• Ihua.P (9/5): - 地點很好，離車站或是超市不遠，不過都是石子路，對行李箱不友善。房東很積極的處理所有事情，是很溫暖的人，房子整理得乾淨舒服，床鋪也夠大舒適 浴室的排水系統真的太糟，但可能是因為房子比較老舊的管路關係，房東有來處理過但只有一點點改變，我猜這可能不是他可以改變的，每次洗澡都會淹滿整個浴室，要等水退去才能繼續洗澡

Понравилось что через день после заезда , когда я гуляла по городу , принесли чистые полотенца , хоть в этом не было необходимости, но все равно спасибо за заботу о гостях . Я провела прекрасных три дня во Флоренции , в том числе благодаря качеству предоставленного сервиса 🙂

• Matt (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, 10mins walk from the station and easy check in.10 min walk to Cathedral area and river area, very well furnished and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment, good area near the central market with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby which are cheaper than the ones in the main tourist area, happy to recommend and would stay again.
• Patrick (1/5): Very disappointing, we were not seeking a cold-water flat. - Good proximity to train station and city center but THERE WAS NO HOT WATER (i.e., you get cold showers) FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, AND NO RESPONSE BY HOST TO REMEDY the situation. If you like cold showers, the refrigerator works and the apartment was clean, but see comments below. 1. NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERS. 2. Four flights of stairs (4 flights x 9 stairs) made it difficult to get heavy luggage to apartment. 3. Stairway was narrow and dingy. 4. Mattress was beyond firm, as in hard.

• Goran (8/5): Very good - Location Dust under the bed,blocked drain in the bathtub,the radiator in the bathroom does not work,the electric fuse pops when several things are turned on.
• Rozsa (10/5): Convenient great fully equipped appartement in Florance - Easy check in, convenient location to train station and city center. The appartement is fully equipped with anything you need, it’s clean and great value for money.
