- Lorena (1/5): - Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this accommodation. Upon arrival, the apartment had several serious issues: a strong unpleasant smell, a very dirty oven, unwashed dishes left inside the dishwasher, and a broken bedroom door that could not be closed. The most concerning issue was the temperature. The apartment was extremely cold, and even after waiting for several hours, the heating did not work properly. I was traveling with two minor children, so the conditions were not safe or suitable for staying overnight. I tried to contact the host, but no effective solution was provided. I also contacted customer service and did not receive immediate help. In the end, I had to leave the apartment the same night and find another place urgently. Afterwards, I checked the reviews and noticed that other guests had already reported similar issues, which shows this is not an isolated case. Very poor experience overall.
- Christoph (5/5): Kalt. - Wohnung grundsätzlich ok und sauber Wir kamen mit drei kleinen Kinder und alle Heizkörper waren aus, die Raumtemperatur lag bei 9 (!) Grad. Es dauerte Stunden bis es halbwegs warm war und die Gastgeberin war auch nicht sehr hilfreich. Es wurden zwei Decken gebracht für fünf Personen... In Kühlschrank, Tiefkühle und einem Küchenschrank war altes Essen.

- Marlen (3/5): Unprofessionelles Personal und Organisation - Schöne, schnuckelige Lage, zentral in Leipheim. Zwar mitten im Zentrum, aber trotzdem möglich zu parken. Große geräumige Wohnung mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern. Ein Beistellbett und Kindersitz für Babies/Kleinstkind war verfügbar, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Wir mussten wegen Doppelbuchung wieder ausziehen und uns kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Leider war die Kulanzbereitschaft der Vermieterin nicht sehr hoch. Da hätte ich mir mehr Service und Entgegenkommen gewünscht. Nachdem wir ausgezogen waren kam eine Nachricht, dass die Wohnung doch frei ist und wir doch bleiben könnten. Wirklich sehr unprofessionell. Check In über Code und Schlüsseltresor, leider war der Schlüssel nicht drin. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Die Treppe ist sehr schmal und steil. Küchenausstattung sehr minimalistisch: Keine normale Kaffeemaschine, sondern nur eine wofür man extra Pads braucht. Kein Toaster, keine Mikrowelle. Zwar großer Fernseher, aber kein normales TV verfügbar. Sauberkeit negativ: Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd. Abflussstöpsel am Spülbecken funktioniert nicht. Keine Küchenhandtücher, keine Küchenrolle. Nachtleuchten viel zu dunkel. Hellhörig.

L'appartamento è al secondo piano con una scala molto stretta, ripida e scricchilante. Lo stendino non era sufficiente considerata la presenza della lavatrice. Sarebbe stato utile uno stendino più grande. Richiesto ma non fornito. A causa di rimodulazione del viaggio, ancora nel perido in cui era.possibile modificare o annullare la prenotazione gratuitamentr abbiamo chiesto di ridurre di un giorno la permanenza nell'appartamento. Nonostante avessimo potuto cancellare l'intera prenotazione, non ci è stato consentito ridurre di un giorno.

Would have been perfect if there is microwave to reheat food without having to go downstairs
