• Markus (7/5): Gut - Die zentrale Lage ist super. Die Wohnung ist ruhig. Die Wohnung und die Betreuung sind leider etwas unpersönlich. Es geht halt um's Geschäft.
• Alain (9/5): Très bien je recommande ce logement. - Appartement très bien situé à 5 mn de la cathédrale. Dans une cour intérieure très au calme. Appartement atypique mais très bien. Il manque un peu de vaisselle (casserole), la bouilloire était pleine de tartre et les capsules de la machine à café n'étaient pas le bon modèle. Une aide pour trouver un emplacement pour la parking (pas trop chère) aurait été un plus.

• Anindya (7/5): Beautiful, centrally located apartment - The apartment is located right in the middle of the old town and you reach all the major spots in 10minutes. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was clean, tidy and had this old world charm. The stairs were a little irritating, especially the ones inside the apartment. The wifi upstairs was not the best.
• Araminta (8/5): Perfect location and the apartment was lovely - The only thing that was missing was an information pack. Apparently the fuse box trips quite often.Ours happened at midnight and because it was dark my friend had to go down a winding staircase with no light. We did find instructions by the front door in the morning but it would have been helpful to have the information altogether and maybe provide a torch. Also a light on the outer staircase would have been good.
• Kelly (1/5): BEWARE - Nothing The property is horrible. There are temporary stairs to the apartment and then you feel stuck there. There is mold in the bathroom. The couch smells. The mattresses are like lumps. Do not go here we left early
• Madison (6/5): Just fine, wasn’t there that much. - Location was great, but not what I was expecting. The second room was not on the main level of the apartment and that was not specified. Please put that in your booking, horrible surprise.

The apartment was convenient and comfortable!It was clean and spacious!An interesting experience as it was a building of 16th century, decorated in appropriate way!Very romantic! Not suitable for families with very young children as there are a lot of stairs to the second bedroom .The elevator is only for carrying suitcases not for people in order not to get stuck inside!!!.Although I had informed the receptionist one day before our departure that it was out of order, they did not take care of it and we had to carry our suitcases down on the spiral staircase that we used to get in and out of the apartment every day.

• Michelle (8/5): Great location but washing machine was broken. - Great location. The washing machine was broken; I specifically selected a property that had a washing machine. We packed very light so having it was key. They were unable to repair/replace during our stay.

• Kelli (5/5): The location is great and the property is very clean but pretty basic and it is very dark. - The location was fantastic. Perfectly situated to sights, restaurants and shopping. Fully walkable. Bedrooms are very small and cramped. Would be better for small children. We were only given 1 set of keys which made it very inconvenient to go in and out at different times. They said they would bring a second set but they never did.
• Jane (7/5): Our taxi to the location was delayed by traffic. 20 minutes late and "fined" $30 for late arrival! - The rest room had a strong odor of urine.

• Rosemary (8/5): Perfect stay in a central location! - The location is very central, making it super easy to walk around and see all the sights. The apartment was perfect for our group of 4 and loved that we had a washing machine to do laundry.

• Kelsey (10/5): Perfect apartment in Florence - I loved all of the space that the apartment had to offer. It was very nicely designed and had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this property because it is situated right in the heart of Florence.
• Chapman (9/5): Central location yet quiet and private. - The location was in the heart of the city and yet it was secluded and quiet. Quirky and characterful. The balcony was private and perfect for relaxation after exploration. Not enough seating in lounge.
