• Xenia (9/5): charmante Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung & ruhiger Lage - Tolle, saubere, gepflegte und gemütliche Ferienwohnung! Ruhige, trotzdem zentrumsnahe Lage. Die Bilder & Beschreibung des Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer und Balkon, entsprechen der Realität. Die Ausstattung ist so, dass man alles findet, was man im Alltag/ Urlaub benötigt. Handtücher, Seife, Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel waren vorhanden, ebenso die Küchenausstattung war für eine grundlegende Selbstverpflegung gut. Guiseppe war zudem ein toller, entgegenkommender Gastgeber. Seine Restaurant- und Einkaufstipps waren auch hilfreich. Das WLAN war schwach, teilweise mit Ausfällen.

• Juliette (9/5): Une adresse très calme à quelques minutes à pieds du centre : idéal pour découvrir Florence ! - L’établissement est proche des transports, et à 20 minutes à pieds du centre historique, dans une rue très calme. L’accueil était très réactif et chaleureux, par Giovanni, qui s’est montré très disponible et accommodant. Le lit était très large et d’une excellente qualité. La petite cuisine offre toutes les commodités. La chambre est agréable et décorée avec goût. Peut-être ajouter du sel et du poivre dans la cuisine ainsi que du shampoing dans la douche.

• Atlas (10/5): Brilliant Stay in Florence - Lorenzo was super helpful getting us into the room and getting us sorted with bag drop earlier in the day. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was super comfy and the location was just excellent. Very amazing stay. The WiFi was really intermittent and patchy most of a our stay which was quite inconvenient but other than that everything else was spectacular

• Yoanna (7/5): Probably would not return. - The place is just 30 minutes by foot from the Duomo. Interiors are very beautiful. The windows were changed recently and the walls around were not painted but raw. Cleanliness can also be improved. The kitchen is not so comfortable for cooking, very very small. No espresso machine.

• N.S.P (9/5): - Vi havde en lille lejlighed med soveværelse, køkken, toilet/bad og dejlig lille terrasse. Ingen larm, meget stille. Et stort supermarked meget tæt på. Flere gode restauranter. Små 2 km til centrum og Domkirken. Meget fin og venlig modtagelse, hvor værten gav en god information om lejligheden og området. Fik et rum stillet til rådighed, hvor vi på afrejsedagen kunne opbevare vores kufferter, da vi først skulle flyve om aftenen. Kan anbefales.

• Rafael (4/5): Decepcion - El apartamento esta en una zona tranquila, muy cerca hay un supermercado y paradas de bus para ir al centro. En primer lugar solo aceptan pago en efectivo, lo que no se indica en ningún caso en el anuncio de booking. Giovanni, que es la persona que te recibe no acepta otro tipo de pago. Obviamente no viajamos con esa cantidad de dinero y como no aceptaba tarjeta le propusimos hacerle un bizum a lo que tambien se nego diciendo que podíamos sacar dinero en el cajero del supermercado. Esto supuso que nuestro banco nos cobrara una comision por hacer un reintegro internacional. Le pedimos un recibo para tener constancia del pago y nos dio una Nota sin sello ni su identificacion fiscal, sin validez legal ninguna. Además, el apartamento no dispone de papel higiénico, servilletas de papel, ni gel de ducha, tuvimos que ir al supermercado a comprarlo, lo dejamos para los próximos huéspedes. Un detalle importante también para futuros huéspedes es decirles que la nevera hace mucho ruido, de repente se pone en modo turbina y al rato se apaga, así durante todo el dia, por la noche es bastante molesto. La cama es muy dura, si sufres de la espalda lo pasaras mal, y no tiene nórdico, en su lugar una manta fina que en abril se hace escasa, espero que en invierno no sea asi. Y por último y muy importante, el ultimo dia fuimos a ducharnos y no habia agua caliente, asi que no pudimos darnos una ducha. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Хубави места за хапване наоколо, по спецуално ресторант Персеус. Лоренцо, който ни посрещна беше много мило и ни насочи много добре за това къде да хапнем и други детайли за нашия престой. Нищо специално. Може би е добре да се сложи една кафе машина с капсули 😉

Buen servicio en utensilios y vajilla para cocinar (microondas, minipimer, sartén nueva, cazuela, sandwichera, cafetera, tablas de cortar...) Ducha estrecha. Poca iluminación en el baño. Falta de productos de limpieza en la cocina (bayetas, estropajos, papel cocina, servilletas) Colchones demasiado firmes para nuestro gusto.

• Voichita (10/5): - Amazing stay in Florence! 🇮🇹 We had the most incredible time at this apartment! First of all, the location is perfect—it’s a pleasant 20-minute stroll to the Duomo and the city center. The apartment itself was a dream: spacious, bright, and cozy. Since we visited during the colder season, we really appreciated how warm and comfortable it felt inside. We loved having our morning coffee on the terrace —it’s the best way to start a Florentine day! A few things that made our life so much easier: • Fully equipped kitchen: It has everything you need if you feel like cooking. • Super convenient: There’s a well-stocked supermarket just 2 minutes away. • Great transport: Plenty of bus lines are just a few minute walk from the door. The highlight of our stay was definitely our host, Giovanni. He is incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He gave us the best recommendations for local spots to eat and must-see sights. He was always available and supportive throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence! We’ll definitely be back!
• Hanna (10/5): Отличная квартира. - Отличная квартира. Третий этаж в доме с лифтом. Полностью укомплектована всем необходимым. Несмотря на то, что отопления нет, кондиционер хорошо справлялся, холодно не было. Кроме этого, хозяин позаботился о дополнительных обогревателях. Полноценная кухня, оборудованная всем, что необходимо для приготовления еды. Для двоих человек - очень удобно и комфортно. Есть стиральная машина, в техническом помещении на этаже ниже, есть возможность высушить бельё. Расположение: да, это не центр города, до центра 20 минут пешком, до вокзала - 30. Но зато совсем рядом за углом большой продуктовый супермаркет, поэтому за расположение + а не -. Несмотря на то, что с хозяином мы лично не встречались, его незримое присутствие ощущалось всегда😉 Он всегда был на связи, своевременно отвечал на вопросы, помогал советами. Наша благодарность Джованни за комфортное пребывание в его квартире👍 Все понравилось, никаких неудобств не было.

Не пришлось куда-то пристраивать чемоданы и рюкзаки. Не очень опрятная квартира. Требует ремонта. Стены и двери грязноватые. Посуду приходилось мыть перед использованием. Почему-то в нашем апартаменте отсутствовало одеяло. Наличие комаров. Удивило, что залетают в октябре на третий этаж. Раптер был, но пустой. По фотографиям квартира выглядела больше, на деле там нет заявленных 45 кв2. По факту есть спальня, кухня и санузел. Гостиной нет. Балкон есть, выход на него из кухни.

Around a corner is supermarket, some 200m also grocery 24/7. Some 30min walking to cathedral and station, quiet. Stylish retro design, window to the garden. TV are in other room :)

• Anthony (8/5): A great little apartment to explore Florence while making the most of the lurching and cooking facilities. The host make - Host was lovely and took us through all the information. Cooking facilities were great and everything we needed. City centre is only 20 mins walk. Supermarket next door. Washing machine and iron available. Bed was hard, water pressure was not very strong and hot water took a very long time to heat up.

A deslocação a pé até ao centro, é praticamente em linha reta, e faz-se calmamente em menos de meia hora. Também está muito bem servido de transportes públicos. Nada a apontar.

Locația este poziționată foarte convenabil față de centrul istoric. În linie dreaptă cam 20 minute mers pe jos. Parcarea publică subterană nu e chiar foarte aproape, dar este prețioasă și de apreciat pentru cei care ajung cu mașina într un asemenea oraș istoric. Proprietarul este foarte amabil și de ajutor. Recomand.

Wir hatten 50 m2 zu unserer Verfügung, das Haus verfügt sogar über einen Fahrstuhl (Wohnung im 3. Stock). Eine Waschmaschine konnten wir ebenfalls kostenlos nutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr charmant eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen, wenn man das möchte. Wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Also had good access to trains, trams and buses. The apartment was clean and well equipped (even a separate laundry room if needed) and the balcony was great to sit out on after a long day of walking. The host, Giovanni, was very friendly, helpful and easy to contact should there have been any problems (which there weren't). Nothing I would change

• Madelyn (9/5): Florence Vacation - Giovanni was the most wonderful host I've ever encountered on a trip! He gave us a map of Florence with all his recommendations circled and explained how to get there. He also told us about events going on in Florence that I would have never known about if it wasn't for him. He was always available and went out of his way to make our stay as perfect as possible. The location was a little far from the city center (~25 minute walk) but it was a very quiet residential neighborhood so we didn't mind the walk too much! Also the bed was pretty hard and I think it was two beds pushed together because I kept finding myself in the crack of the two.

• Victoria (7/5): Lovely residential stay. - In a lovely residential spot albeit a bit of a hike to the centre of florence and cathedral. Lovely old apartment building with a lift. Host met us there and offered tips and help. Kitchen facilities were good - coffee machine sandwich maker. stocked with crockery and cutlery. Communal laundry on lower floor. Huge fabulous supermarket in next street. unfortunately we had troubles with hot water on multiple days which had to be reset each time but prevented ease of showering times. In hindsight would have chosen closer to city centre.

• Simon (5/5): Very disappointed not a Palace at all as we were greeted with. - Not a lot . Not clean at all, made the bed one morning and pulled back the sheet and the mattress protector was filthy. The bed headboard was stained. The walls were cracked and so were the ceilings. We had no bed change in the six day stay. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. We had to take out our rubbish to the street bin, pretty poor in all. I could go on but I think it gives you an idea what we got. I did book it a good 6 months in advance the price was good not cheap though. Location for the city was about 30 mins by foot a fair distance but we knew that. We had use of a washing machine which was a communal use,again pretty grubby. A total lack of service and up keep.
• John (10/5): Cozy place to stay after exploring Firenze. - Everything!! The old world charm. Great collection of art books. Great bat show every evening, if you’re a bat lover. The cool tile floors were nice on your feet after a long day of adventures. Really felt like home. Communication was excellent. It was a bit far for walking/returning at night. But that’s good exercise.

Supermarket close by. Giovanni was always available to contact. The bed was quite firm and not enough pillows. Internet was intermittent .

Well equipped kitchen and bathroom were good and laundry room useful. Giovanni was very helpful with tips and info. Close to bus stops to get easily to everywhere within 10 minutes or so if you don’t want to walk 25 mins to the centre (use Google maps for bus stops 7, 11, C1 - buses now operate ‘tap and go’ with debit cards so no need to buy advance tickets. 1.50€) All was good.
• Joseph (8/5): Nice flat in Florence - Nice clean flat in a good location, easy to get into the center (20-30 min walk) but nice to be away from the crowds. Giovanni was brilliant, very friendly and helpful giving us information on the local area. Lots of great amenities nearby and local cafes. Mattress was a little firm but still managed to sleep okay.

Giovanni (the host) is very welcoming and meets and explains about the apartment. He allowed us a bit earlier check in. Apartment is very clean and has everything you need.

• Ane (8/5): Very good - Nice, cozy apartment. It had everything we need to visit Florence. Near the city center, easy for moving walking or by bus. Its an old house but everything works well. The comunication was great, the owner helped us in everything we needed. It has a very nice balcony, the next time we will go on spring to use it. Nothing, i would repeat.
