• Jonathan (10/5): Great location, lots of stairs (as in the description). Very clean and welcoming. - Location was great. It's close to the river and there's a lot going on. It's quiet at night in your room, though bustling downstairs. The owner provides a book of recommendations and tips, which was a great addition to the stay. The washer is a little tricky, you need to forcefully shut the door, but it works and soap was provided. You have to hang your cloths to dry, so start laundry early. This was a huge perk for us, since we were traveling light. Very minor however, they ask you to take out your garbage before you leave. The garbage receptacle is close, around the other side of the building but it's one more trip down 3 flights of stairs. Again, minor but unexpected.

• Frane (10/5): We had a comfortable stay in this clean and modern apartment. Perfect location. - Very clean and modern accommodations. Great location. It’s on the top floor so there are a lot of steps to climb.

• Kevin (10/5): We had a memorable stay in Florence. The Neri apartment and its location enabled this experience. - Location, location and location. The Neri apartment is well located in the heart of Florence. It is also modern with all the amenities we required for our four day stay. There are numerous high quality and reasonably priced restaurants, Osterias, and Bars within 5 easy walking distance. Likewise numerous shops are nearby. Importantly a local supermarket is a few minutes away. Our host, Giovanni, was very welcoming and attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived. His communication with us leading up to our stay was first class. His communication with us also extended post our stay as I had left my prescription sunglasses behind. Giovanni arranged for the sunglasses to be delivered to a forwarding address. In summary the Neri apartment is highly recommended and with a great host you will not be disappointed in staying here. Apart from the three flights of stairs one has to scale with suitcases, the Neri apartment is hard to fault.

• Buddhdev (7/5): Great location minutes from various attractions and eateries! - The location was great and apartment also was tasteful and functional. Double bed and sofa bed both were comfy. Washing machine was really helpful also. No lifts! 3 floors with baggage was hard, this was not mentioned when booking and the air conditioning needs fixing, it couldnt cool the rooms and made it very hot and stuffy as a result
• Gautam (10/5): Exceptional - The Neri apartment was perfect for our family! It was comfortable, quiet, clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Giovanni was really responsive and gave us all the information we needed in a timely fashion. The location of this apartment is fantastic! It is very centrally located and we were able to explore Florence easily from this location. Even though the street is busy, the apartment itself is very quiet....Best of both worlds. I would highly recommend this apartment for families with younger kids! Nothing not to like. Very nice unit in a very nice location!

• Lauren (9/5): Superb - The location is great, you're a few minutes from palazzo vecchio and it's not far to get to any of the main sights. Plenty of coffee and food options on the street too. Although it's on a busy street, you don't hear any of the noise Giovanni was a great host. Communicated perfectly, helped us with luggage up the stairs and even helped us out when we left something in the apartment after check out

• James (8/5): Good internal space in good location, but with no view. - Location is great. It’s spacious and well equipped. Overall, nice stay. There’s no view at all. All windows are facing the walls of another building. No elevator. If you have heavy luggage, you have to climb to the 3rd floor.

An advisement for people who stay in the future is that the apartment is on the third floor with no lift access.

• Judinei (10/5): totally renovated apartment, clean with excellent bathroom. location is outstanding - fully renovated apartment, multicolor led ilumination on bathroom(relaxing). Big shower of the roof (much better than small ones. Very clean and scented with a local fragrance (in a wine bottle shape, so cute). location is more than perfect, you can get to the best of Firenze quick and on the street many options for any meal and drinks.

Located on a charming street near restaurants, bars, and shopping. We walked everywhere and arrived back late at night. Very safe area. Wonderful communication leading up to our arrivals and during our stay.

• Sofia (10/5): Amazing apartment in an ideal location - Absolutely loved to stay here! The host was super flexible with meeting up and giving keys etc, the apartment is beautiful, comfortable and really well equipped. The little touches are really make this a great place to stay: there's a guest book that includes recommendations for restaurants and sights nearby, there's colourful led lights in the bathroom and speakers you can play music on. Really everything you could want to be comfortable, and in the absolute ideal location in Florence! I wish I could've moved in and stayed forever! Only small negative was that the heating turning on and off in the night made quite a bit of noise, which is fine once you're used to it, but on my first night it kept me up a bit
