• Geoffrey (10/5): House is spacious, well laid out and bedrooms nicely separated. - Location was excellent. Quiet (Set back from main street, but the river was visible from the front verge. It was easy to walk to all main outlets on the main street) No complaints.

• Annica (9/5): Excellent location, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds - Good location, walking distance to the beach, pub and restaurants. Grocery store nearby, pelican feeding and walking trails. Choice of calmer swimming in the river and ocean swims/surf. There's only air conditioning in the main living area. Although all 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans, the consecutive 40+ degree days in February made for some pretty warm nights.

• Lisa-marie (9/5): Overall a very nice, clean, well stocked home for a family holiday. We would stay again. There are linens provided for b - Good location, clean, kitchen well outfitted with equipment, beds comfy, nice wind protected patio, covered parking, plenty of space for a small group holiday. Back yard and patio needed weeding, no soap at all, kitchen towels need replacing, some minor maintenance needs doing, no keys to the front door security screen.

• Amy (8/5): Lovely, spacious & homely, just lacking supplies - Lovely property, clean, comfortable and homely feel. Great value for money, very spacious living space and excellent kitchen facilities. Only bad thing was we were disappointed with the lack of provisions. We were only provided with 1 toilet roll for our group for our entire stay which was insufficient, and not even hand soap was provided. There were also no tea/coffee etc which would have been nice but not essential like soap and toilet roll!

• Joyce (8/5): overall, we enjoyed our stay and very amazed by the beautiful view - Very close to the beautiful beach. Clean bathroom and rooms. Nice little garden. Spacious and Comfy lounge. No bathroom mats. No wifi. Would be a plus if tv was bigger and up to date.
