• Paola Betita (10/5): Best part of my stay was the service! - It’s in a very central location but still retains its charm through peace, quiet, and nearby cool establishments. The flat had everything we needed and the service and all the staff were EXCEPTIONAL! No elevator :)

Хочу вместе с сестрой выразить огромную благодарность отелю, всем его сотрудникам и особенно менеджеру Бахару, который с самого первого дня нашего пребывания и вплоть до отъезда был с нами всегда на связи и даже оставил от лица отеля приятный подарок в виде комплимента. Что касается самого отеля. Чудесный сервис. В день матери подарили каждой женщине букет цветов и открытки. Такого сервиса и в 5тизвездочном отеле не всегда встретишь. Просторный номер. В номере есть все необходимое и даже больше: начиная с приборов кухонных и заканчивая наличием стиральной и посудомоечной машины. Широкая кровать. Завтраки. Они божественны. Такие вкусные и разнообразные. Расположение отеля хорошее. Приятный район и хорошая инфраструктура. Останавливаемся в сети Meroddi во второй раз. Планируем всегда останавливаться в данной сетке. • Jorge (9/5): Si van a Estambul, sin duda es la zona para alojarse. - La ubicación es excelente, a pasos de la torre Gálata y cerca de la zona comercial y centro de esa zona de Estambul. Se puede llegar caminando al centro histórico en 45 minutos, obviamente está ubicado a 500 metros de la zona para tomar tranvías para llegar a cualquier lugar y los ferrys para ir a lado asiático. La zona del Meroddi Galata Flats es muy silenciosa a la noche. El desayuno es inolvidable. Recorriendo los callejones hay muy buenos lugares para comer y a buen precio. Cuando el transfer nos dejó en el apartamento, no hay recepción en ese lugar, nadie nos había informado de esto. Tuvimos que adivinar donde retirar las llaves para alojarnos. Algo sin duda para mejorar, de todos modos volvería a alojarme allí sin duda.

• Gilles (5/5): 4 nuits à Istanbul. - Nous avons vraiment aimé: - Le confort de la literie. - Les petits déjeuner sont exceptionnels. - La gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel. Le quartier est très calme tout en étant très proche des endroits animés. La récupération des clés a été assez compliqué, nous avons réservé au Meroddi Galata Flats, et nos clés étaient à l'hôtel Barnatan hall, nous n'avions aucune consignes de cette procédure. Nous avons logé dans l'appartement sous les toits au 4 ème étage sans ascenseur. Entre les photos et la réalité, il y a une vrai différence. Les sanitaires sont en très mauvais état = carrelage cassé, douche fuyarde malgré la fermeture de la paroi, l'espace extrêmement exiguë. Côté appartement c'est pareil, les sols, les plaintes sont en très mauvais état. Globalement c'est un appartement qui mériterait une bonne rénovation.

• Florentia (10/5): Perfect - We chose that hotel cause we wanted to be near everywhere. It’s 2 minutes away from galata tower by foot and also near Taksim and Fatih. The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to serve us at any time. Also they gave us a free upgrade to our room! The room was clean and warm we didn’t need the AC at all. The also welcome us with a bottle of wine and a cake and they gave us souvenirs. To sum up for the price what they offer is more than enough I would stay there again

Завтраки проходили в ресторане при отеле с шикарным видом на Галатскую башню, еда очень вкусная, особенно понравились десерты и выпечка. Очень порадовала живая музыка в выходные во время завтрака-это создаёт шикарное настроение. Персонал внимательный, заботливый, есть русскоговорящие. Номер небольшой, но уютный. В номере есть абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Приятно, что мыльные принадлежности, вода, чай, кофе обновлялись по мере использования, ничего не приходилось выпрашивать. Уборка проводилась каждые 2 дня. Отдельный плюс — удобное местоположение. Рядом Галатская башня, улица Истикляль. Очень рекомендую 👍 В номере не было микроволновки.

Avevo preso un appartamento. giunti all'indirizzo...NULLA, una porta chiusa, senza un campanello, un citofono, un'indicazione su dove rivolgersi per prendere le chiavi. Ci ha aiutato il tizio della struttura vicina (a cui ho bussato disperata), indirizzandoci prima ad una delle diverse reception facenti riferimento al medesimo "gruppo" e da lì ci hanno portato in un'altra reception del gruppo dove, finalmente, ci hanno dato le chiavi. Il tutto trascindosi i bagagli per stradine in pendenza e stanchi dal viaggio. No comment

Буквально пару минут пешком, чтобы дойти до отеля. Менеджер был постоянно на связи по whatsapp. В один из дней нас ждал приятный подарок. Удобное расположение в центре города. Стиральная машина с функцией отпаривания. В апартаментах не хватает более широкого выбора посуды (только одна сковорода и одна кастрюля), средства для стирки. Соль, перец, бумажные полотенца, губка для посуды тоже были бы кстати. Уборка по запросу. Не смотря на недостатки, в следующий раз в Стамбуле обязательно выберу именно этот вариант. Неидеальная звукоизоляция. Просьба к персоналу, который занимается уборкой - не переставлять и не трогать личные вещи гостей, и тем более не выбрасывать то, что не является мусором.

Posizione (a due passi dalla torre Galata, ponte di Galata, dal corso principale che porta a piazza Taksim, pieno di negozi e ristoranti); staff cordiale e gentile, anzi colgo l’occasione di salutare Resa della reception e un saluto particolare a Bahar donna formidabile che ci ha risolto qualche problema, sempre disponibile e cordiale e gentile, grazie nuovamente (ci rivedremo 😜 in primavera); pulizia e colazione intercontinentale. Quindi hotel “eccezionale” 😉👍 Nulla
• Maca (10/5): - Kíváló a lokáció, Galata torony pár lépés, közel a vízpart is. Metró 3 perc, villamos kb 8 perc. A szállás tiszta, jól felszerelt. Mosogatógépen kívül még mosó-szárítógép is van, aminek nagy hasznát vettük, mert egy nap teljesen eláztunk. Az ágy kényelmes, a reggeli bőséges, a személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész.

• Darikha (10/5): - Сеть отелей Meroddi имеет несколько филиалов, но мы отдыхали именно в Meroddi Galata Mansion. Отдыхали с подругами в ноябре локация рядом с Галатской башней просто идеальная. Шведский стол на завтрак разнообразный и очень вкусный, а персонал очень доброжелательный и всегда улыбается. Отдельная благодарность девушке из Ирана по имени Julia 💛 она была невероятно внимательной, тёплой и сделала наш отдых ещё приятнее. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

• ZUBCHONAK (10/5): - 21 день проживания в отеле от и до оставил только положительные эмоции:во-первых,для нас очень важна была ежедневная уборка,смена постельного белья ,полотенец,тапочек и т.д....Улыбчивый и доброжелательный обслуживающий персонал дарил заряд хорошего настроения,встреча по приезде:зонтики,был дождь,на завтра,мелочь,но приятно-подарочки за дверью с магнитиками и открытках с наилучшими пожеланиями) Завтраки полноценные,разнообразные в ресторане с видом на Галатабашню. В шаговой доступности все достопримечательности ради чего едешь в Стамбул,шикарная набережная с Босворского пролива с колоритными ресторанчике,бутиках известных мировых и местных брендов для тех,кто приехал на широку ногу)но а если поэкономнее,то в шаговой доступности продуктовые маркеры sok,snow,coffeefoor(в номере есть элекроплита,микроволновка,посудомойка,стиральная машинка с сушкой) Если перейти через мост,в районе Laleli есть Гранд базар,где можно пошопиться и поторговаться,все те-же бренды в два раза дешевле,пойти правее от базара- мясной рынок,где можно купить баранину,говядину.....сластики,приправы...Рядом с мостом на стороне отеля рыбный рынок,где чего только нет(себас,дорада,форель,креветки...) Советуем для тех,кто любит гулять пешком и граммотно распоряжаться финансами.За 21 день мы заплатили 845 евро.Рекомендуем,рекомендуем,рекомендуем!!!) Персоналу отеля респект и огромное спасибо!!!!!

The Meroddi Group (which includes Meroddi Barnathan Hotel and Meroddi Flats) is ideally located in the Galata neighborhood. The area is charming for walks and provides a very convenient base for visiting other parts of Istanbul. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops are easily accessible nearby. The staff was exceptional—friendly, very nice, and detail-oriented. A significant thanks goes to Bahar of the Guest Relations team, who ensured my needs were met and provided lovely in-room gifts and a card. Evening Manager Can was also notably helpful and kind; his suggestion to enjoy the view from the rooftop bar was much appreciated. The breakfast at Barnathan Garden was very good and featured a wonderful view of the Galata Tower. I would definitely go back again for my next visits!

• Timothee (10/5): - Hôtel très agréable. Il nous plonge dans un chic du début du 20 ème siècle et l'ambiance y est très charmante. On pourrait rester toute la journée dans le salon où l'on prend un super petit déjeuner, avec la vue sur la tour de Galata. Le personnel est aux petits soins, disponible, souriant et arrangeant. On ne se fait jamais pressé ici. Un grand remerciement à Bahar et Mike pour leur accueil et leurs attentions. Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement équipé. 2 chambres, salon, cuisine, sdb et une petite buanderie. La literie est confortable et emplacement 5 étoiles. Au calme alors qu'on est à 2 pas de tout. Juste 4 étoiles pour la chambre car oreillers un peu haut pour moi et il y a de petits manques sur le ménage mais rien de bien important surtout par rapport au prix payé pour 3 jours en hors saison et la qualité de service de l'hôtel en général. Je recommande ❤️

We had a lovely conversations with her. Also we appreciate the kindness and helpfullness of Kadir and the rest of the staff, they are fantastic! It was an awesome experience! Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

• Shuwei (10/5): Both are very good - This apartment is great, right in the scenic area, with convenient shopping and dining options nearby. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and you can even cook, so you can enjoy Turkish cuisine while changing things up. The hotel breakfast is also excellent, offering a variety of Turkish options. I was very satisfied with the service, and I would definitely come back again. Because the old building's rooms aren't very soundproof, some guests talk loudly at night, and the noise from walking down the stairs is also quite loud. While we appreciate the charm of historical buildings, we also need to be considerate of others. I suggest putting up a sign to inform people of this.

• José Antonio (10/5): Se voltarmos um dia a Istambul com certeza que iremos voltar a este hotel. - Localização, mas o que me surpreendeu mais foi mesmo a maneira como nos trataram. Todo o staff é muito atencioso, simpático e prestativo. Até nos prepararam um pequeno almoço para levar já que fizemos o check-out muito cedo. Temos muito que agradecer á Host Bahar, ela foi sempre fantástica.

Unsere Aufenthalt im Meroddi Galata Flat, sowie das vielfältigen Frühstück in Barnathan Hotel war fantastisch. Besonders Dank an Frau Bahar für Ihre freundliche und kompetente Umgang mit Gäste. Erwähnenswert ist auch die freundliche sowie respektvolle Umgang der Personal an Rezeption.♥️🙏🏼🌹

De fapt nu exista un hotel.sunt 4-5 case foarte vechi ,zic ei reconditionate .in cazul meu nici macar inscriptionat.dupa aprox o ora de cautat pe niste stradute extrem de inguste si foarte aglomerate ,a reusit cineva sa raspunda la tel si sa faca efortul sa vina unde eram eu.in locatia mea nu exista receptie.am reusit sa dau bagajele jos .am reusit cateva strazi mai departe sa parchez ( cu plata ) apoi cosmarul.scarile infecte ,toate usile cu gratii metalice ruginite ,usa de lemn nu se inchidea etanș.camera: o dusumea antica mizerabila care scartie infernal si din care lipsesc bucati.peretii mizerabili plin de pete si restul,praf peste tot .baia plina de mucegai,toate geamurile dau catre alte cladiri foarte apropiate( exclus vreo vedere catre ceva ) ..am vb.la receptie si s au scuzat ca este tarziu sa trimita pe cineva sa curete.dar vor trimite dimineata si ca imi vor face diverse cadouri .fiind aprox 2 noaptea nu am avut incotro si am ramas eu sotia 2 copii si bona .discutand despre un apartament de 3 camere.dimineata la 7 au rupt usa femeile de serviciu,in ideea in care se stia ca am ajuns la 2 noaptea si probabil dupa ce am facut curat si restul am cedat pe la 4 dimineata .revin la receptionerul cel dragut.a trimis echipa pt curatenie.mi a oferit micul dejun inclus intr o alta locatie mai frumoasa si fara costuri suplimentare,a trimis un tort pt fiica mea ( deoarece asta era scopul sejurului .ziua ei ) si cateva cutiute cu alune si rahat.mizerie de ne descris.

• Stefania (10/5): - L’appartamento è molto carino e accogliente, curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Lo staff è davvero molto disponibile, sempre presente e pronto ad aiutare per risolvere qualsiasi problematica o richiesta. Si percepisce una grande attenzione all’ospite e alla qualità del servizio. La colazione è ottima. /

• Inge (10/5): - El personal muy amable, muy pendientes en todo momento de que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable posible e incluso nos hicieron un regalo de bienvenida. El desayuno espectacular con vistas a la torre Galata. Excelente ubicación.
