• Wolfgang (10/5): Tolle Wohnung mit sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeberin - Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die große Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht…und mehr! Wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, komme ich gerne wieder.

• Sergio (9/5): Muy comodo y cuidado - El lugar esta cuidado con esmero, y se nota que su anfitriona tiene mucho mimo en que el apartamento este en optimas condiciones. El Baño es super amplio, la habitación está genial, y el salon tiene de todo. La verdad que estuvimos muy agusto, pero por si sirve de ayuda: - La cocina no es como tal, en el salon hay un escritorio que hace de mueble de cocina, con un par de cosas, pero que nadie espere una cocina como tal. - En la planta de abajo viven los propietarios, por lo que, lógicamente intentan tener todo mucho cuidado, y te recuerdan que no entres con zapatillas, o que tengas cuidado con el equipaje. - Tienen tan cuidado el apartamento, que esta lleno de adornos, depende de tu estilo, te pueden parecer demasiados. A veces cuesta encontrar hueco para dejar tus cosas. - El lugar, es un pequeñísimo pueblo apartado de todo, te puede parecer fantastico si es lo que buscas o todo lo contrario, lo importante, es saber donde vas

• Marietta u. Werner (10/5): Ein herzlicher Ort mit außergewöhnlich viel Liebe zum Detail - Unser Aufenthalt war rundum großartig. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war zu jeder Zeit hervorragend, obwohl sie nicht persönlich vor Ort war, hat alles absolut reibungslos funktioniert. Man spürte zu jeder Zeit, wie sehr sie sich bemüht, dass es ihren Gästen wirklich an nichts fehlt. Das Haus war picobello sauber, und wir durften es komplett alleine nutzen, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Auch die Ruhe war einfach himmlisch. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, die mit unglaublich viel Herz geführt wird und in der man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlte. Die Gastgeberin hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Dass es in dem kleinen Kücheneck keine eigene Spüle gab, hat uns jetzt überhaupt nicht gestört, wir sind Camper und somit macht es uns nichts aus, das Geschirr im Waschbecken zu spülen. Eigentlich wäre das gar nicht nötig gewesen, denn die Gastgeberin bot sogar an, dass wir das Geschirr einfach auf die Treppe stellen können und sie sich um alles kümmert. Also wirklich keinerlei Problem. Ein kleiner Hinweis betrifft lediglich die Einrichtung: Obwohl ich dekorative Details und ein bisschen Kitsch selbst sehr gerne mag, war es hier für meinen Geschmack etwas zu viel des Guten. In fast jeder Ecke standen kleine Dekoobjekte, Blümchen, Vasen oder Zettelchen, sogar rund um das Waschbecken und an der Badewanne. Dadurch war es teilweise schwierig, genug Platz für die eigenen Sachen zu finden. Vermutlich habe ich deshalb auch mein Duschgel und meine Reinigungsmilch vergessen, zwischen all den liebevoll platzierten Dingen übersieht man leicht das Eigene, und irgendwann wirkt die Fülle an Deko ein wenig erdrückend. Das ist natürlich Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber ich möchte es dennoch erwähnen.

• Karin (10/5): Rund um wohlfühlen - Die herzliche Gestaltung der Wohnung mit dem liebevollen Blick fürs Detail. Die tolle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, der Informationsaustausch, es war alles ganz toll!!! Ich gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hätte.
• Eva (1/5): Enttäuschend und ungemütlich – nicht empfehlenswert - Wir hatten von Anfang an Probleme: Die Unterkunft war schwer zu finden, und am Telefon bekamen wir auf unsere Nachfrage eine patzige Antwort: „Ich habe Ihnen doch eine Nachricht geschickt.“ Beim Betreten des Hauses erwartete uns eine Vielzahl von Zetteln mit Anweisungen wie „Schuhe ausziehen“, „Tür leise schließen“ usw. – das fühlte sich nicht gastfreundlich, sondern eher wie in einer Kaserne an. Die beschriebene „Küchenzeile“ war lediglich ein alter Schreibtisch mit einer veralteten Kochplatte, einem Wasserkocher und einer Filterkaffeemaschine – ohne Spülbecken und kaum Platz, um etwas zuzubereiten. Das Haus war extrem kalt, und wir konnten keine Heizung finden. Auf unsere Nachfrage hieß es lediglich: „Finden Sie? Sie haben keinen Zugang, ich kümmere mich darum, wenn ich zu Hause bin.“ Erst da erfuhren wir, dass die Vermieterin im selben Haus wohnt – das war nirgends erwähnt. Wir fühlten uns unwohl, bekamen auf unsere zweite Nachricht keine Antwort mehr und haben die Unterkunft schließlich verlassen und uns etwas anderes gesucht. Leider nicht empfehlenswert.
• Annette (9/5): - Die Vermieterin Monika war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an sehr willkommen. Wie haben auf der Reise nach Kroatien eine Zwischenstation für zwei Tage eingelegt. Wir hatten es nicht weit bis nach Linz und nicht weit in die Natur.
• Jacob (9/5): Fantastic place - Monika was a great host and very pleasant. The upstairs area was clean, tidy, well maintained and exactly what I needed. I recommend this place totally. Great value and with a lovely host. Just be prepared to walk quite a long way if you arrive by train.

• Wim (7/5): Schoon appartement op klein half uurtje rijden van Linz. - Ruim en schoon appartement. Parkeren voor de deur. Was verder van Linz dan wij gedacht hadden. Het appartement bevind zich in een soort woonwijk van een heel klein plaatsje, waar verder niets is. Het appartement is eigenlijk de bovenverdieping van een bewoond woonhuis, die je alleen zonder schoenen mag betreden. Wij hadden meer het gevoel dat we bij mensen logeerden, dan dat we een volwaardig appartement gehuurd hadden. Zouden dit niet nog een keer boeken.

I met Monica when parking in front of the house and she was great, really nice, communicative, helpful and very friendly. • Joana (9/5): Good for short stay but would not book with active babies - It was a good place for a short stay (one night). It would be nice to mention on the advert that the apartment is actually in someone`s home (second floor) so you need to go in and up the internal stairs of the home, being quiet, taking shoes off and be careful not to scratch the walls with luggage (these are all part of the home rules). I would have not booked have I known, we have one year old toddler that is very active and vocal and we try to avoid places to stay where we may disturb someone. It was not easy to carry all baby bits and luggage up and down the stairs. Also I am mindful of people and was worried the whole time if we are disturbing the people below so was not feeling comfortable.
