we did not book this apartment.

• Mariska (3/5): HORRIBLE. - Unfortunately not much to like It was dirty, aircon, shower and toilet were broken. We specifically booked this place because we were told there were 3 bedrooms and an additional toilet - neither were true. The one and only toilet was also broken. One of us didn’t have linen for 3 nights - eventually the staff brought linen after 3 days. We reported the broken shower, toilet etc. nothing was done. The place was falling apart, dirty and just horrible. Absolutely terrible.

• Norliza (3/5): Not really enjoy due to over charged by the hotel. - Breakfast just ok. Average I need to complain and very pissed about the Elisa hotel charges. I was already made a booking and payment via Booking .com prior 1 month to the 4 nights stay in Istanbul. Upon our arrival I was shocked need to pay extra charges 40 percent in cash due to peak season. We hv no option at that time. It was just scammed. Booking.com please look into this kind of matter in the future especially with Elisa Hotel in Istanbul.

• Hanni (1/5): take off this property from your website is me advise to you , is all fake information - the location was nice 1. it was very dirty, it has not been clean for a very long time. 2. the cooker was not working 3. there was no fridge just a minbar 4 the Tv was brook and when you told the owner he couldn’t fix it 5. the sink was also broken and the shower , he didn’t fix it too I wouldn’t not recommend this place for anyone
