• Gudrun (8/5): Ein tolles Rad-Wochenende in Görlitz - Ein tolles Wochenende in Görlitz in einer schönen Ferienwohnung. Das Apartment war sauber, modern eingerichtet und verfügte über einen Balkon mit Blick in den Innenhof. Der Zugang erfolgt bequem per Tür-Code. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir sicher im verschlossenen Innenhof abstellen, was ideal für unser Radwochenende war. Die Wohnung ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für eine Sightseeingtour durch Görlitz. Der Verwalter war sehr nett und hat sein Büro direkt im Erdgeschoss. Wir kommen gern wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

• Karla (9/5): Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung/Appartement für einen Aufenthalt in Görlitz! - Das Appartement ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet, in der Küchenzeile befinden sich alle Dinge, die man im Urlaub wirklich benötigt. Alles ist sehr sauber, incl. das Bad. Die Türcode-Lösung finde ich absolut klasse, man kommt damit nie in die Verlegenheit, den Schlüssel suchen zu müssen!!! Sehr stimmiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar. Eine Kleinigkeit hatte ich zu beanstanden und habe die dem Vermieter vorgetragen. Es gab sofort eine Lösung, beim nächsten Aufenthalt weiß ich, wonach ich schauen muss, um hier Abhilfe zu schaffen!

Check in und - out über Code funktionierten reibungslos und die Nähe zum Bahnhof war ideal für mich! Habe mich wohl gefühlt und würde dort wieder buchen. Ein großer Ganzkörperspiegel wäre noch schön gewesen. ; )

• Cordula (7/5): - Die Unterkunft war groß und die Betten waren bequem. Zur Stadt und dem Weihnachtsmarkt waren es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein großes Manko war, dass das Appartement sehr kalt war. Wir hatten 3 Apartments gebucht und es waren alle kalt. Die Heizung sollte doch bei einer Vermietung früher angeschaltet werden. ( zumal es hieß die Fußbodenheizung braucht länger um warm zu werden)

• Maria (8/5): Erholsame Unterkunft nach dem Sightseeing. - In 5- 7 Minuten war man zu Fuß am Bahnhof...bis zur Einkaufsstraße in ca.10 Minuten. Das Ein -Zimmer Apartment war gemütlich, freundlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Viel Stauraum vorhanden...Alles war sehr sauber, es gab Fußbodenheizung. Es lag ruhig und wir schauten auf Gärten. Die Matratze war für mich passend, die Begleitperson hätte eine etwas härtere Matratze bevorzugt. Vor dem Haus gab es Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter reagierte sofort auf den kaputten Föhn und wechselte ihn aus. Es gab einen Lift. Pennymarkt und Edeka konnte man gut zu Fuß erreichen Der Fußweg bis zur Historischen Altstadt zog sich....ca.20 Minuten. Eine Kaffeemaschine für Kapseln oder für Pads wäre vorteilhafter gewesen statt eine Maschine für Filterkaffee...oder stattdessen vielleicht ein kleiner Zuckervorrat und ein paar Filterkaffeeportionen..? Einen Wasserkocher gab es nämlich.
• Christian (7/5): Gute Unterkunft in Görlitz - Die Lage, alles relativ neu und in gutem Zustand, selbstständiges Anreisen per Codes für Zugang. Fußboden Heizung im Bad top, im Zimmer eher nicht so gute Funktion. Küche war auch mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Gute Parkplatzsituation in der Straße, aber Parkzone. Ansprechpartner bzw. Betreiber sehr freundlich. Zimmer war eiskalt bei Anreise und Fußbodenheizung brauchte den ganzen späten Nachmittag (Anreise) bis in die halbe Nacht um auf ungefähre 20 Grad im Raum zu kommen (trotz höchster Einstellung am Regler). Das war das einzige größere Manko zu Beginn. Es gab keine funktionsfähigen Halterungen für die Badehandtücher im Bad (diese waren halb abmontiert).
• Heike (8/5): Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen - Der Vermieter steht mit Rat und Tipps zur Seite, wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr sauber und hat eine ruhige Lage mit Aufzug. Mit Hund perfekt, da ein kleiner Garten vorhanden ist. Der Kühlschrank rauscht sehr laut. Sonst ist nichts zu bemängeln.
• Rainer (8/5): Sehr schöne gut ausgestattete Apartments welche wir weiterhin sehr gern buchen würden. - Die Apartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet und erfüllten wiederum unsere Erwartungen. Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer und Bäder. Die Lage zum Centrum ist Fußläufig sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Umkreis von 300m zu erreichen. Den einzigen Makel hatten wir bei den recht kühlen Zimmern. Hier wär es sehr gut gewesen, wenn man die Fußbodenheizung schon einmal 2 Tage hätte vorher geöffnet hätte.

• Günther (8/5): Zum Besuch der Stadt ideale Lage. Bahnhof ist in ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Ebenso Bus und Straßenbahn. - Freundlicher Empfang direkt an der Unterkunft. Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe gegen Gebühr. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und die Innenstadt ist in 10 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Aufzug ist auch im Haus. Eine Bedienungsanleitung für den E-Herd ( Ceran Kochfeld ) wäre vorteilhaft gewesen.

• Ineke (9/5): Görlitz is mooi en de verhuurder heel welwillend - Bij aankomst werden we zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Het appartement is ruim en overzichtelijk. Er was een lift en de badkamer was goed toegankelijk. Een mooi ruim balkon. In eerste instantie hadden we een kamer 4 hoog zonder balkon geboekt. Voor hetzelfde geld mochten we omboeken haar één met balkon. Er is mogelijkheid om te wassen (2x2 euro muntstuk nodig) Wij hadden een (betaalde) prive parkeerplaats op een binnenplein. Wat erg fijn is omdat je heel dicht in de binnenstad zit. Station op loopafstand en 2 supermarkten. Genoeg eetgelegenheden. Görlitz is een prachtige stad en heeft een rijke historie. Omdat mijn man niet heel goed kan lopen en soms een rollator nodig heeft was het lastig dat de auto via 3 traptreden bereikbaar was.
• Jacinta (10/5): Excellent one-week stay for a conference - I was in Goerlitz for one week for a conference and was very, very happy with my choice to stay in this apartment. It was less than a 5 minute walk from the train station, which was manageable even with my big suitcases. It was a 12-15 min walk through the lovely streets to get to the conference venue. I loved having an equipped kitchen to make my own food in. The bed was super comfy and the shower was good. Everything was very clean and functional. The host was very friendly and fast to respond to messages. Highly recommend! Not a particularly good view out the window, with some sort of building under construction. But that wasn't important to me and there was no construction noise so it wasn't an issue.

• Lynette (9/5): Superb - A very compact apartment with all we needed for a night's stay. Comfortable and quiet. Clear instructions from the host and the parking was a bonus.

• Janine (10/5): Great Apartment - Derek was absolutely amazing! He was extremely nice and very accommodating. The apartment was new, clean, and very relaxing. Great location, Penny's grocery store up the block as well as an edeka two blocks away. Nice walk to the downtown area.
• Shushan (9/5): Good option for a budget stay - Very clean and comfortable rooms. They even had a small playground for kids and we used it. Friendly stuff. Property was located in a very dirty area of the city. It was in the center but still lots of trash on the streets. The hotel area itself was clean.

• Pierre_bnc (9/5): Comfortable location hold by super welcoming guest. - Owner super helping us, showed us the surrounding and waited for us to give personally the keys despite we arrived late (21H00). He upgraded us to higher standard. Room is super clean, clean to the city center and with 2 shopping center at walking distance. Balcony available to take some fresh air in the evening. Room was not directed to the sun, which is good. Parking in the street (which does not depend on the owner) and there is inside parking but you need to pay 5 eur per day... Except this, nothing we did not like.

• Gerard (9/5): Terrific stay with great apartment and great host - Apartment was excellent for our short stay, quite spacious, very clean, very quiet and with all expected facilities. Close enough to walk to the old town centre quite easily Host Darius was excellent. Check in time was flexible and we communicated through the day to ensure we met up. Darius also provided terrific advice on restaurants and other info. Water pressure in shower could have been a little better
