  The King Room is adjacent to the gymnasium, including the sauna and sports room. Guests have access to a shared fully equipped kitchen, BBQ facilities and an outdoor dining area. Very thoughtful and attentive hosts. - Leggett Estate is a grand experience in every way possible, largely because the owners couldn't provide more to pamper you and provide every need you could think of. The grand house, large bedroom with rural outlook, bathroom with bath, twin basins and showers, very comprehensive gym and games area. The kitchen is yours with everything you could want for breakfast. Ww couldn't fault our experience.

You definitely need a car if you are staying here as it not within walking distance of the town centre (which isn't a bad thing either if you are just looking for a nice relaxing getaway).

Welcoming and friendly hosts, clean and comfortable room, pretty much everything you need provided for in the room. Cute little surprises on arrival - nice selection of fruit, small plate of chocolates and mints in the room. Big selection of teas and coffee to cater for everyone. These people have thought of everything. Well equipped gym and tennis court. We enjoyed having our coffee and wine outside on the patio. The property is only 12min drive from Dixon Field parkrun for those parkrun tourists.

From the time the booking was made Harvey & Leanne made sure that we were contacted to give us details about the place and to check if we have any dietary requirements. They even made the room warm for us before we arrived. The room was cosy and had everything we needed and a lot more!!!! They thought about every little thing from toiletries (everything you can think of was there and I mean everything that female needs!!) to snacks, choices of tea, coffee (including flavoured ones), hot chocolate, juice, hair dryer, iron, sewing kit, first aid kit, and lot more!!!!! I just could not believe a place would have all these things included!!! I cannot talk highly enough about Harvey and Leanne; they made us feel very welcome even before we arrived. Had full breakfast with so many choices and fresh ingredients. I would very highly recommend Cleggett Estate and would definitely go back again!!!! I cannot thank you enough Harvey & Leanne for your hospitality and generosity that you provide your guests with. What is not to like about the place!!!! We actually loved everything about Cleggett Estate!!! Thank you Harvey & Leanne for making our stay a memorable and enjoyable one.

• Emmianz (8/5): Very homely - It was like staying at your parents place. They were very hospitable. Enjoyed the pool table and it was a lovely property. Breakfast provisions were more than enough. We found the decor quite dated, everything was very clean, but it wasn't modern. We don't like fuss, so didn't really need the extra offerings, like turning the heater on before we arrived home, the hallway conversations and the hosts coming outside and waving us goodbye in the morning, it made us feel a bit uncomfortable, however we can appreciate that others might like this extra attention!

Both Harvey and Leanne showed us our room, and had it warm pending our arrival. They also offered to get it warm again in advance of our return from our evening event.
