Hongjuan (9/5): A very comfortable apt in a great location - The location is very good. It is right next to Uffizi and short walk to most historic attractions, and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, yet it is also very quiet. The apt. is good size, modern inside, comfortable with plenty supply of kitchenware. The carpet needs a little cleaning, I had to vacuum it myself.
Jane (4/5): The pictures online were great but it was t all that comfortable. The sofa in the living area very uncomfortable. The ki - Location was convenient. Even with temps in 60’s and low 70’s the place was very stuffy. Opened a window (no screens) and ended up with mosquitos!

Stephen (5/5): Location is fabulous! Right next to Galileo museum. Price was fair but next time will stay in hotel - Location was excellent. Size of flat was ample. Decor was nice Entrance on alley and into building was sketchy at best. Once we got in and adapted over a couple days we settled in. Noisy on street at night. No air conditioning. Big- huge mistake for us. September was still warm. They gave us only two fans, needed at least 3-4. Couldn’t keep windows open as there were no screens on windows so little Knats would fly in and bite us. Dreadful. We were there for 8 nights. They gave us only one set of towels per person and with no dryer we had a hard time using towels. The vacuum didn’t work well at all so gave up trying to vacuum daily (we are tidy) the floors, baseboards, walls, need a really good cleaning. Several things were broken when we started to use them ie: freezer door , light bulbs out, carpet stained in dining area. Wish they had a make up mirror. Shower was smallest thing we’ve ever witnessed. We know this should be quite normal for such an old building. But will stay in a hotel next time. This is good for small people on a budget that does not mind a stuffy closed in apartment.

Paul (8/5): Modern apartment in old building, in an amazing location (near tourist hot spots) - Location was only 20 minutes from the train station and near many tourist attractions - so 2 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi gallery. Apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable stay (including a much-needed umbrella during a freak storm!!). Bed was really comfortable. Lots of communication from the hosts to help ensure a trouble-free and quick check in and out. Both hosts were really friendly. There wasn't any air-con but the thick walls and a couple of fans did the job. Apartment door had heavy security and 2 locks which were quite tricky to open (actually, top key just needed an extra hard turn).
Marlies (8/5): Very good - Close to the uffici. Nice appartment. Cool even it is very hot outside. Very friendly hosts. Appartment was a little bit humid due to the old building .
