• Xin (8/5): In general, it was very nice to stay at this cozy apartment. - Spacious living room and bedroom for two people. Every room has a comfortable sofa. Free coffee and tea. Fully equipped kitchen. Very close to the Piazza della Signoria and Uffizi Galleries. Host is very nice. Sometimes in the middle of the night could here the loud voice from outside. Windows are not suggested to open because of the noise and not good smell.

• Jeff (9/5): Heart of Florence Apartment. - Location was close to everything. Property was as pictured and described. Exact location is down a side alley with a locked gate after 8pm, for security. But it is secure and we didn't have any issues. The entrance opens to a very narrow steep 30 steps up to apartment. Not mentioned in description. I'm 65+ in age. It was challenging. NOTE: the closest parking garage is closed 10pm to 8am.
• Jacque (8/5): Loved Florence and the convenient location - Location, good facilities and security. Guests should be aware of the staircase into the property. Large suitcases would be difficult to manage and those who have any problems using regular stairs should be warned. Noise during the night which seemed to be coming from perhaps another apartment being renovated?

• Olga (6/5): Very good for the value. It's very old European building, so be ready for some discomfort. - The location is the best! Very comfortable, spacious, and cozy like home feeling. All necessities are there, even a kitchenet including washing machine. The owner is responsive and vey nice. The building is very old, so be prepared: no elevator and windows are out to a tiny shaft with no much air or smells from outside. Surprisingly stays very warm inside, even on the cooler day and the AC not much use, especially when is 85F outside. Wish the pillows were softer.

• Kim (10/5): A Gem in Florence! - We Loved our stay here!!! The location is amazing! we were so close to everything without being in the middle of the busy streets and noise. very short, easy walk to all areas of interest. The fact that you walk straight up to the room, allows you to easily pop in to drop things off, change, etc.. The unit itself is absolutely charming. Large bedroom and bath, 2 full length mirrors, full kitchen and sitting area and a lovely coffee/tea station. I read online, prior to booking, that the one flight of stairs to access the unit would be steep....yes they are. Honestly, we had no issues with this but i can see where maybe some would have a concern. We walked up many steep stairs through out our stay in Italy and this was one of the easier to manage. Highly recommend this apartment . I would love to stay here again. Host is great and attentive to questions. Bonus: the restaurant right under the unit is wonderful! This place is wonderful! My only complaint would be the shower Head. It just needs to be replaced.
• Sophie (10/5): September 2023 - It's a very comfortable apartment in a great location for exploring central Florence. Minutes from lots of sites. It is also quiet even though surrounded by busy streets. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. All great...only two comments. The kitchen could do with some more teaspoons and a tea towel. That's all!

• Steve (9/5): We loved the central location. Our final evening swing dancing on the Ponte Vecchio was magical. - The location is unbeatable for a short trip to Florence. Walk out the door and you're quite literally in the heart of the city. The apartment is small and only has windows that open on a cramped internal courtyard, which is to be expected in such a dense city. That's a fine tradeoff for a short visit, but I might find it a bit constraining if I were to stay for several weeks. All in all, the apartment is a great value.

• Ann-sofie (10/5): This really felt like our own place in Florence. - Everything. The opportunity to stay in an apartment in the mesmerizing old city center of Florence where we could enjoy all the sights and still live a normal family life was marvellous. We could vary between eating out and at home, and the washing machine was very appreciated and used during our 10 day stay. This is not a complaint, but a fair warning if you are a little older or have mobility issues: there were 29 steps at a 45 degree angle from the front door to the apartment. A very 15th-century-Italian experience indeed! (And yes: we got used to do this climb very quickly though; an extra plus was how fit we were when left!)
• Nigel69 (7/5): Interesting stay, and being Florence, I have to say that its not "a room with a view". - Location is "interesting" being down a very tiny alley. Stairs are treacherous. Guests with poor mobility or heavy luggage not recommended.

• Linda (10/5): Good deal with a great location. - I liked the location so much. It is in the center of the city. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes near it. Despite that fact, it was not noisy at all. The property was clean and comfortable. I liked the fact that the host was always online when I needed. As I mentioned, the property is in the city center. There was a little unpleasant smell in the city and so was nearby the property but there was nothing the host could do about it.
