- Max (3/5): Disappointing - Good location. Cheap Does not correspond to description. The property is much smaller, there is no wash machine as described. The bathroom door is broken. The sheets were with stains. I understand that it was cheap and did not expect much, but cheap does not mean dirty and broken. The owner tried to help though and send more towels and some bedsheets, but the general impression is still bad.
- Akshay (6/5): Pleasant - Clean room. Room not allotted on Ground floor as committed. Shower was too slow and powerless. Neighbour was banging wall and door. No one physically present to assist during checking in.

- Bibhuti (7/5): What a small but cosy apartment! - Very small but everything is available for 2 people only, better if they are thin built! Shower chamber is very small! Chairs are too low for the folding dining table! Hot water was sparingly available!

- Iwona (3/5): it was okey for one night but I will not stay there again. - location sofa smelled like someone or an animal urinated on it. the extra sheets for the sofa did not look clean or appealing. bathroom not very clean.
- Andrei (4/5): Never saw the apartment - The appartment was not available and the host offered another one. There was no hot water for the second night. The offered appartment was quite old. I would not recomand.
- Trevor (6/5): Pleasant - Close to metro to get to lakeside. There was no information about logging onto wifi. There was no tea towel, hand towel, bath mat, plug for sink or bowls. The TV had access to nothing at all & the laundry had the dryer full of someone else's washing.

- Ivan (9/5): Affordable accommodation with everything necessary for a pleasant stay! - The accommodation is clean and equipped, has a private parking place and easy access to the city center. Communication with the host and instructions for picking up the keys were easy and simple. The heating was satisfactory. It is highly recommended for smaller families or couples. A small recommendation to the host for improvement: A problem with the bed, it has been happening that the support slats under the mattress fell during the night and as a consequence the mattress dropped down
- Ruby (5/5): Good budget stay, responsive host - Easy to find, responsive host, modern ambiance. The kitchen was a little under equipped, not as centrally located as we fist thought.
- Tetiana (6/5): Pleasant - Bedshit was broken, the pillow was uncomfortable, the sofa needs replacement because of the mattress, the smell inside the building is bad, I did not feel that the appartment had a cleaning on regular basis, the challenge were to find a door key is uncomfortable after long journey, the crane in the sink is not fixed. Not worth for the money payed. The location is ok.
