• Christine (10/5): Großzügige und wunderschöne Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe der schönsten Plätze von Florenz - Michele ist ein unglaublich aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat bereits im Vorfeld alle Fragen (zB zu Parkplätzen) unverzüglich beantwortet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar - direkt hinter dem Palazzo Vecchio. Sprichwörtlich alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung der Wohnung gibt es Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Cafes. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr bequemen Betten in allen drei Zimmern und die drei separaten Badezimmer. Dies hat es unserer Gruppe von sieben Frauen leicht gemacht, uns nicht gegenseitig auf die Füße zu steigen. Wir haben an einem Regentag die große Küche für ein ausgedehntes Frühstück genutzt. Auch im Wohnzimmer war für sieben Personen mehr als genug Platz, um es sich gemütlich zu machen. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!
• Hariklia (10/5): We had a fabulous stay and the highlight was the host, Michele. He was such a gentleman, helping us with our bags, booki - The apartment was very large and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable for our group of 4 friends. The only negative was the neighbourhood/street noise at night but it didn’t ruin the stay.
• Davide (10/5): Super Consigliato - Michele (il Proprietario) è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, Ci ha accolti facendoci vedere la struttura e dandoci indicazioni e consigli su cose da vedere. La posizione della struttura è centrale e tattica per visitare tutta la città muovendosi a piedi. La Casa molto ampia e ben tenuta. Consigliatissima Nessun difetto - unica cosa segnalo che il checkout è un pò presto (10.00AM), (Tuttavia il proprietario ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nella struttura fino alle 12)
• Jeffry (10/5): Highly recommended. The owner Michele is friendly, attentive and passionate about being an owner. - Michele the owner met us promptly to hand over the keys. He was very thorough in his explanation of all the property’s amenities and was very helpful in explaining the location and sights of interest. He arranged for a taxi to the train, and also met us on the last day to help carry luggage. Nothing. The apartment itself, cleanliness and convenience was perfect.

• Erik (10/5): Beautiful apartment with the best location!! - The apartment is exactly as pictured. We were a multigenerational group of 8 traveling and it fit us perfectly. The beds were super comfortable, air conditioning worked great and the apartment was appointed perfectly. The location is amazing. Just steps away from all the main sites. Our host, Michele, was super helpful. He met us at the door and helped carry our luggage up the stairs. He took the time to show us how everything worked in the apartment. He recommended and helped make reservations at fantastic restaurants. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend to everyone.
• Jennifer (10/5): Michele was a fantastic host! - What a wonderful location for our group of 10 (5 adults plus 5 "adult" children 17-25)! Our host Michele met us at the property with the keys and helped us carry our bags up the stairs. He provided recommendations for the area, helped arranged dinner reservations for us, and even gifted us a bottle of wine from his neighbor's vineyard. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, as did the water pressure and hot water (even with so many of us taking showers). We were walking distance to the major museums and the Basilica, as well as many shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and stocked with enough towels, hair dryers and washing machine/clothesline. Would definitely recommend! Everything was perfect!
• Audrey (9/5): Excellent location, beautiful apartment and helpful owner - Owner Michele responded promptly to all our question before arriving, and met us on the night of arrival to hand over keys and show us how everything in the apartment worked. He also met us on the morning of check out to let the cleaners in and to let us store luggage There was a tourist tax that we had to pay in addition to the accommodation. This cost 5.50 Euro per person per day. I don't think it's very clearly advertised that it's something in addition to be paid and in cash

• Harriet (10/5): Amazing location, literally steps to the Uffizi and Piazza Vecchio. - The apartment is spacious, newly renovated, excellent facilities, and three bathrooms was very welcome. We did not find anything about the apartment that we did not like.
• Carlie (10/5): Exceptional - Thank you Michele for your wonderful hospitality, having our groceries in the apartment on arrival, when all the shops were closed due to it being New Years Day, was much appreciated. Arranging a taxi for our large group early in the morning was also much appreciated. The apartment was perfect for our needs and the location was great, we could walk everywhere. Thank you again for your warm hospitality, we hope to return again.
• Avani (10/5): Great Stay in Vicinity of tourist spots of Florence - Michele was an excellent host! He helped us with carrying our luggage to 2nd floor (no elevator), guiding us with the restaurants, taxis, reserving parking spots. The apartment was spacious for our group of 8 people. Only drawback: one bedroom has an attached bathroom rest 2 others are at the end of the corridor. Would highly recommend this place for its vicinity to all tourist locations of Florence. • Carla (10/5): Very very nice accommodations beautiful and roomy! - My previous review was wrong. I was speaking about my accommodations a few days before at another accommodation. This Lambert apartment was exquisite. The place was beautiful with a full living groom area and kitchen area. The host was so very accommodating and took complete care of anything we needed including booking taxis giving us food tips and more. Wouldn’t change e a thing!!

We were 2 families totaling 7 people and the apartment was perfect for our group. The kitchen was spacious and the wine and treats were a nice surprise. The unit had AC so that was really helpful. Michele was a great host and helped us with restaurant and taxi reservations when we needed them and followed up with us to make sure everything went well. He was there to greet us and show us around the apartment and there when we were checking out to help us with luggage. We would definitely rent this place again and would recommend to our friends tool

The apartment was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. Great location and walkable to all the main sites in Florence. I would highly recommend this property! It's beautifully appointed, comfortable and very spacious! The streets were a little noisy at night, but we simply used a "white noise" app on our phones to tune out the street sounds. This did not affect the quality of our stay, and we would still recommend this property because it great!
