• Laura (9/5): great cost for quality apartament - l'alloggio era piccolo ma estremamente funzionale. Aveva tutto quello che serviva dal forno alla macchina per fare il caffè, alle pentole per cucinare, un letto extra e doccia e WC separati niente

• Yann (8/5): Très bon séjour - Le logement est idéalement situé, à deux pas de l'EPFL et à 10 minutes du lac. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et arrangeant. L'appartement est très bien équipé (vaisselle, bouilloire, thé et café, petit électroménager) Prix un peu élevé

• Eva (3/5): - Le logement est très loin du centre-ville et difficilement accessible en transport en commun. La maison n’est pas du tout signalée comme étant le Yanis, il n’y a que de petites fenêtres avec des barres devant de plus l’hôte n’est pas du tout réactif lorsque vous vous présentez. À mes yeux cet établissement n’est pas une solution d’hébergement pour voyageurs. Je n’étais tellement pas rassuré que j’ai préféré ne pas y rester malgré la réservation.

Fuori da Losanna ma vicinissima al Bus...la gentilezza e disponibilità dell Host ..caffè ..the e spezie a disposizione Sala doccia un po' piccola e magari poco areata ...Il wc è separato in un altro locale ma con piccola finestra ( bocca di lupo ) . Magari qualche asciugamano in più ...per un paio di giorni va bene...se si vuole visitare Losanna o altro senza essere in centro dove l'auto è off limits

• Leslie (8/5): Good value, bicycle friendly! - Le Yanis apartment was on the ground floor within a fenced courtyard. Compact and clean it was a comfortable stop for the night. Secure storage for the bicycles in the yard. Grocery not far by bicycle. We were able to prepare our own meals in the kitchenette. Containing a double bed and a twin bed it would be doable but tight for 3 adults. Good value.

• Nora (9/5): Friendly hosts, a highly recommended place - The hosts were extremely friendly, they went out of their way to cater for our needs and comfort. The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach of the lake, and has excellent public transport connections to the city centre. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and parking is available on site. For guests staying for a couple of days a wardrobe-like space with a few hangers would be convenient. But on the whole, a great place to stay at: highly recommended!

The host was very kind and friendly. the description how to arrive by car, may be improved, we arrive from backside of the house, then we found out the entrance from the private road to the property

• John (6/5): Average but good value for money - It was good value for money for Switzerland and the host was polite. Convenient for us as it is really close to EPFL It war from luxurious, though not advertised as one. If renovated it would gain bonus points.

• Hong (8/5): Very good - I called the owner by phone, before and just I arrived but no body answered phone. The property is not easy to located. We were driving around the area for while, Finally someone came out to say hi to us.

No phone responses from owner as we approached date of arrival 2. It was unclear if the nice people upstairs were linked with the property, although they were very helpful.

But you WILL find everything clean, in good working order, VERY friendly hosts, fresh fruit and all other basic amenities waiting for you that you could wish for in such a room, a pleasant shower and comfortable bed. The room is in a regular house, and is no sign indicating where it is. So you might feel like you're ringing the doorbell of a regular home.
• Margaret (5/5): The property is difficult to find, and at the moment, situated in a building development. - The property was well heated, well organized and had everything one needed for a short stay. A clearer understanding of where to get the keys. We arrived late, it was very cold, and we had to trudge around a while to ascertain where the proprietor was.

• Reio (10/5): Calm place in a calm neighborhood - I liked the location. It is good to stay there if you are in Lausanne to visit the innovation centre or something near it. The room itself was also nice, it had everything I needed during my stay.
