- Marzia (9/5): - La posizione della casa é eccellente, gli spazi ampi, comoda per grandi gruppi. Cucina equipaggiata, bellissimo il cortile interno. Piccole accortezze di mantenimento da rivedere. L'acqua calda faticava ad arrivare in doccia, il rubinetto non funzionava benissimo. Anche il cortile potrebbe essere mantenuto meglio. Con poche accortezze sarebbe davvero un posto da 10!

- George (6/5): Ιδανικό για 2 4μηλης οικογένειες αλλά χωρίς κουνούπια - Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα, άνετο για 2 τετραμελής οικογένειες, μπάνια (πάντα με ζεστό νερό)ωραίος ως χώρος( ο κηπος- αυλή μοναδικός αν και δεν τον χρησιμοποιήσαμε), κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης με τα αξιοθέατα και ο άνθρωπος που μας εξυπηρετησε ευγενικος, κατατοπιστικός και άμεσος. Τραγικό ότι ήταν γεμάτο μεγάλα και πολλά κουνούπια, πολλά σκοτωμένα ήδη από προηγούμενους μάλλον πελάτες στους τοίχους, τσίμπησαν την πρώτη ημέρα τα παιδιά με αποτέλεσμα να μολυνθούν και ο λόγος που δεν φύγαμε είναι ότι την επόμενη μέρα μας έφεραν αρκετές συσκευές με υγρό και ταμπλέτες για κουνούπια και έκαναν δουλειά αφού ήταν σε λειτουργία σε όλο το σπίτι. Που σημαίνει ότι ήξεραν το πρόβλημα και δεν έκαναν από πριν τίποτα. Επίσης θα ήθελα να είναι πιο καθαρό. Θεωρώ ότι η τιμή με τις παροχές δεν είναι η σωστή.

- Carine (8/5): - Emplacement au calme absolument parfait pour visiter Florence à pied. Les chambres ont chacune une salle de bain et WC et il y a une 4ème salle de bain ! Cuisine très bien équipée (four, plaques, lave vaisselle...) Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de vaisselle. Il y a peu de luminosité mais au moins on est au calme.

- José Carlos (9/5): - Buena ubicación. Instalaciones correctas con todo los necesario y amplitud para un grupo. Bonito patio y 4 cuartos de baño. No necesitamos ni el aire acondicionado ni la calefacción, supongo que funcionaran correctamente. El aspecto del sr. que vino a entregarnos las llaves. Aunque todo nos lo explico correctamente, sin ningún problema y muy amable.
- Paolo (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Casa bellissima e grande in centro a firenze. Eravamo in 10 e grazie alle stanze grandi, una cucina comoda e 4 bagni è stato tutto perfetto. Non c'erano temperature per cui servivano i condizionatori ma nel caso sarebbe stato comodissimo visto che ce nerano uno per camera e uno anche in sala. Praticamente nulla.
