• Camila (9/5): - La ubicación es excelente! Todo queda cerca! El personal muy amable y atendieron las necesidades de ingreso y salida! También me solucionaron rápidamente la cama para bebé con colchón. Apartamento amplio con todas las comodidades! Segundo piso sin ascensor, y para nosotros era complicado de subir y bajar con el coche del bebé

• Emanuele (10/5): Perfetto - Tutto! La struttura è ampia, dotata di tutti i comfort per la cucina, pulita e sistemata I telecomandi dei condizionatori e delle tv non funzionano bene
• c (10/5): - Appartement très spacieux, bien décoré et bien équipé. Pendant l'hiver, chauffage par les deux clim et le radiateur de la salle de bain. Bien placé, la rue est plutôt calme à cet endroit (nous y étions en février). Proximité d'un supermarché. Dix minutes pour se rendre au centre ville, mais il y a déjà les restos, bars et commerces dans la rue qui mène en ligne droite jusqu'au Duomo. Pour l'accueil, proposer un créneau plus précis qu'une heure. (Notre check-in était entre 13 et 14h et arrivés à 13 heures, nous avons attendu 20 minutes dans la rue avant que la personne de l'agence arrive. Heureusement, il ne pleuvait pas !)

• Stefanie (6/5): - Optimale Lage um das Zentrum zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können: Spannlacken vom Zusatzbett war voller Haare und Flecken. Außerdem war das Waschbecken im Badezimmer kaputt (Wasser ist nicht abgeflossen).

• Rodrigo (7/5): Boa estrutura mas com serviço ruim - Boa distribuição de cômodos. Equipado com o mínimo necessário. Pode melhorar e muito a experiência do check in. Está com um móvel quebrado na sala. Maior defeito é a falta de cordialidade da pessoa que trata as questões da estadia.
• Camille (6/5): Ok, could have been better. - Location was great. Bed was confortable. Kitchen has essentials (please add veggie peeler 🙏). Nice neighborhood albeit noisy but it’s the joys of being in the centre 🙂 supermarkets close by and cafes. Washing machine was broken and we were not told, we found out ourselves and had to demand a solution. In meantime we were allowed to use next door flat’s washing machine. Then they replaced with a machine which was dirty and mouldy. Owner/worker came in in evening to drop off machine around 8-9pm, communication was minimal as was the notice. No cleaning supplies left in flat or trash bags to change bins, which is annoying when you’re here 10 days. Apartment smelled of cold tobacco from neighbours which sadly permeated everything (not owners fault but does make a bad impression), and shower was close to overflowing a few times due to blockages. Furniture broken in living room and bathroom, sad to see a nice flat not cared for. A small number of easy fixes to make this flat nice and comfortable.
• Tiago (7/5): - Apartamento muito grande, perto do centro, remodelação moderna, quarto e casa de banho enormes, cozinha bem equipada, anfitrião simpático e prestável. Fica mais ou menos a 8 min do centro, vários restaurantes perto, para quem vier de tram do aeroporto fica a 10 min apé da paragem de tram. Alguns elementos da casa estão danificados como móvel de sala, botão de autoclismo e a parede do quarto que fica atrás da casa de banho está danificada da humidade.
• Elisabetta (3/5): Ampio appartamento, gestito male - Appartamento ampio e di recente ristrutturazione. Posizione comoda per visitare la città, appena fuori dal centro caotico. Il gestore della struttura è stato estremamente maleducato. Il nostro arrivo era previsto per le 19 e ci ha detto che il check-in si poteva fare solo fino alle 17:30. Poi ci ha detto che comunque si poteva fare ma se fossimo arrivati dopo avremmo dovuto pagare 30€ in contanti. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone ma l’appartamento era preparato per 2, quando gli abbiamo chiesto come mai ha risposto: fatevi voi il divano letto, dovevate avvisarci! Ci è stato consigliato un parcheggio dentro la ZTL senza avvisarci che i numeri civici a Firenze sono doppi (blu e rossi), così abbiamo girato per mezz’ora alla ricerca del civico giusto. Anche su questo ci è stato detto che era un problema nostro. L’ingresso per la macchina era molto stretto e quando gli abbiamo fatto notare che è meglio avvisare gli ospiti di questo problema ci è stato risposto: è un problema vostro, mica gestisco io il parcheggio.

• Florence (10/5): - Havre de paix très agréable entre les visites intenses à florence Le paiement systématique de 30€ si l arrivée est au-delà de 17 h. Mais nous sommes prévenus c est la regle il faut juste prévoir ce surplus.
• James (10/5): Great location and huge apartment! Excellent. - This place is huge with great air conditioning! Perfect location, just a short walk to the main hub of street restaurants and the city attractions, but in a nice quiet spot. The host met us on arrival and made it very easy. Washing machine was available as described (was being fixed), which would have been nice to know. But there was a laundromat just down the road which was quick and easy and relatively inexpensive.

• Teerasak (9/5): Nice, Cozy and Reasonable Stay. - Super clean, new, and cozy place to stay. This is a very, very big apartment. The advertised photos are not propaganda. They are super real. A lot of space for family leisure. Comfortable bedding, great sofas, very nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. We cooked some decent dinners when we were there. The location is nice, in a walking distance from the center. It is two bus stops away from the main train station, and only 10-15 minutes walk to the Duomo. You can wake up early and stroll to the piazza there with ease. There is no need to take any bus or tram. Save up your money from any transportation cost. There is a nice supermarket nearby, also great restaurants and coffee shops. Very beautiful place to be at the heart of the town. The host is nice and informative. The price is justified. Reasonable. Worth the money. Will come back again definitely. Highly recommended. Located on the third floor with no lift. If you come here with some heavy luggage, it will take you some sweaty lift to get to the apartment on the arrival. Also the neighborhood is not quite so quiet. Street sound together with drunk people talking in the street is somewhat annoying if you open the window for some fresh air.

• James (9/5): A good choice if you can climb stairs. - It’s very recently updated It felt very impersonal and generic. Decorated out of a catalog. 3rd floor walk up and the lights would go off before I got upstairs.
