Bardzo nieuprzejmy sąsiad, który miał wyrzuty że nasze dziecko płacze podczas schodzenia po schodach, a ponieważ podróżowaliśmy z dziećmi to było nie do uniknięcia, mimo przestrzegania przez nas godzin ciszy nocnej. Grzyb w rogach prysznica przykryty nowym silikonem. Bardzo zniszczone patelnie😔

Some great restaurant recommendations too The apartment was perfect. We were just missing some shampoo and conditioner but I’m being picky
• Heather (7/5): - Brilliant location in city centre but really quiet . Comfy beds & nice kitchen/sitting area . A lot of flights of stairs to the flat as on top floor of building . Building number system meant it was difficult to find .
• Tony (9/5): Spacious Flat on an excellent location - Excellent location, close to the middle of the city with plenty of restaurants, bars and main tourists' attractions like the Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Mechi. Spacious flat with two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and common area is very spacious and comfortable. The flat is on the top floor of a building with no elevator so there are about 60+ steps to climb.

• Puneet (9/5): It was a pleasant stay for our group. Met our needs and expectations. Location was awesome! - It was great. Absolutely loved the location. Everything inside the apartment was great. It was on the fifth floor without elevator. That was slightly challenging. Unfortunately, it rained heavily on the last day of our stay and we noted that there was some seepage from the room into the kitchen. I hope that will be fixed.
• Xueli (7/5): - La posizione è ottima: è molto comoda per raggiungere le attrazioni turistiche. Anche se si trova nel centro città, di notte è molto tranquillo. Le porte e le finestre sono tutte piuttosto vecchie e non è molto comodo aprirle e chiuderle. Uno dei bagni ha un forte odore di muffa ed è praticamente inutilizzabile. Gli altri residenti di questo edificio non sono molto cordiali nei confronti dei turisti.

The host’s communication was clear, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Firenze. Everything ok
• Simon (8/5): Good location, nice apartment with some small issues but maybe a bit expensive - location is great There was a smell of mold in the bathroom and the neighbours upstairs on one side of the building woke us up every morning with their walking above the bedroom (only one of the bedrooms has neighbors above)

• Marilou (8/5): - Viktoriia was so helpful and responsive. Location was walking distance to the Duomo and other major sights but in a quiet street. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. However, note that there are no elevators so be prepared to walk five flights of stairs. We didn't mind it at all as it gave us permission to eat more gelato!
• To Help is To Heal, LLC (4/5): - Location was great. Apt is nicely remodeled. There were 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. which wasn't communicated until after we could no longer cancel and upon check-in. There were also spiral stairs to 2nd bedroom which made it impossible to bring the luggage up there. We had someone with mobility issues in our party so this was impactful. This was NOT communicated ahead of time. Staff did not give instructions on how to open the doors and they are very old and finicky. The lock/handle to the apt is broken and we received no instructions on the stairwell and hallway lights creating severe safety concerns, as they continued to timeout. As 2 women traveling in another country and taking almost 30 minutes to get doors open, I would never stay here again. Also, when calling the staff because we couldn't get in, they refused to answer our calls and only text for 30 minutes before finally video calling and still did not provide instructions and could vlearly see there was a problem. We just kept repeating the aame steps. There was also no communication on the dryer use. It kept turning off every 7 minutes and we would have to restart it. It didn't matter what cycle we put it on. Knowing this we obviously only washed one load of clothes. This was not a favorable experience at all. I didnt even mention the apt was not cleaned by the 4pm checkin that they repeatedly advised was the earliest we could get in and we couldn't store our bags anywhere while they prepped it. This caused us to miss our tour. We arrived at 4:11pm and cleaners were still cleaning. Another party arrived at 4:30 and they had just started cleaning there room. We know because they walked into our apt (cleaners didnt close the door) and thought our apt was there's (no clear distinction of door numbers) and we told them they just started cleaning their apt. I would not recommend this facility.
• Baha' (9/5): The apartment very nice and equipped ver well , the location is great - Location There was no elevator, and the apartment is on the rooftop, which was very difficult for my family since we had 4 bags. I asked for just a one-hour late checkout, but the host refused, even though we were given a late check-in because the apartment was still being cleaned. I expected at least a complimentary extra hour to balance the delay, but I was surprised that the host did not agree.

Sure it’s a couple flight of stairs but that’s virtually every building in Florence. Amazing place. The host was super responsive and would constantly check-in to make sure we were okay.

• Jacqueline (10/5): - La ubicación muy central el lugar es mejor que las fotos. Comodo, limpio, organizado ✔️ cerca de todos los lugares turísticos y trasporte público muy cerca A nosotros nos gustó todo. Pero si tienes problema con las escalas este no sería el lugar para ti.

• Daniel (8/5): Great location, spoilt by lack of sound proofing above second bedroom! - We loved the location, right next to the Duomo and Academia, and close to centre. The living space was excellent and kitchen was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were well presented and and good sized, with nice bathrooms. The one major issue we experienced in the secondary bedroom (one without the single bed) was that you could hear very clearly people above. These people were us walking around after midnight with their shoes on for almost an hour, and we could hear voices in the morning too. This was very disruptive to sleeping, and ruined the whole night. Unfortunate to mention this major issue, but as this was described as a luxury apartment, and the cost was on parr with staying in a hotel, if we had been in a hotel, we would have reason to ask for a room change, something not available for when you stay in an apartment. Other than that, there was a lack of basics like body wash in the bathroom, and no dish washer tablets.

• Gabrielle (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a perfect location to walk Florence! - Apartment was clean & comfortable & perfect for the 6 of us with 2 beds, a sofa bed, & 2 bathrooms. The seperate washer and dryer were awesome! The location is SO close to the Duomo and made walking to everything easy. It’s also close to the tram if you’re coming from/going to the airport. The host was incredibly helpful with information about parking, transportation, & restaurant suggestions. The only thing to note is the unit is 3 flights of stairs up with no lift. It was fine for us, but just be aware if you have elderly or disabled. It’s a great unit!!

New, modern, all facilities working perfectly, spacious enough to host a group of 7 people without feeling cramped at all. So close to all the marvelous monuments of Florence, no need for bus/car to get around. Second of all, fantastic communication with people in charge of this place, so professional. They have managed to grant me and my group an early check-in and all the other minor issues were solved promptly. Should I ever return to Florence, this accommodation would be my top pick.

We were impressed with the accommodation, especially the updated kitchen appliances. The hallway leading to the apartment is stylish and trendy. The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the plus side, the kitchen utensils are modern, and there is a washer and dryer available for use. the location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to the Duomo in Florence, and you can even see it from the street. The Galleria Accademia is also only a short walk away. There are plenty of shops around, including souvenir stores, cafes, and groceries, all within walking distance. The green sofa bed in the living room, however, is the only piece of furniture that could use some attention—when used as a bed, it tends to sag at the bottom. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an older building, which could be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage, as there is no elevator.
