El lavabo necessitaria una mica de manteniment ja que hi havia algunes parts en mal estat. També al lavabo hi feia fred, potser caldria poder tancar millor la finestra. La resta, tot perfecte!

• Virginia (1/5): Las habitaciones económicas salen caras - Ubicación Este lugar es una estafa, al menos lo que respecta a las habitaciones "económicas". Antros sin ventilación (tienen un ventanuco que da al pasillo donde tienen la lavandería, con el ruido que ello provoca). Sin ventilación. Ambiente completamente cargado de humedad. Baño del cual se adjunta foto. Infraestructura completamente en decadencia. (cables colgando...). Limpieza cuestionable. En lo que respecta a los gerentes te intentan embaucar ofreciendo te, pero son unos auténticos "chachulleros". Nosotros habíamos reservado una habitación económica con cama doble. Cuando llegamos nos metieron en una con dos camas y alegaron que habíamos reservado a ultima hora y es la que quedaba (lo dudo, porque la reserva se había hecho con más de tres meses de antelación). Nos ofrecieron cambiar la habitación al día siguiente por otra con cama doble, sin embargo solicitamos pagar un suplemento para poder acceder a una de las habitaciones "normales". Aceptaron el suplemento y cogieron el dinero, indicando que nos cambiarían las maletas cuando la habitación normal se liberara y podríamos pasar allí el resto de noches. Al llegar esa noche,la versión había cambiado completamente. Nos intentaron meter de nuevo en otra habitación de las económicas pese a que habíamos pagado ya la diferencia económica con la habitación normal. La habitación que nos querían colar era otro antro similar al de la primera noche (humedad, ambiente cargado, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba según ellos...aunque curiosamente el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en ninguna de las habitaciones que nos ofertaron, vamos una mentira para ahorrarse el gasto que su uso supone). Poco más que añadir, tras mucho discutir conseguimos que nos devolvieran el suplemento que habíamos pagado por la supuesta "habitación normal" (según ellos, "de lujo". Cogimos las maletas y nos buscamos otro hotel para los cinco días que nos quedaban.

• Piotr (9/5): - Pokój ma świetną lokalizację – bardzo blisko najważniejszych atrakcji takich jak Błękitny Meczet, Hagia Sofia, Cysterna Bazyliki oraz Wielki Bazar. Do wszystkich tych miejsc można bez problemu dotrzeć pieszo, co jest ogromnym plusem podczas zwiedzania miasta. Dodatkowo lokalizacja znajduje się niedaleko morza i w otoczeniu mnóstwa sklepów oraz restauracji, więc zawsze jest gdzie zjeść lub zrobić zakupy. Właściciele są bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni, a na miejscu jest możliwość wypicia kawy lub herbaty oraz zjedzenia czegoś, co tworzy bardzo przyjemną, domową atmosferę. Sam pokój jest dobrze wyposażony – znajduje się w nim wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Informacja dla alergików: w pokoju była odczuwalna wilgoć, jednak mogło to wynikać z pory roku – pobyt odbył się w kwietniu, kiedy dopiero zaczynała się cieplejsza pogoda.

• Pooja P (1/5): Don't believe the fake reviews - Excellent location as there are lot of eateries around and the vibe in the evening is amazing. Very close to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi etc too. We were utterly disappointed with the room which was smelling so musky. There was even some dampness on the walls. The main light in the room was not working but they didn't offer an alternate room to us and just asked us to adjust. No such courtesy on their part. The room did not have the vibe that appears in the photos. Most importantly, the managers were so inhospitable that they have no business being in the hospitality business. We did not find any value for the amount we paid. We were leaving with our bags and asked if we could use a toilet and they just said they don't have a common toilet. I'm pretty sure it's possible to help a guest but showing them to another toilet but they couldn't be bothered. We had a bottle to throw and asked if we could throw it in a trash can and he just directed us to a trash can outside on the street. There was just one kind man on the property but dealing with everyone else was a pathetic experience. Please avoid. All the reviews about owners being kind and welcoming are FAKE

Ci é stato venduto come appartamento ma in realtà erano 2 camere e un bagno con frighetto e bollitore (TV, frigo e bollitore dovevano condividere una sola presa di corrente). Bagno con illuminazione pessima. L'unica luce presente (quella dietro lo specchio era già morta al nostro arrivo) sembrava lo strobo di una discoteca. Lo abbiamo fatto presente al proprietario, il quale ha detto che avrebbe fatto arrivare il tecnico....mai visto.

The hosts/owner of the hotel are really friendly and hospitable. You will always be greeted with a big smile and complimentary tea and baklava. The rooms are cleaned everyday and while we were out exploring, they will make sure to clean and get them ready before we return. The price is very reasonable as well, we wanted to extend our stay for a night and they charged us the same amount we booked in advance for despite the website showing significantly higher rate. Highly recommended if you’re looking a home away from home :) Oh also, did I forget the discount they gave us on Sheesha? Just for 500 Turkish lira. We will defiantly be coming back. Can’t complain

I fratelli che la gestiscono sono molto gentili e disponibili La nostra camera includeva un piccolo angolo cucina con frigo e lavabo con bollitore senza angolo cottura e una seconda camera piu un terrazzo x entrambe le camere. Tutte le mattine la stanza viene rifatta e cambiati gli asciugamani. Non si sentono i rumori di strada, solo gabbiani e gatti ma e' il suo bello. Il quartiere Kumkapi e' collgato molto bene, con una stazione T6 del treno a 2 passi. In 15 minuti di camminata tranquilla sei alla Moschea blu. La reception e' aperta h24 Solo alcuni suggerimenti: una lampada al comodino, qualche appoggio nel bagno. La colazione a volte si puo' fare direttamente nel caffe', a volte non c'e nessuno ma si puo' fare comodamente nella struttura davanti perche sono collegati (colazione con ricco buffet a 10 euro). Va rivista la luce nel bagno che lampeggia e messo a disposizione qualche piatto e qualche posata.
• Andrzej (8/5): - Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji,codziennie sprzątany pokój. Problem się pojawiał jak czegoś brakowało np papier toaletowy-przecież był wymiana ręczników po 3 dniach-przecież były itd. Jak poprosiłem o kilka torebek herbaty,pan stwierdził że po jednej na osobę było, a teraz trzeba kupić herbatę w barze.W końcu dał nam 4 torebki na 4 osoby. Mało spotykane zachowanie jak na stambulskie realia,a nie był to nasz pierwszy raz.

• Andrei (2/5): - They provided towels and toiletteries. The place is clean. The two man at the reception are very polite and offered us free tea many times, aleays with a big smile. They run the cafeteria at ground floor. We travel a lot and I rarely give bad review. But the owner of this motel really surprised us with his nasty attitude. We booked one appartment that should have 2 bedrooms, chicinette, city view and balcony, then we also booked one appartment with garden view and a double room. Totally 4 rooms to fit my group. When we arrived he presented us one double, one triple and one cvadruple room. No chicinettte, no balcony, no wall soundproofing, no garden as promised in the reservation, no two room appartment, only simple rooms. I attached a picture with how the view actually is from our windows. I explained that we booked something different, the owner insisted to accept these rooms or leave. He said he understands what I said and I am creating problems where actually there is no problem. I ploitely inisited that we booked something else for my group, he said he understands and we are free to go and find another place to stay if we dont like what he has in that moment. He showed us a room with leaking ceiling what supposed to be the appartment with two bedrooms: a triple room with one of the beds behind a door. I was very dissapointed by his attitude and we felt scammed. He said we booked for a cheap price and we better accept the three rooms instrad of the appartments suggesting we'll have a lot of hassle finding something else. Now I feel he took advantage of us being tired and arrivind at a later hour. He presented his property very optimistic in booking.com making us reserve some options while the reality when we arrived was totally different and less comfortable. Not to mention we payed more for what we got. If i knew, i would reserve somewhere else, there are plenty of hotels in the area within the same price range. The rooms themself were not very bad except some broken shower holders and noisy doors. In one room there were some seed shells on the floor.

• Abdulhakeem (10/5): Amazing time here - Everything here is new and clean, the brother at the front desk also very kind and friendly. The room perfect with the price you pay for. If you are searching for hotel in Sultan Ahmet area this would be one of the good choices to make since the price are affordable and the hotel is great.

• Xabier (10/5): - Lo mejor fue el trato que recibimos desde el primer momento. Fueron muy amables y nos ofrecieron té y dulces típicos de Turquía nada más llegar. Ellos mismos nos reservaron varios taxis para ir y volver del aeropuerto y nos ofrecieron paraguas para todos cuando llovía. Las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas, camas cómodas y muy buena ubicación. Supermercados, monumentos y restaurantes muy cerca. Ofrecen champú, gel y acondicionador y hacen las camas cada noche. En resumen, gente muy cercana y atenta y un lugar muy agradable para alojarse.

The people were very very kind to us - they helped us carry our luggage from an to our car at check-in and also at check-out! the lobby is a small caffe - really cozy. Our apartment was really clean and tidy, we even had a terrace! It is really good situated - we walked to the Grand Bazaar and it only took 15 minutes. I went in January and the heating was perfect - we slept in T-shirts. I already recommended this accomodation to all of my friends! Everything was perfect!

They all went the extra mile to help (where’s the bakery - rather than just pointing us in the right direction the dad walked us over there and pointed out a good value pita place along the way!), endless cups of tea and baklava. Gościnność i darmowa herbata oraz poczęstunek, każdego dnia. Do dyspozycji w pokoju była lodówka, oraz suszarka do włosów, oraz zestaw płynów i mydła. Blisko wszędzie pieszo, jak i pociagiem. Wokół wiele miejsc do jedzenia, a atmosfera naprawdę sprzyjająca (słychać wieczorami do ok. 22:00 tradycyjną muzykę graną na żywo w restauracjach).

Ottima posizione, vicina alla stazione del treno, e in una zona piena di locali per mangiare. Camere silenziose. Le scale per raggiungere l'appartamento sono un po' ripide.

It was in a central location in the Old Town, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. You had to squeeze the shower so it does not flood. The bathroom lighting was very poor.
