• Gabriele (6/5): - La posizione assolutamente centrale e la cortesia del gestore. Il fatto che la percezione dell’appartamento derivante dalle immagini proposte sul sito fossero differenti dalla realtà della struttura. Il prezzo per questo tipo di sistemazione mi sembrava troppo alto.
• Josh Hughes (10/5): Excellent little apartment in a great location. - Apartment was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Florence. Every sight we wanted to see was less than a 15 minute walk. The washing machine was a lifesaver. Literally nothing.
• Virgile (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix et bien placé ! - La gentillesse et l'accueil de l'hôte. L'appartement est très bien placé pour visiter le centre ville de Florence. L'arrêt de tram pour l'aéroport est proche, donc c'est pratique. Le fait qu'il y ait 4 places. Tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. Aucune bruit de la route, calme. Je recommande pour ceux qui recherchent un très bon rapport qualité prix ! L'appartement ne dispose pas de lumière naturelle. (Pour vous répondre : non ce n'est pas une erreur, il n'y a effectivement que cette grande fenêtre, mais vu qu'elle donne sur un patio qui est, de plus, couvert, il y a peu de lumière naturelle. C'est un fait, c'est tout). Très bien pour y dormir, mais le mieux est de manger à l'extérieur !

• Elena (10/5): - Appartamento molto carino di design caratteristico in stile fiorentino in un condominio signorile appena ristrutturato. Molto ampio adatto per grande gruppo o grande famiglia. Silenzioso in posizione centralissima, in pieno centro storico vicino a tutte le attrazioni turistiche, mercati, bar, ristoranti, negozi e stazione ferroviaria. Cucina ben fornita, bagno comodo con acqua bollente e ottima pressione. Letti molto comodi e terrazzo molto carino e rilassante con grande lavatrice. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Pulizia impeccabile e host molto gentile!

Logement dans un bâtiment typique à appartements. un peu plus petit que sur photos mais suffisant pour le séjour. Tout était appréciable.

• Joe-max (8/5): Central hub for Florence - The location is perfect and it was convenient to do laundry under cover. It was a great spot as a hub for a short visit to refresh your travel gear as you went about town. Really close and easy to the station. The handle on the toilet door needs fixing, my kids got stuck in there at times. It's also hard to sleep as you can hear and feel the creaks as neighbours move in the building.
• Lina (10/5): Very cute old style apartment in the heart of Florence - Although it is small and on the old side it is very comfortable and Roberto the host is fabulous and accommodating. Allowing us to check in early. He gave us great instructions and information and was available for trouble shooting and very promptly responding. My daughters loved the style of apartment and the location is fantastic. The value is great and it has all you need for a family of four for a three night stay in Florence. I would highly recommend it. Nothing

The place was not very well ventilated - window only at the bottom of light shaft. The place was a half of a larger apartment, which felt slightly weird, although everything was there - fridge, stove, table etc.

• Imel (7/5): Great location. - Robert was very accommodating and waited to meet us to hand over the keys and brief us about the amenities. He was very responsive to our messages. He had a map for us and a sheet with the most information we needed, including recommendations for restaurants in the area. The property is within walking distance to the train station and the Duomo. Place is very safe and secure. All amenities were provided (towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc). I think the property needs better lighting, especially the bathroom. I'm particular with fresh and clean white (or light-colored) sheets.
• Eduardo (7/5): Recommended - Great location, everything was really near from the booking flat. Roberto was really helpful to us with the orientation of the city. Maybe some maintenance in the apartment would be good.
• Jasmine (8/5): Very good - Location was absolutely fantastic, and the listing was as promised. And the host was prompt and very responsive. Beware though, the upstairs loft where all 3 beds are located is quite creaky, so when my father (at the end of the loft) had to use the restroom several times in the night, it did unfortunately wake some family members up. When you enter the building there is a very muddy smell, and the bathroom also has an odd burning smell by the toilet (may be the water heater or fan or something?)
• Andrea (10/5): Attentive host - Roberto is the best. Welcomed us, explained the room and gave us a map. He answers so quickly evetyime and always courteous. Facility was clean and with so much needed AC. 5 to 10 minutes walk to almost all attractions The only thing different is that even if apartment is clean, there is a 15.00 euro charge to leave the luggages if it is prior to check in time.

• Helen (4/5): Disappointing - It was right in the center of Florence. Sheets and towels were clean. It was old and unkempt. It had a dangerous ladder to get up to the beds. Everything was creaking. I hit my head twice on the beam almost above the bed. It doesn't have an elevator. so I had a lot of trouble carrying my suitcase up to the room.

• Nilayendu (9/5): Superb - Definitely good stay. Owner of the property was there for check us in, and described everything about the property. It's a 7-8 minutes walk from the train stain. A lot of food options within 2-4 minutes walking distance. Washroom was clean there were one double and two single beds. There is a kitchen and washing machine also, though we couldn't use them. Worth of money.

• Alena (8/5): Authentic stay a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio - It was a very nice stay, we didn’t have any problems We didn’t understand from the listing that there are photos from two apartments, so were surprised when we realised there was only one (double) bed in the one we stayed in and we had to share. Lucky we were good friends, so we were okay with it. It was mostly quiet for the entire week, but the street is narrow and if someone decides to have a drunk conversation on Friday night till 3 am, you are bound to be a participant. It only happened once though. I still highly recommend this place!

It was very clean Host charged us €15 for dropping bags off early (but the room was available to use 1.5hrs earlier than checkin). This wasn't communicated when we first booked and asked. The fan and room were noisy. The main bed was uncomfortable. The roof is very low in the bedroom and you can't stand up.
• Magdalena (8/5): Great stay - Its spacious, nice decorated, comfortable, beds are very nice, towels and shampoo provided, fridge and stove avaliable, localisation is great for nightlife and calm stay. Well equipped kitchen and table to eat or work. Wifi worked well, the host was nice and responded quicly to all our messages. We couldnt leave the luggage after check out and we had to pay 36 euro in train station to leave it there.
• Niko (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect, close to everything. Bed was good, also the extrabed. The owner gave very good instructions how eeverything works in the apartment and where to find supermarket, breakfast etc. Windows are on to a narrow street, that isn't very busy, but every time a scooter or people talking went by, you could hear everything loud and clear. Earplugs were necessary.

Location is perfect. 10 minutes walking from the train station, from the Uffizi Gallery and other interesting point of Florence. No parking very close. It was not a problem to me but it could be a problem depending of the situation.

• Maree (7/5): Central, cool a good place to explore Florence from. But a bit more rundown than I expected. - This apartment is very central. It is very dark and quiet at night which meant we all slept well. The air conditioning was very good and it was a relief to get back after walking around in the heat. The double bed was comfortable but our children said one of the single beds was not comfortable. The kitchen is very small and no sink plug made it hard to clean the dishes. The steps to the top level are very steep and the rail felt strong near the top but was loose at the bottom. It would be difficult fir anyone with mobility issues. The photos that were in the initial description when we booked did not reflect what the apartment was like. It is smaller and I was not aware the beds were up steep stairs. It was fine for us but I was surprised.
