• Anna (10/5): 100% recomendable! - Nos encantó. La ubicación es excelente, en una zona segura y muy bien comunicada para moverse a pie por Florencia. El check-in fue muy sencillo; Matteo fue muy amable y nos dio muchas facilidades tanto para la llegada como para la salida. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, tanto el baño como la ropa de cama y las toallas, y además está decorado con gusto. La cama era cómoda y pudimos descansar sin ruido. La temperatura era adecuada y el espacio es perfecto para dos personas. La cocina muy bien equipada (tiene de todo) y todo funcionaba correctamente, incluido el Wi-Fi. El alojamiento coincide totalmente con las fotos y la relación calidad-precio nos pareció buena. Muchas gracias!! Todo nos gustó
• Bora (10/5): - Most of all. Perfect location and the host was very kind. If you are a light sleeper, there may be some noise from outside.
• Corentin (9/5): - Communication excellente avec un hôte accomodant et disponible. Un emplacement parfait. La disponibilité des petites choses quotidiennes dans la cuisine. En plein centre donc nécessairement pas totalement calme la nuit (un peu de bruits de la rue, léger). Absence de multiprises au niveau du lit (il faut choisir entre brancher la lampe de chevet ou utiliser la prise).

• Kim (10/5): A perfect property in an ideal location with a fabulous owner. - The location was perfect. Matteo gave detailed instructions and was available via text all the time we were there. His Mother kindly saw us in and was really helpful. Cannot recommend this property and owner enough. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect ☺️
• Lorna (9/5): Great apartment and excellent host! - Location was excellent, very close to the Duomo but on a quiet street. Taxi driver had a hard time finding the apartment but Matteo found us just around the corner as we were looking for the entrance at the appointed meet-up time. Apartment was comfy for the two of us. We didn't cook much, but appreciated having the kitchen. Espresso coffee maker didn't work on the stove (base of coffee maker was warped and wouldn't maintain contact with the burner) but fortunately Matteo had a regular "American" coffee maker available. Beds were comfy. Matteo was very helpful throughout our stay as we had questions, even helping us get a taxi at the end of our stay when no taxis were available and we needed to get to the airport. Air conditioning in the apartment seemed to work well. Shower was large. Windows onto shaft off the stairs provided good light to the apartment and showed a fun painting of the Duomo making us feel like we had a view of it. Nothing comes to mind.

• Henry (10/5): Exceptional - Matteo was great. Very helpful. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, including to and from the train station (about 15 minutes). Many nice restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities in the vicinity. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The bathroom was pretty small.

• Adrian (5/5): Passable - Location When we went back to check out found owner and cleaning staff in our apartment moving our things from the bathroom while our luggage’s were still open
• Brenda (8/5): Very good - Matteo was a very gracious host & the Apt location is excellent just 2 mins to Duomo & 6 mins to Ponte Del Vecchio bridge. Bathroom is very tight, but all other amenities are perfect for a short stay.
• Elisabeth (10/5): If this suite is available, jump on it! - The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Seriously, I want to find those pillows for my own beds at home. This place was perfect for a solo trip. I could see it being a little cozy with 4 people there, but it'd still be enjoyable. The shower had great water pressure. The location was so close to everything - 15 min walk from the train station, less than 5 to the Duomo, less than 10 min from the accademia... There are a lot of great restaurants surrounding the suite, Matteo provides some great suggestions and a discount at one. The Shake Cafe down the street has some nice breakfast options if you're all burnt out on cold cuts and croissants. I agree with the others about street noise - this is no fault of the suite, it's just due to being in the city center. Some sort of street service (maybe trash) comes through around 11:30 pm, and people are definitely still out and about later than that. That being said, with ear plugs in, I had absolutely no issue sleeping, and I'm a light sleeper. So if you are as well, I suggest bringing earplugs. And if you forget them, there is a pharmacy right next door - again, convenience. :)
• Guest2021 (9/5): A nice stay in Florence city centre - The location is really central. Everything was fine.
• Christina (10/5): Exceptional - There's not much to dislike about Matteo's place. I had the most lovely stay here. The downstairs bed is one of the comfiest beds I've slept on in my life. I didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed adequately stocked with everything you'd need. There is a washing machine too. The bathroom is small but clean -- and the shower has hot water with great pressure. The heat worked well during my stay. Matteo is one of the best hosts I've had as well. He met me at the door, showed me how to use three different keys, and showed me around the suite. He provided a map of the city with highlights already circled, as well as a list of restaurant recommendations and a tour company. Both included discounts. I loved Agricola Toscana. He offered to call a taxi for me for the morning I left as well. Suite Presto is right in the heart of Florence. Nearly everything was a 5-15 minute walk. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops. I can't recommend Suite Presto enough.
