• Federica (6/5): - La posizione praticamente in centro, la grandezza dell'appartamento, il bagno grande e la pulizia. La difficoltà di contattare la struttura, non essere stata aggiornata che il riscaldamento non era attivo e fare la doccia a dei bambini senza nemmeno uno scalda bagno non è il massimo, delle cose presenti in descrizione, ma non presenti in appartamento.

• marlom (9/5): Grazie ancora per il "recupero". - Che l'host è venuto a recuperarmi nel traffico fiorentino per farmi evitare la zona ZTL e raggiungere facilmente la struttura. Niente da segnalare.

• Patricia (9/5): Para repetir!!! - Un encanto Irene, nuestra anfitriona, muy dispuesta, amable y cálida. Muy facil el acceso y check in. El departamento muy cómodo. Para recomendar. La ubicación excelente. A unos minutos caminando de la estación de tren y del centro histórico. No tuvimos necesidad de transporte. Todo lo hicimos a pie. Faltaban algunos utensilios pero no fué un problema para nosotros. Igual se lo comentamos a Irene cuando nos fuimos.

• Elena (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - La signora che ci ha accolto era molto gentile e ci è venuta incontro per anticipare il check in La posizione comodissima con la stazione ferroviaria, fermate tram e centro città L'appartamento è buio rispetto le foto che sono state sicuramente riviste con qualche filtro, la sauna non c'è, le pantofole non c'erano il kit bagno era composto da asciugamani, carta igienica e una boccetta a testa di sapone (eravamo in 4 e stavamo 2 notti...) Il materasso ed i cuscini inclassificabili, il mobilio è estremamente basico

• Lesly (6/5): Emplacement idéal mais ne pas y séjourner pour cuisiner - L’emplacement idéal pour tout visiter , calme Pas propre, éclairage très moyen on ne voyait rien. Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine uniquement 3 grandes assiettes, 3 petites cuillères. Ne comptez pas faire de la grande cuisine. Le four est vraiment sale. Pas d’aspirateur ou balais.

• Rupal (8/5): Comfortable stay in Florence - The location is great and the property is beautiful. The check in was pleasant and easy. At the time of check out the staff was a bit rude. When we checked in they told us we could leave our bags in the room as long as we left the room at 10. We did that, we packed our bags and left them on one side and then left the room at 10. Later when we came to pick up our bags at 2.15pm we found they had thrown some of our things in the garbage bin. That was quite unpleasant!

Logement intérieur peu chaleureux manquant cruellement de luminosité et éclairage froid et défectueux. Pas de machine à café contrairement à la description, mais le personnel nous en a fourni une très rapidement à notre demande. Pas de machine à laver dans le logement mais il s'agit d'une laverie payante en sous sol, non précisé dans le descriptif. Terrasse inexploitable car pas entretenue, dommage car belle surface.

Wielkość apartamentu idealna dla rodziny 2+2. Bezproblemowe odebranie kluczy. Apartament wymaga remontu. Zapleśniałe ściany, brudna klimatyzacja, uszkodzone płytki na tarasie

Toget vårt var forsinket fra Bologna og vi ble for sene til siste innsjekkingstidspunkt. Ble presset på tid og følte kontaktpersonen ikke trodde på oss når vi forklarte situasjonen.

• Amelie (8/5): Fine but not exceptional - Location is perfect. The apartment is fine, very calm and lovely outdoor area. It doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of the city. The photographer is very talented because it’s defo not as beautiful as on the picture. The outside area needs a major clean, the decking needs to be fixed. Apt could do with a lick of paint. A tea towel and some basics like oil / salt / coffee / sugar would be nice too

• Robert (1/5): The Florence experience was unforgetable the apartment experience was terrible. - Central location a few minutes walk to all attractions This unit is located in an apartment complex with the operator subleasing several units. The property is poorly maintained with evidence of water leaking from air con units resulting in peeling paint & mould in bedroom and living area. The unit has depressing decor and its description in Booking.com is a misrepresentation of the actual property & its amenities. For a serviced apartment it was very basic For example the washing machine is located in basement with pay per use required. There is no on site manager. On day 2 the toaster short circuited the electricity supply to the unit. I had to troubleshoot the supply meters located at the entrance to the complex about 50 meters away from the unit and verify several times an equipment fault and supply evidence of the issue before an electrician was booked to rectify the problem. When he did finally replace the meter, He left us with no air conditioning nor heating to the unit for the remainder of our stay. The kitchen has ant infestation, no insect screening on windows or doors and mosquitos are bad.

• Vicky (9/5): It was perfect for our three days and we would stay here again. - It was in the perfect location. Five minutes from the train station and just ten minutes into the centre of the city and the cathedral. Secure property and felt very safe. Unfortunately the AC broke after one day.
• Kylie (7/5): Great location, helpful staff, a few minor improvements needed. - The location was great, very helpful staff, the outdoor area was lovely but very uncomfortable due to mosquitoes. Small items….The toaster didn’t work, the frypan wasn’t convection, no tea towels to wipe the dishes, fly screen needed on the back door due to mosquitoes.

Located in a nice neighbourhood, it is super close to the train station and the conference centre, and only a short walk from the Cathedral. Apartment size perfect also for a family. The apartment was clean, but there were some humidity damages and the smell that comes with it...the wall could take some paint.

Air con was amazing and the apartment was very clean. Lots of room and in a fantastic area with great restaurants and bars near. Staff helpful, smiling.

• Chantal (9/5): Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again. - We loved our recent stay here. The Apartment is within walking distance to the Firenze SMN train station and tourist attractions. The use of the outdoor space was a definite highlight, we loved sitting outside for our morning coffee. Only the lack of toilet paper. 2 rolls for a family for 4 nights is not enough.
• Sevda (3/5): Location is amazing... - Amazing location. Room is big has a beautiful terrace. There was a hot water in bathroom. Although it says departure is 10:30 am I was reminded 3 times that I have to leave before 10 AM. Bedsheets were dirty. Bed does not have duvet it was extremely cold and all I gotwas bed linen without duvet. Could not sleep well for 2 nights from the cold was like a nightmare. Apartment without washing machine. I found it not worth to the price I have paid.
• Rachael (8/5): Loved Florence and would recommend! - Loved the location and ease from a travelling perspective and it’s literally around the corner from the train station. The sofa bed want the most comfortable but other than that - no issues with the accommodation.

• Octavian (8/5): Great stay in Florance - The location was excellent. The guest was very kind and welcoming, also she arrived on time as agreed. 1.No parking was available even though it was one of the main reasons I chose it, as the community had blocked the street. So, I had to park the rented car in a private parking, that cost me 31€/day extra (total 93€), with no discount from the paid amount. 2. Both rooms, in the apartment where I stayed, had signs of mold from the AC system.
• Matthew (9/5): Great location in Florence. - Great location and within walking distance of all the sights Florence has to offer. Daniella was very helpful when we met her and made sure we were comfortable with everything. A washing machine would have been good as we had been travelling for a few days and this stop in Florence was a chance to get on top of our laundry which is something you should eb able to do when staying in an apartment. It wasn't the end of the world for us though.

Great place to stay n super nice - The property was very well located with everything at walking distance. We walked from the train station to the apartment, which was only about three blocks. The property itself felt very safe. It was a perfect location.

• Aoife (9/5): Beautiful retreat in a city centre location, close to lots of lovely restaurants. - Apartment was located off one of the main streets in Florence yet when you entered you could not tell. The gardens surrounding the apartments offer a quiet retreat and the patio are for the apartment was lovely. Beds were also very comfortable. Nothing well located and hosts ensured that our air con was working properly on our first evening which we appreciated.
• Sam (8/5): Great location - When travelling to multiple cities, it was important to find a place close to a transit hub, Borgo Guelfo III fit the bill perfectly. A nice, clean apartment in a quiet, gated community, it is the perfect place to stay while visiting Florence. The representative who handed over the keys was very helpful and responsive to any queries and concerns.
