• Anke (10/5): Perfekt! - Sehr gut gepflegtes, geräumiges Appartement etwas außerhalb der trubeligen Altstadt. Perfekte Ausstattung mit allem, was man benötigt. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt und Pizzerien in direkter Nähe. Für uns als Familie war es optimal. Ugo ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

La posizione tranquilla ma a due passi dal centro. La dimensione delle camere spaziose. Lo spazio esterno. L'acqua della doccia che diventa troppo calda quindi da monitorare. Dover andare in cucina per giocare con i miei figli perche manca un salone e perche il freddo non ci consentiva di usare lo spazio esterno.

• saskia (9/5): Geweldig!!!!!! - De gastheer zeer behulpzaam , het appartement was compleet en zeer verzorgd veel kleine extra’s . Veel zorg en liefde . locatie was top. Piepklein minpuntje waren de zeer harde hoofdkussens

• Linda (10/5): Great location within walking distance to all of Florence. - Great location. Safe. Size was fantastic. The shower was great. Beds were firm but I believe that’s most of what we encounted. Well stocked kitchen. Close to supermarkets and restaurants The rubbish bins getting emptied out the front every night at 10-11

• Adnan (10/5): A wonderful stay in Florence. - The cleanliness, full kitchen and outdoor patio and Mr. Ugo is a wonderful host. Little far from the old town 25 minutes walking but we like walking.

We were able to walk to all sites. The apartment is I a secured building so we felt very safe. I would stay here again! We lived the market and pizzeria just around the corner.
• Karen (10/5): Great accommodation with easy access to delights of Florence. - The host met us in person and explained how everything worked and where everything was stored. He was friendly and polite. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. About 20 minute walk to the centre and 5 mins from supermarket, bars and restaurants. A small express market is a two minute walk. Some teabags, coffee and sugar were provided so we could have a cuppa on arrival. There were enough dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and laundry detergent for our four night stay. Bed linen and towels felt like ‘good hotel” standard. Bedrooms had plenty of storage and space comfy chair and footstool in main bedroom and desks and chairs in both. Kitchen well eqipped ,large fridge freezer and dishwasher. Great terrace off the kitchen with comfortable seating. The bowl of sweets on hall table added a welcoming feeling. Regular buses into centre and taxi costs 10 euros. A lot of consideration for the quests has gone into this apartment. I can’t recommend it enough. No complaints at all.

• Nick (8/5): Everything we need for our holiday. - Good location, quiet area. Transport is going to be even easier when the tram system is open. The large number of guidebooks were a real bonus. We should have stayed for longer!

• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is great for staying more than a couple of nights in Florence. Our stay was 5 nights. There is an outdoor area great for night drinks. There's a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an iron. Everything you need is supplied with a supermarket around the corner 100mtrs.Ugo is a great host. The hop on hop off again bus is on the same street, so it's easy to see sights. The city is 800 metres(David) away. There is a taxi rank at the end of the street that is very convenient for suitcases to the train €20. Roller shutteres on windows to block out the heat and AirCon in both bedrooms ideal for some. Would highly recommend. The mattress on the main bed hard. But that might have just been me. Other than that nothing.

Our host Ugo was there to meet us and was very patient showing us how to operate the kitchen appliances as well as the laundry machine. There are also bus stops nearby. The property is also walking distance to most of the attractions. It would have been much better if we could have at least 2 pillows each.

• Patrick (9/5): Superb - About 1km from city center and main monuments/attractions, Pier Capponi offers a very ample appartment, well equipped for a family of 4. It's even got a roomy first floor terrace. It was perfect for our 2 night stayover, we could easily have stayed many more days. Restaurants closeby. Everything was good really. Groceries are a 10mn walk and city center a bit of a walk under high temperature.

• Soo (8/5): a comfortable and convenient location - Ugo the owner is very responsive and helpful. the place is spacious and comfy the mouldy carpet outside the doors. the water is abit cold and the shower is sometimes hot and cold.
• Cherida (10/5): Quiet, clean and comfortable - The location was perfect to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment has everything you might need from a short to a longer stay. The place is very clean and the neighborhood is quiet, just outside the busy areas. Nearby there's a bar, a pizzeria, a supermarket and a newsagent's. I hope to come back to Florence and stay here, it was such a pleasant stay!

• Ege (10/5): Around 15 mins walking distance to most of the attractions. - Spacious and clean place! The house was very clean. It was very easy to communicate with Ugo and picked up the keys directly from him. We travelled with our one-year-old son. They provided us with a cot. We used the kitchen to prep breakfast and some meals for our son. The house has a nice terrace with a table. The washing machine was placed on the terrace and hanger for laundry. I would book it again! Our visit was in November and the flat was a bit chilly in the evenings. But they provided a small electrical heater.

• Veselko (10/5): Very nice accomodation and great value for money - Clean and spacey apartememt. Great location on the edge of historic centre. 10 min walk to most of the points of interest. There is a supermarket nearby also. If we come back to Florence any time soon we will definetly look for this appartement.

• Vitalija (8/5): Pretty nice big apartment with a great terrace, the location is a bit far, but good for exploring! - The apartment is nice, very spacious. We really enjoyed the terrace, very private and cozy. It was nice to have an AC, a coffee machine, all the necessities were provided. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The beds were quite hard, and it was quite cold at night, we wished we had been provided with warmer blankets. The location itself is a bit far from the center, usually it was faster to go by foot than by bus, so a lot of walking - but if you're coming to explore the city, then it's a plus! But besides that, everything was nice!
• Claire (10/5): Exceptional - The terrace was bright & sunny! Ugo was very attentive & was very kind in ordering our taxi for our return to the train station. He was very helpful with suggesting a grocery store close by & explaining the apt & how things worked! We would deff stay here again !!
• Stephen (9/5): A big apartment in a quiet residential area on walking distance of the city centre. - The apartment is located in a quiet residential area without any other tourists. We were here without car which is no problem at all: 2 supermarkets on walking distance (a smaller one: 5 minutes walking, a bigger one: 10 minutes walking). You reach the city centre (duomo) in about 15 minutes walking, reachable via a very easy way. All rooms in the apartment are big with high ceilings and the floor is out of marble. The terrace is a big bonus. There are 3 air conditionings: one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have blinds so you can make the rooms dark. No need to walk stairs to reach the apartment as it is located on the ground floor. The owner, living in the same block, is very kind and speaks good English. We felt really at home here and will certainly come back one day. There is only one comfy chair in one of the bedrooms. Would be good to have more. There are also 2 adjustable plastic chairs on the terrace, but without cushion and they are both a bit wobbly. The kitchen is really very big and the cooker has 4 gas rings. We only missed following items: a sharp knife, a potatoes or vegetable peeler, a cheese grater, a spatula, a wooden spoon and a salat spinner. If this could be added it is a very, very good kitchen.
