Io toglierei i vari c - La vicinanza alla Piazza della Signoria Forse un po troppo piena di oggetti (libri, cuscini di bellezza, poltrone, soprammobili) che potrebbero rendere l’ambiente un po meno igienico

• M.Isabel (8/5): - El apartamento está bien la situación también... el anfitrión de 10 pero tiene sus incomodidades La entrada del portal..el ascensor..las escaleras..un poco complicado el salir y entrar..y que no hay espacio para preparar un simple desayuno .. tampoco te dejan un gel para cuatro días tuvimos que comprar y también papel higiénico..no había suficiente..el gel y champú tienes para el primer día.
• John (10/5): Excellent - The property was very central to all amenities in Florence. The host was very obliging, accommodating with information and suggestions. The host had a very good information pack, together with plug converters, a sun hat and umbrellas available for use. Very good facilities and well presented. Couldn't recommend enough. Central location, good facilities, well thought out.

The check in process is a little difficult, but we got there in the end.

• LIsha (9/5): Wonderful stay!! Definitely recommend staying here. - The apartment is clean and in a wonderful location. Central to everything. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. The scoffolding outside was a little disappointing and there was no light by the front of the building so very hard to see the keyhole at night.

• Aneesha (9/5): I have to compliment the manager/POC of this property - not only was he very thorough with his instructions about th - This apartment is pretty spacious and located very close to all major attractions in Florence which means you can come and go multiple times during the day without wasting much time! It was clean and nicely furnished with a nice spacious enough bathroom and master bedroom. Nothing!
• Dorota (7/5): We had a great time and we felt well look after by the host but I’m a light sleeper so the night noises kept me awake. - The location was great and there is no traffic outside . The host was great and always answered my questions. You can hear the neighbours above and those who are next door. The sofa is a bit hard to sleep on.

Kettle was broken and dangerous should be removed from the apartment Cushions (from the couch, chairs etc.. ) smelled a bit, I understand they can’t wash cushions in between stays but it was just a bit yucky

Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave clear instructions on how to access the apartment and his bar recommendation was so good that we went back twice!

• Tugba (10/5): Wonderful memories made in Florence - We liked the building, the large apartment, comfortable bed and sofa bed, fully stocked kitchen (with dishwasher, basics such as olive oil, salt, sugar), the coffeemaker, the large windows, the excellent air conditioning unit that was quiet and efficiently cooled the entire apartment, the large mirror in the living room, the rustic old elevator (what charm!), the very very nice bathroom and shower! There were many extras considered (umbrella, iron, laundry). There were clear directions in the kitchen on how to use the stove. The host communicated well via messaging and was always available to answer questions. Florence was one of our favorite cities to visit and staying here made it even better. Thank you Giovanni!

• Paul (10/5): The De Rustici apartment was a gem and close to all places in historical Florence - The instructions were provided in advance of our arrival and were clear to understand. Also the owner was kind enough to let us check in early so that we can drop off our luggage and start site seeing. The owner also provided a binder with valuable information about great local restaurants and location of essential stores like grocery stores. Nothing comes to mind.

• Ondrej (9/5): Superb - Great location in the city center but calm at the same time. The apartment was cosy and had everything we needed, including baby high chair, cleaning supplies, dishes, ... The host was very helpful. The elevator was extremely small and wouldn't fit a baby stroller. The bed and sofa weren't the most comfortable - the bed had "loud" mattress protector and the convertible sofa cushions were sliding off by themselves.

• David (9/5): excellent place to stay and cook in central florence - very central with good food shop nearby (Conad) an many sights. Elevator after first 12 steps. Found public bus 23 direct to train/bus station knew it would not have a view, and did not-just a narrow quiet side street .

So many restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed and pull out couch were comfortable and we were very happy there was a washing machine. Our clothes dried overnight as the appartment was lovely and warm.

The bathroom was amazing with a clean, big shower. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. This isn’t a dislike but people should just be aware there are several stairs to climb. But there is a small elevator you can take.

Sofa bed was very comfortable. Clear directions with matching pictures on how to get into the property. Comfortable stay for four. Pictures on property profile accurately displayed the features of the unit. Stairs, but this is a historic building so this is to be expected. Not a deal breaker for us. There is an elevator, though, but we didn't use this.

• Bon27 (9/5): Perfect spot to get around - Apartment is lovely and fresh. The bathroom is massive! I slept on the sofabed and the mattress is sooo comfy! My in laws slept in the bedroom and found the bed to be harder. Great location, very secure and luckily only have to carry bags up one set of stairs to get the lift which takes you right outside the apartment! Loved that they also had a washing machine and provided the products to use if you needed it (which we did after weeks of travelling). Very dark apartment due to the fact the window faces onto another building, but we weren't really around for it to affect us
