• Ingrid (8/5): Hat alles wunderbar geklappt, wir haben uns im Studio wohl gefühlt und würden beim nächsten Seminar gerne wiederkommen - Es war sauber, hatte für uns eine gute Lage, im Haus war es friedlich und die Eineichtung ist zweckmässig und sauber. Schade, dass es im WC kein Waschbecken hat und ein paar Haken mehr im Bad, um etwas aufhängen zu können, wäre super.

• Fabio (8/5): Schöne Wohnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. - Ruhige Lage mit einer guten Erreichbarkeit.

• Valentina (8/5): - Gute Lage, es ist sehr nahe zum Zentrum. Praktisch und hübsch eingerichtet mit Tisch, Küche, Föhn, Bügeleisen. Sogar Tee muss man extra zahlen und es gibt keine Seife/Shampoo, für den Preis fanden wir das irgendwie knausrig. Im Bad waren ein paar Haare vom Vorgänger.

• Eva (5/5): No value for money - Book elsewhere - It was clean It was very warm, but there was no air conditioning or fans. The TV was not smart tv and had no mirroring device, meaning that if you are not a german speaker, the tv offers nothing to you. There were no amenities, like shampoo and shower gel, which is pretty standard everywhere else we have stayed. Everything was chargeable, including coffee and tea, which again are always offered for free. Yes it was clean, but it was massively overpriced for what it had to offer.

• Eje131516 (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable and fully equipped apartment. Easy, quick and friendly contact with the host. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom (separate toilet) as well. Walking distance from town. The fully stocked fridge with delicious local juices and wines is a very nice touch (costs extra). We tried some of the wine, it was delicious! Lots of info in the apartment on activities and excursions in the vicinity. There's a Nespresso machine, however the price of a cup is steep at 2,- a piece. Luckily there is a Spar nearby with more affordable options. Some showergel/shampoo in the bathroom would be a nice touch!

• Tony (2/5): This was the worst Booking.com experience I’ve had and the worst review I’ve ever given. The attitude of the owner being - Well equiped kitchen The communication with the owner was the worst I’ve experienced in thousands of stays around the world. I asked for an extra bed or a twin room for an additional guest (my son) that wanted to join me after I’d made the booking. I also asked if there was an extra charge for an additional guest. The response I got was that it was a twin room already and did I require a larger apartment and no response re additional charges. On arrival it was a double bed rather than a twin room and a substantial invoice for the additional guest. When I said that I wasn’t happy about this arrangement, especially the bed situation there was no apology and was spoken to in a condescending and angry manner. We paid the additional charges plus the tea bags used! Additionally there was no air conditioning so had to leave windows partially open right next to the road. No shampoo or soap in the shower.

• Alisa (10/5): Comfortable and clean apartment in the heart of Leibnitz - The apartment was great, everything you need is available and it is very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! Location is awesome as well. Nothing at all to complain about!

• Ulrike (8/5): fine for a night - closeness to city centre too hot inside the property although the temperatures outside were just average for June. Could do with air conditioning.
