Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und stets erreichbar und die Übergabe war bestens organisiert. Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles war sauber und die Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Hier kann man auch gerne ein paar Tage mehr verbringen.

• Olga (8/5): Aufenthalt in Florenz - Die Wohnung war schön und sauber. Alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Einziger negativer Punkt war das Sofa: Für drei Personen ist die Wohnung aus meiner Sicht nicht geeignet, da das Sofa sehr unbequem ist. Abgesehen davon war alles in Ordnung.
• Colette (7/5): - Nice apartment clean and efficient. However the internet connection was spotty. The write up needs to specify that the property manager is expecting to be paid the upon arrival in cash. This created a bit of a problem but we worked with it.

La propietaria nos atendió muy bien y nos dió consejos de transporte público y Restauración Está a quince minutos de estación del tren pero a 30minutos del centro... Después de varios días se hace pesado porque te pasas todo el día andando
• Harsh (9/5): - The host cristina was very nice and helpful! She let us keep our bags early at the apartment and even offered us an umbrella for the whole duration of the stay. The house was clean and very pretty! The kitchen has everything we needed and the bus stop is just a 5 min walk.
• Cuevas urbaez (10/5): - La estancia es todo lo que ves en las imágenes, es agradable y acogedora; queda relativamente cerca de todos los puntos de interés. Pero aunque te ponga 10 minutos a tal lugar, prepárate para que sean un poco más (pero eso pasa en Italia en general ).

• Halayna (7/5): A lovely stay! - It was my daughter’s birthday and the lady made an effort by putting up a banner and getting her present. It was so lovely. The property was lovely to stay and it was in a very convenient place where it was a 15min walk to the centre of Florence. It’s worth the money and there’s many halal food places around the apartment which is good! The only thing we didn’t like was the doors, it was very hard to unlock the doors. And the iron didn’t work
• Carolina (9/5): Clean and comfortable - Apartment is same as photos, location is quite near station. As is located at ground floor, sometimes there is some noise coming from lateral avenue.

• Kaspars (8/5): Nice flat in residential area. - Quite fresh, spacious and nicely decorated. All equipment available. Location is 30 min walk from main activities in area where is not much interesting around. Street and ventilation noise at night for fragile sleepers could be issue. Shower drains very slowly.
• Namrata (8/5): Very good - Amazing host. Spacious apartment. Close to bus stop and convenient to travel to the centre of the city. Signs of mold in the bathroom. Requires more cleaning.
• Lily (9/5): The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. - The host was very accommodating with picking up keys. The apartment was super spacious with all amenities holiday-goers would need for a short to medium length stay. The cooking oil, salt and pepper (whilst I didn't use it) is extremely helpful in case you have to or prefer to cook at home. The black out shutters are also incredible. Power points on either side of the bed. Plenty of hangers. The shower doesn't drain properly. The metal bed frame is not ideal (I personally don't like them regardless of how many people, couple or not couple, large or small), as expected, it does squeak to most movements but the mattress and pillows are comfortable! Whilst it's not TOO far from the city, for a 2-3 day stay, I would say it's slightly further out than I would've preferred.. The city centre is a 20-25 minute walk away to the main Duomo and the walk isn't anything particularly vibey or interesting which I think may be adds to the non-appeal. There is a tram stop about 5/6 min walk away and only 3 stops but a further walk into the centre from Unita.

• Hantian (7/5): Friendly host, good kitchen - Cristina was lovely & it was easy to check. Very close to a supermarket & nice to have a kitchen & air conditioned. Slightly far to the centre of the city (15 min walk to station & 25 mins to attractions). Not a massive issue but not much going on near the apartment. Unfortunately on the first couple of nights, there were mosquitoes in our bedroom so we woke up with bites (managed to get rid of them eventually!). Shower is a bit slow to drain.
• Ioana (9/5): City break - The aparment was very spacious and well furbished, with a lot of depositing facilities(for clothes and belongings). Very clean as well! It was really cold inside and the heating couldn't be turned on. The host said that the thermostate would only turn on if it is cold outside....and it really was! It is located rather far from the city center - about 20 min by tramway. The tramway station is 5 min walk from the apartment. We had to check out at 10.00 and there was no option to leave our luggage inside for a little longer.

• Dario (8/5): Very nice apartment close to the train station - Lorenzo Apartment is a very nice house in Florence, close to the train station, equipped with all the necessities for a short weekend. 10 minutes walking and you are in the center of the city. Alessandro was very kind and welcoming. just a small detail, the apartment is on the ground floor, and sometimes in the morning, there could be a bit of noise from outside. The controller for the television was not working (not a big problem).

This is not an issue with the appartment, but would be lovely if the local authority would provide a decent app so that you don't have to deal with those parking meters. Cristina was a great help getting the ticket

• Yuan (3/5): Despite some good thing, an unpleasant stay overall - Location is good. Room was clean and reasonably roomy. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Room was very cold and has no heating during several hours in the night (I was told that was because Florence wanted to better protect the earth). All windows were blocked (not sure that's just for winter or all the time), consequently, ventilation was bad as hell. The host asked me to provide exact arrival time, but that's generally impossible for a guest who arrives by flight -- in my case, I was already on a long flight when the host messaged, but for others, it's also difficult to predict the exact arrival time. I ended up arriving at a non-responsive door and was lucky enough to be helped by other residents in that building to notify the host of my arrival, otherwise I would have slept on the street!

• Ed21 (10/5): Very clean and relaxing place on a quiet street - The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: the bed is king size, firm, and a real pleasure to sleep in, the towels were thick and of high quality, the street outside the windows is quiet. The place is extremely clean, and everything in it is new and of good quality. Just 20 minutes from the Santa Maria Novella train station. The landlady gave me excellent advice about nearby supermarkets.
