• Kenneth (9/5): Fantastisk beliggenhed. God morgenmadscafe lige rundt om hjørnet. Savnede en bekvemmelig stol at sidde i. - Beliggenheden. Og at værten tog hånd om temperaturen med det samme. Lejligheden var hundekold en morgen men skrev til værten og det blev fikset med det samme 👍 Skulle måske have været opmærksom på at lejligheden lå på femte sal og at det var op ad en stejl køkkentrappe. Men udsigten var helt unique da man så kom op 👍
• Johan (10/5): Wonderful place, but not for you if you struggle with climbing stairs - Really stunning view of the Duomo was fantastic reward after a long day. Washing machine halfway through our trip was very welcome. Not much, the stairs were a bit difficult, but hey it is an ancient city
• Halinoja (10/5): Private access of the iconic view in Florence - Stunning view, even more impressive than in the pictures. Ideal location, close to everything: attractions, cafes, restaurants and grocery store next door. Well, historically furnished for a very nice stay. Missing a full-length mirror (small detail, easy fix).

• Michał (10/5): - Niesamowita lokalizacja, widok - jak piszą wszyscy - obłędny. Samo mieszkanie też jest bardzo klimatyczne, stara włoska kamienica, drewno i kamień. Piąte piętro nie jest problemem. Uważajcie na Carrefour Express na dole; jest bardzo drogi

We stayed here for 5 nights and found it perfectly positioned for sightseeing, and yet also amazingly quiet for when you were ready to retreat from the streets and rest! We cooked 3 of our meals here and found the kitchen well enough equipped, and the washing machine was very helpful. And of course the highlight was the amazing window view, and it didn’t disappoint!
• Heidi (9/5): Would recommend! - Room was lovely and clean and the view - amazing! Location very close to everything but not on a noisy street. Not a problem for us but please consider a lot of stairs to get up to the room :)

We were told that the apartment would be ready by 2pm, but when we arrived at 2pm there was no key in the box. The cleaner came half an hour later, and it turned out the place has not been cleaned yet. The door of the washing machine got stuck and couldn’t be opened after washing.

• Domenic (7/5): Good - Both the location in the city and the view are tops. Its in the middle of the historic area. As a tourist everything of interest is easy to walk to. It has the best view, looking straight at the most piece of achitecture most iconib to Florence. Most of the plumbing leaks. Run the shower: a large puddle runs across the floor and into the bedroom. The washroom sink leaks constantly. Run the washing machine: A puddle forms on the kitchen floor. The location has a mosquito problem. We were eaten by mosquitos during our entire stay. This was even during October. The windows and entrances need insect screens.

The stairs (this is made very clear on the accomodations’ description, so I knew what we were getting ourselves into). Once up them, it is certainly worth it!

• Libby (9/5): Amazing views, worth the climb if you're able. - The view was amazing! The apartment was beautifully decorated with antiques and the bathroom was clean with new fixtures and fittings. It was handy to have a washing machine too. The stairs! Definitely would not recommend to anyone with any kind of mobility issues or dodgy knees. Or heavy bags.... stairs were quite hard work and the lower floors were really dark if the timer lights went out.
• Graham (9/5): Great Florence Apartment - Spacious light clean quiet private apartment. Well equipped. Veiw of Duomo unbeatable. You just need to know it's on the 5th floor, but it's worth it for the privacy, the quietness, and the views.

• Yiwei (3/5): Some hygiene issues - The location is good. View of the dome. There were some cleanness issues. First, the room wasn't cleaned after the previous guests when we checked in. Second, after the cleaner serviced the room, the bed was made up with only two sheets without a duvet at all. We had to use the blanket which was not hygienic. The first night was cold. The towel roll has a hair lump attached. The seat cover was old and visibly dirty. The dome view was great, but the windows had no curtains, only drapes.
• Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Great location in the heart of Florence. Comfortable apartment with everything you could need - including an amazing view out the bedroom window! Our host was very helpful and responsive in ensuring we had the best time in Florence possible!

• Lucia (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location a stone's throw from the Duomo, whose view from the room is just fabulous. Incredibly quiet, the flat is close to everything and it comes handy for museums, shops, restaurants... This is Florence and the building is an antico palazzo, meaning there is no elevator: do not let this put you off. Once you get to enjoy the view, the steps to reach the top floor will be forgotten. Highly recommended!

Fantastic view, clean room, the hosts respond immediately to messages as well as give instructions on how to be guided in the city. Thank you again, I hope to come back again!

Wi-Fi did not work - all 3 nights. Host was not very flexible. 5 floors without lift (no help for luggage and heat!)
• Kate (9/5): A window to the heart of Florence. - Excellent location with an amazing view of the Duomo from the large open bedroom window. Light with lovely decor. Kitchenette and washing machine. Air conditioning. spacious bedroom. A drier would also be excellent. There was a large drying rack provided which was helpful and appreciated. The stairs were challenging with heavy baggage but there was full disclosure about stairs when booking so if you can’t do stairs don’t stay here. stair were required for the views.
• Emily (9/5): would recommend for the most incredible view in town - this is the most perfect place. the view from our room was simply incredible - looking right at the duomo. The place had kitchen and laundry facilities which was a bonus. The owner was helpful for all our needs. the climb up the stairs to get to the property was a lot, many people couldn’t climb 80+ steps with large luggage bags so beware of that before you book as there is no lift. also you have to do the climb every time you want to come back to your room which can feel like a lot after a whole day out. The building also has no fire exit which makes it feel a little unsafe.

The view is definitely worth the 5 flights of stairs! The check in process wasn’t very smooth and we were waiting in the rain for about 20 minutes to be let into the apartment.

• Judith (10/5): the Appartment was clean could use some extra cups and glasses and you’ll need to bring what you need for your stay it’s - the view was amazing the 4 flights of stairs no elevator
• Melaney (9/5): Beautiful view of the Duomo - The view of the property was beautiful from the bedroom and bathroom. The location was very central and close to the Duomo and easy to locate any other destination in Florence in a short distance. Not all the amenities listed were accessible. I was not informed that the washer was broken prior to arrival. We were really needing to freshen up our laundry and we’re not able to do so. There also was no financial compensation for this amenity not being accessible.
• Mike (10/5): Incredible stay. Would (and more than likely will) stay here again. - The view is absolutely stunning. It’s a block off the duomo so it’s in the middle of the city. So many stairs up to the apartment. That being said, it’s totally worth it. But if you don’t like stairs don’t stay here. You earn this view.
• Ammar (8/5): Magnificent view, at the heart of the city, clean and equipped - The view is really astonishing and it’s worth your money especially around the sunset hour, the apartment is well equipped. No lift, the stairs are really steep and there are 5 floors to ascend if I remember correctly, not really a problem but I thought I should mention it.
• Tiki (5/5): Unless you plan to stay in your apartment 24/7, the view isn’t worth the 100 stairs up and rude neighbours. - The view and layout of the apartment were great. - The stairs (that aren’t mentioned in the description & should have been!!!) - Blood stains on the bed sheets -The rude neighbours, especially the American living on the floor below, on the left as you walk down (opposite the front door with a mirror). Disgustingly rude and entitled. I was travelling with a child and elderly person, having to lug all out suitcases down the stairs and the woman was shouting behind the front door to keep the noise down and continued arguing when I explained I was taking the suitcases down. She wouldn’t come out of her house when confronted, just as well to be honest. And yes, I did give her a piece of my mind.
