• Fausta (10/5): IMMERSIVA - Ho soggiornato da Smooth Mansion in zona Ponte Vecchio e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a pochi passi dal Ponte Vecchio, nel cuore di Firenze, ma comunque tranquilla e piacevole anche la sera. La struttura è curata nei dettagli, molto pulita e con un’atmosfera accogliente che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. La camera era spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Un punto di forza è sicuramente l’ospitalità: il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto a dare consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Nel complesso, un soggiorno davvero sopra le aspettative. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole vivere Firenze in una posizione centrale senza rinunciare a comfort e tranquillità.

• Vladimir Antic (9/5): A short but very pleasant stay. - The apartment is located right in the city center, close to the main bridge, on the fourth floor. It can be reached by elevator, which is a significant convenience. In my opinion, the apartment is ideal for three to four people at most, as the rooms themselves are not very large. However, the apartment has everything needed for a short stay. The apartment itself is very clean, and the beds are decent. Near the apartment, there is everything a tourist may need, such as a supermarket, cafés, bakeries, as well as many important historical sites worth visiting while exploring Florence. All in all, our stay was excellent. Communication with the apartment owner was outstanding. He was available to us by phone the entire time and helped us with everything we needed. He called a taxi on our behalf and arranged transportation to the airport for us. Full praise to him. The elevator in the building is suitable for two people, and the rooms are somewhat smaller than expected.

• Pisapia (8/5): Soggiorno ideale per un weekend a Firenze! - I vantaggi sono molteplici, posizione centrale in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, appartamento ordinato e pulito dotato di tutti gli essenziali. Fatico a trovare dei difetti, forse l’unico è il bagno che non è larghissimo, ma non influenza affatto il soggiorno.

• Marilisa (5/5): La maniglia si stacca, la porta non si chiude, i termosifoni rotti!!! - La posizione della struttura era l'unica nota a favore, il proprietario disponibile, ma sbadato, poco attento Ho pernottato per 3 notti, ho avuto problemi vari con il codice della chiave, probabilmente la cassetta era vecchia e si inceppava facilmente. Scena tragica entriamo in casa e ci rimane la maniglia della porta fra le mani!!!!! La porta NON SI CHIUDEVA DALL'INTERNO, un'assurdità che non era segnalata. Peggio di tutta questa situazione, I TERMOSIFONI NON FUNZIONAVANO!!!!!! Ovviamente ci siamo lamentate dei vari problemi con Francesco il proprietario il quale ha sempre minimizzato il tutto, e non ha mai dato una soluzione effettiva. Sospetto francamente che i termosifoni fossero rotti da tempo, poiché non sono stati riparati neanche per gli ospiti dopo di noi, i condizionatori per non parlarne, per arrivare a 20° in casa ci sono voluti 3 giorni accessi h24. Una situazione ASSURDA!

• Karen (10/5): The Smooth Mansion was a great stay in a wonderful neighborhood. - The apartment was so nicely appointed and the location was ideal as a base for seeing so many of the attractions Florence has to offer. There are numerous restaurants in the area to choose from. I only stayed a night but the apartment is an excellent base for exploring Florence, taking side trips and so nice to come back to after a busy day. Nothing to add here. The owners were always prompt in corresponding and helpful

• Ed (9/5): Fin leilighet, veldig sentralt - Leiligheten lå veldig sentralt. Det var 15 minutter å gå fra togstasjonen. Fra leiligheten kunne du gå over Ponte Vecchio (kun 1 minutt å gå) og rett inn til sentrum av byen. Leiligheten hadde alt av utstyr. Badet var veldig lite. Flott med en terrasse men den er ikke stor nok for to personer.

• Thomas (10/5): Ideaal verblijf voor een citytrip Firenze - Een ideale ligging voor een citytrip Firenze! Vlakbij het centrum maar toch rustig gelegen. In de nabije buurt zijn er leuke restaurants en bars. De communicatie met de gastheer ging enorm vlot, waardoor het inchecken geen probleem was. Het appartement zelf was ruim, proper en had airco. Niets.

All the major attractions are within walking distance. Right across the street, there’s a mini-market and a laundromat.** Τhe host communicated with us via messages and was very kind and helpful with all our requests.

Air con works well and the unit was well equipped for a simple breakfast at home. There is a fruit shop and laundry facility across the street so it was fabulous for snacks and cleaning. The apartment needs professional treatment - This property is located in a prime and a very affluent part of Florence…walking distance to everything. The host was very responsive and was willing to answer questions. The space is tight for a family of four. It may be a better size for a single person or a couple. Bathroom is really small and if one is traveling with small children, bath time will be challenging. For such small space, adding hooks to hang towels and wall shelves for toiletries would be helpful. The towel holder right above the bidet makes no sense ..I don’t know who would want to hang towels /clothes right above a bidet. There were only 2 rolls of toilet papers in the apartment for 4 nights stay for four people. When the host was made aware, I was told to buy my own which was ridiculous.why not stock some in the apartment instead of doing nickel and dime?? Also the shower walls have visible mold( see attached photos) which explains why the apartment had a moldy smell.

You will get a more reliable and faster response from him than if you ask him through Booking.com's message function. He has prepared very clear materials to guide you through the apartment entrance before entering the room. He can get it in advance by contacting him via WhatsApp. Location is great. You will find this apartment just off the Ponte Vecchio. Easy access to supermarkets. Not too big, but plenty of room. Every room is clean. Equipped with a capsule-type espresso machine, if you buy it in advance at the supermarket, you will be able to drink delicious coffee the next morning. This is advice for those who plan to come to the apartments by car. Bookin.com has very poor information about parking. The owner was very helpful in helping us find parking, but we almost missed our cupola reservation. I'll leave you with all the information that I understand. I hope you can help me. - This apartment does not have its own parking lot. There is also no parking lot officially affiliated with the owner. There is no parking reserved for you. - I recommend that you find a parking lot in advance by yourself. There are also several paid parking lots near the apartment. In order of proximity to the apartments, "Garage Anglo Americano", "Garage Lungarno" and "Garage Ponte Vecchio". I was able to park my car at "Garage Ponte Vecchio". - Garage Ponte Vecchio costs €13 per hour. You can park your car for up to 60 euros for up to 24 hours. For example, I parked from 14:00 on December 29th, so I will pay 13 euros until 15:00, 52 euros until 18:00, 60 euros until 19:00, and 60 euros until 14:00 on the 30th. Some parking lots seem to reset this discount (24 hour limit) at midnight. Read comments such as Google maps carefully to find a suitable parking lot for your itinerary. - When using the parking lot in the ZTL as above, there is no procedure that you should do in advance to pass through the ZTL. The parking lot staff will contact the police with your vehicle's license plate information. This allows you to avoid hefty fines for ZTL. However, this procedure must be completed within 3 hours of first entering the ZTL. - Parking in ZTL is very expensive. For longer stays I think you should find parking further away from the apartments. The roads in the ZTL are very narrow, plus there are so many people that it is difficult to drive. Especially if you have a large car, you should check detailed directions to reach the parking lot.

• Dor (7/5): Fantastic location - We chose this apartment for the location and it's perfect for exploring the city on both sides of the river. The apartment is comfortable and cute with a great little kitchen. The facilities were not exactly as advertised.
• Zinovia (8/5): All in all a good stay for a short visit - Central location near Ponte Vecchio. There are many restaurants, cafés and bars in close proximity. The apartment was clean, the access was easy, the instructions from the host were very straightforward. There was no toilet paper in the apartment, when we arrived. We informed the host, who was surprised but offered no solution or apology about this. We bought some toilet paper ourselves and deducted the costs from the city tax, which was due in cash. It's not terrible, but still a common decency...
• Patricia (4/5): Small neat apartment near to Ponto Vecchio - The location was very close to the Ponte Vecchio This is the first time I have been disappointed with an apartment which in itself was neat and basic. The manager was contacted on some issues at the start and was not helpful. Last 48 hours there was no hot water, kitchen had sparse selection of usable equipment, toilet flush was difficult, apt was entered to remove previous linen while we were out of the apt. No washing machine as listed.
