• Estefania (9/5): - Hacía tiempo que no me encontraba un apartamento que cumpliera mis expectativas, es decir, tener un sitio decente en el que pasar mis vacaciones. El apartamento está bien situado, con comercios muy cerca. Estaba limpio y era espacioso, no hemos echado en falta nada. Destacar el trato humano y amable tanto del dueño como de la persona que nos recibió. Ojalá más personas así. Nada.
• Thomas (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage - nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum, aber alles gemütlich zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber und zu Sylvia war hervorragend. Die sehr ausführliche Beschreibung der Unterkunft, der Ausstattung und des Anreiseweges ist äußerst hilfreich. Es ist jemand erreichbar wenn man etwas braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut geeignet für Gruppen und größere Familien. Das Geschirr war bei unsere Ankunft teilweise noch verschmutzt. Auch die Klobesen waren nicht sauber, wurden aber dann sofort ausgetauscht. Das Schlafzimmer vorne zur Straße war in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag sehr laut, da Besucher des Lokals im Nebenhaus bis 4 Uhr Früh auf der Straße waren. In den drei anderen Schlafzimmern merkt man davon nichts.

Il est situé dans un quartier vivant l'Oltrarno près du Palazzo Pitti et de la Cappella Brancacci. Tout est fait pour permettre de profiter pleinement de Florence. Merci à Sibilla pour son aide efficace. Nous avons tout apprécié.

The beds were comfortable and the location was only a 25 minute walk to key sights. There were some nice restaurants near us as well as a supermarket. Felt like a home and very warm and welcoming.

This was our first time in Florence and because the apartment exceeded our expectations, we are already planning a trip for next year! • Sunil (10/5): Exceptional - Sibilla was very good in greeting us and explaining all the facilities of the apartment. Location was excellent for sightseeing. Lots of bars and restaurants right below the apartment. Very clean and spacious. Loved the apartment.

Good value. It takes care of the practical very well so you can enjoy your holiday and come back to a safe easy place.

Andrea is a really nice host, he allowed us to do the check out later as our train was leaving late in the evening. Thanks for everything!

Almost everything had a QR code which had an instructional video attached to it. I’d definitely recommend this to family and friends. Stairs…. • Thomas (9/5): Superb - Communication was great with the owner. Property was exceptionally large, clean and comfortable. Neighborhood restaurants were good for dinner and breakfast. We would recommend and stay again. Some might find the walk to the center of Florence a bit far, but we enjoyed walking along the river and being a bit off the beaten path and away from the crowds. The mattress in the 4th bedroom was a bit uncomfortable and we couldn't figure out how to make a decent cup of coffee with the complicated coffee pot.

The apartment is as described in the pictures, very spacious comfortable and clean. The location is perfect in a quiet zone but you can reach Florence center in minutes by walk All perfect.

• Fanny (10/5): Ver nice flat in Firenze! - The flat is just amazing, very modern, a lot of space, nice decoration! We were 7 persons and we had enough place for sure. There is everything needed, coffee machine, washing machine, etc. Plus, the owner Andrea made us feel very comfy in his flat. Thank you! Absolutely nothing.
