• HANBYUL (9/5): - 위치가 너무 좋아요~ 피렌체 역까지 6분, 두우모 성당까지 도보로 5분 밖에 걸리지 않아 접근성이 좋고, 편리해요~! 집주인과 소통도 원활하고, 집도 크고 넓어서 저희는 4명이 머물렀지만 최대 6명까지는 가능하겠더라구요~!! 창 밖 풍경도 멋있고, 집 인테리어도 멋있고, 난방도 잘 되서 부모님과 편안히 머물렀어요~~ 3층 정도 높이의 계단이 있지만, 짐 옮기는 것을 도와주셔서 괜찮았어요~ 화장실만 2개면 완벽할 것 같아요 :)

A washing machine for clorhes would be nice add-on. TVs in the rooms were small. Maybe replacing them with a bigger TV in the common area would work better.

Le seul bémol c'est le bruit de la chambre qui donne sur la rue avec les fenêtres qui ne sont pas du tout insonorisées. On a l'impression de dormir dans la rue avec la résonance. Sinon tout était parfait.

Facilement accessible, proche du tram pour aller à l aéroport mais également proches de tous les endroits à visiter. On mange très bien aux restos qui se trouvent au pied du bâtiment. Les lits sont confortables, l appartement spacieux et bien décoré. La salle de bain est très agréable. Giovanni est disponible et vraiment aux petits soins. Les deux étages à monter… très difficile pour ma Maman mais si vous êtes en forme, ce n est pas un problème.

• SOFIA (10/5): Everything was so exceptional that we highly recommend it to every visitor. - the house was wonderful, next to all the monuments and sights of florence and next to the market. The spaces were very spacious, comfortable, there was plenty of space to leave our suitcases. Always warm and pleasant in the evenings to spend beautiful moments of relaxation from the activities of the day everything was extremely good

Apartment is big and spacious, ideally for a family for 3 - 4 pax. Mercanto market is right behind the apartment too for some of the best Tuscan food. Givonni is a great host and I will surely be back.

• fiona (9/5): Great stay and sweet host ! - Excellent Location and very clean ! Good size so comfortable for a family or two couple ! Excellent communication from the host Giovanni from day one ! Not really any but since I am asked : One room facing the street can be noisy especially if it’s a weekend but it’s a minor issue as it gets quite down after certain hour and closing the windows help ! along with some small minor issues this is no big deal! It’s on the Third floor but sweet Giovanni will wait for you on arrival and departure helping with luggages !

This place was ideal for getting anywhere in the city and plenty of great restaurants nearby or the facilities to eat in if you choose (but who wants to do that on vacation), so maybe quick breakfast for sliding out of bed before your day exploring! Giovanni was very nice and punctual and helped with luggage up to the flat. Only reason I didn’t give this location a ten was due to the narrow staircase - beware of heavy suitcases.

• Hollie (10/5): Perfect location for mini break in Florence - The apartment is located right in the middle of central Florence - close walking distance to most main attractions and practically around the corner from the Duomo. It is clean and comfortable with a good shower and some coffee pods and machine. There is everything you could need very close by including shops, the market and so many restaurants and bars. We were met on arrival and shown around which was appreciated. Having two sets of keys was also very helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay! It didn't bother us but worth noting as others have, that you can hear some noise from the square outside. It's inevitable due to the location and we liked hearing the hustle and bustle. There is only one toilet and bathroom which was a slight challenge with 5 of us - again just to note.

The 2 double bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything worked, and the walk-in shower was brilliant. Giovanni the host was also on hand, and easily contacted if needed. • Ting (8/5): Very satisfied stay. - The location is super, very convenient to walk to all the tourist sites. Many restaurants around the building, even right downstairs. The apartment is well maintained and equipped with all the things you need. Since the outside bedroom is right beside a Main Street and many restaurants around this area, you can hear some noise if you sleep early around 10pm or so, but we brought our own earplugs so this was not a big issue for us, also the noise goes down after 12am and get quiet. The inside bedroom is very quiet cannot hear the street noise. The owner provide super detailed information about the apartment and some tourism information which is super useful. We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. None

• Alecia (10/5): Great, really enjoyed our stay here! - Great location, nice and clean, amazing view. Good amount of space for 5 people even though there is not really a separate living room. We would stay here again There are just some tips for the property but in no way a reason not to book this beautiful place: We were staying for 6 nights and there were 5 of us, so would have been nice to have more than 3 toilet rolls. The coffee pods that were in cupboard were not the right size for the coffee machine, but were probably left from another guest. The shower needs a good scrub or a re-grout. Yes it is very loud in front room, but we were happy to be so close to the action 😊

It was clean and spacious. It’s close to everything. Giovanni greeted us at the apartment and was so friendly, accomodating and generous with his time when we had questions. He was always prompt and kind with his response. We would most definitely stay at this property again. With the location comes some noise as there are restaurants below, but that is the only negative.

• Karen (10/5): Excellent location near all the sites - Smooth check in and out. Clean. All instructions given before our arrival. Close to the train station and every place of interest. We loved being near the Medici Chapel and Market Centrale. Lot of eateries or bars in the area. Laundry service around the corner (2 on each side). We had a view of the Chapel from our window and our son enjoyed the bells ringing. Less than 8 minutes away from the train station. Giovanni was a wonderful host and checked in on us to make sure we were okay. We were a family of 6 (with a toddler and my 87 year old grandma) and it was perfect for our needs. Everything was great.

• Ignatius (10/5): Super clean and comfy base to explore Italy - The location was fantastic, and 10 mins walk to Firenze SMN. We used it as a base to travel to Cinque Terre, Pisa, Venice and visit Wineries. There were food options nearby and supermarkets to buy supplies. The property is spacious and has a lux feel/finish. Kitchen equipment are clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were spacious and excellent and had good temperature control and water pressure. Wished there was a washing machine, though there was a laundromat nearby.

Gio - This property is a 5 minute walk from the Florence Santa Maria Novella train station. It is centrally located to all of the main tourist attractions in town with lots of shopping, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We loved everything about the property, it was perfect for our family of 5. 10/10

The aircon in the apartment was very much appreciated. Nothing in the apartment - just be aware that if you have a lot of luggage there are plenty of stairs and they are very narrow
• Aviva (8/5): A work trip with some delightful evenings in beautiful Firenze. - The location was great, a few minutes from s Maria novella and all of central Florence’s sights, including the majestic Medici chapel opposite. The apartment was airy and spacious, modern and clean. Giovanni the host was responsive, and gave us extra blankets after a chilly first night. It was great to be on the first floor and the front room has a lovely view. The kitchen was also clean and well equipped though we didn’t use it. Lovely bathroom too, all very spacious. The front bedroom was noisy, with street cleaning noise and tourists revelling until midnight, and then starting up early in the morning , so bring ear plugs and you can sleep perfectly well. Perhaps that is true for many apartments in the centre of the city. The check our time of 10.00 am is rather early, though Giovanni let us leave our bags in the apartment until 10.30am that was some compensation.
• Mahyar (9/5): Lovely - it's spacious apartment in center of Florence, walking distance to most of the attractions in town, nicely decorated and recently renovated with a beautiful view. helpful host. beds are good too and you have a nice bathroom! the only thing is the noise from street and construction which were going on during our stay. bedroom with view gets pretty noisy and could have better isolation but this is was not a deal breaker for us.

Everything is also within an approximately 15-minute walk. The area can get quite noisy at night (part of the charm, though!), but it starts to quiet down eventually.

• Rodrigo (9/5): Comfortable apartment right in the city center - I stayed in this apartment during July 2023 (high season) with my wife and in-laws. The host was super welcoming and kind and was reachable via WhatsApp. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. It is 5-8 minutes away by walk from the train station (Santa Maria Novela) and other main attractions of the city center of Florence are within walking distance (circa 10-15 minutes). The centric location means that you have plenty of restaurants and cafés around to choose. The apartment was clean and very well organized. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment bathroom was quite spacious. In general, my family and I really liked the apartment and would definitely stay again. I recommend this apartment for families. * One thing to have in mind is that the apartment is on the second floor, and is reachable via stairs only. The only thing I could report here was that the bedroom directly facing the street is not well isolated from the outside noise. This could be troublesome for people who really need very low noise to sleep. I could hear cleaning trucks on the street at 1 am. As the location is quite centric, expect to have noise during the day coming from traffic, busy restaurants, the bells of the basilica right in front of the apartment, and a few random walkers at night.

• Naomi (10/5): Exceptional - Giovanni was an amazing host. No question was too much trouble. The apartment was great. So large and spacious. We stayed with a family of five and there was plenty of room for everyone. The apartment is extremely well placed near shops, food and local attractions.

It had a beautiful view the two large bedrooms and large bathroom were great for our family of 4. We especially liked making traditional Italian coffee in the mornings. The room was quiet at night, well air conditioned and the beds were very comfortable.We would definitely stay there again. It was no big deal for us but be aware that there is not a separate living room. Both of the rooms, however,have a sofa and chairs in addition to the beds.

• Daniel (8/5): Truly amazing - what a place in the best location! Could not want for more. - The host was AMAZING. The view was out of this world - stepping back in time - close to everything! City centre.... Well equipped, very clean and incredibly spacious. Great towels in a superb bathroom! It is central Florence - in a square that is very famous! It is bound to be noisy - light sleepers will be better in the back room - ear plugs required for the lighter sleeper in the front bedroom. Not an issue and well worth the noise in the square - but something worth mentioning - so you take ear plugs if you think you may need them.

There quite a few stairs but Giovanni was fantastic about carrying our luggage and checking in throughout the stay making sure we were comfortable.
